Claims (16)

The door hinge assembly according to claim 1, wherein the door hinge base is detachably connected with the door hinge, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the second mounting surface, a plurality of door hinge through holes penetrating through the second surface of the door hinge to the first surface of the door hinge are formed in the door hinge, and the mounting holes correspond to the door hinge through holes one to one and are connected through bolts or screws.

5. A door hinge assembly according to claim 4, wherein the central axis of the door hinge shaft is perpendicular to the plane in which the second ends of the door hinge shaft arms extend in a curved manner.
6. The door hinge assembly according to claim 5, wherein a first end of the door hinge shaft is provided on the door hinge shaft arm, and a second end of the door hinge shaft is formed in a tapered structure or a hemispherical structure having a predetermined taper.
7. A door hinge assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the door hinge bush is an interference fit with the door hinge shaft.
8. The door hinge assembly of claim 7, wherein the side wall of the door hinge sleeve is provided with an open slot for serving as an oil reservoir and/or providing the door hinge sleeve with a radial deformation amount.
9. The door hinge assembly of claim 8, wherein the open slot is open to a top of the door hinge boss along a pocket of the door hinge boss.
10. The door hinge assembly of claim 1, further comprising a door hinge cover,
the door hinge cover is arranged on the door body and used for being matched with the door hinge sleeve to limit the door hinge in the axial direction of the door hinge shaft.
