Of course, the charging device provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be a charging seat or a charger of a portable electronic device such as a smart watch and a smart bracelet, and the present application does not limit this.
According to the charging device provided by the embodiment of the application, referring to fig. 2, the charging device comprises a housing 1, and a circuit board 2 and an elastic member 3 which are arranged in the housing 1. An inner cavity is formed in the shell 1, an opening 11 is formed in the inner wall of the shell 1, and the opening 11 is communicated with the inner cavity. The circuit board 2 is disposed in the inner cavity. The elastic member 3 includes a first end portion 31, a second end portion 32, and a charging portion 33 disposed between the first end portion 31 and the second end portion 32; the first end portion 31 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2, the second end portion 32 abuts against an inner wall of the housing 1, the charging portion 33 extends from the opening 11, and the charging portion 33 protrudes from a surface of the opening 11. In the case where the device to be charged is in contact with the charging portion 33 for charging, the second end portion 32 is separated from the inner wall of the housing 1.
In the embodiments of the present application, a new form of ground spring structure, i.e. the spring member 3, is provided for the charging device. The structure and the assembly mode of the elastic piece 3 are different from the prior bottom bullet structure, and the second end part 32 on the elastic piece can be in abutting relation with the inner wall of the shell 1 to protect the charging part 33 on the elastic piece 3, so that the charging part 33 can be prevented from being turned up and deformed under the action of external force.
The conventional bottom bullet structure is shown in fig. 1, and for example, the bottom bullet structure is applied in an earphone charging box, so as to explain the defects of the conventional bottom bullet structure. Usually, the electric contact part 4 (which is a part of the bottom spring structure) can be seen in the charging chamber of the earphone charging box, and the electric contact part 4 is a structure with a tilted end, so that when a user cleans the inside of the charging chamber by using a cleaning tool such as a cotton swab, the cotton swab has a great possibility of colliding with the end of the electric contact part 4. The force scene of the user when cleaning is performed is often multi-directional, which may cause the electrical contact 4 to be hooked or collided to cause the electrical contact 4 to be turned up and deformed, i.e. the electrical contact 4 is turned over. The technical scheme of the elastic piece provided by the embodiment of the application can well overcome the defects in the prior art, and the second end part 32 of the elastic piece 3 can ensure that the charging part 33 is not easy to turn up and deform under the action of external force in any direction. Thus, the charging device is convenient to clean.

This design provides a great improvement in the strength of the spring 3. Moreover, since the outer wall of the charging portion 33 is of an arc-shaped structure, when the cleaning device is used for cleaning, a cleaning tool such as a cotton swab can slide off the outer wall surface, so that the charging portion 32 is not turned up and deformed, and the anti-hanging-over performance of the charging portion 33 is improved.
The charging portion 33 is a cylindrical structure with an arc-shaped top. The structure may be formed by stamping. Of course, other forms known to those skilled in the art may also be employed.
In an alternative example of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the second end 32 of the elastic member 3 is of a straight structure. For example, which cooperates with the inner wall of the housing 1.
The charging portion 33 and the second end portion 32 may be integrally formed, for example, the second end portion 32 is located at one side of the charging portion 33 and is abutted against an inner wall of the housing 1, and the charging portion 33 may be stopped and limited, so as to form a stopping structure.
It should be noted that, the structural forms (the V-shaped structure and the cylindrical structure) of the charging portion 33 in the two alternative examples are matched with the second end portion 32 to be in contact with the inner wall of the housing 1, so that the phenomenon that the charging portion 33 is turned up and deformed under the action of external forces in different directions can be well avoided.
In an alternative example of the present application, the first end 31 of the elastic member 3 may be soldered to the circuit board 2 in a patch manner. The assembly mode is simple and easy to realize.
In an alternative example of the present application, referring to fig. 3 to 6, a bending portion 34 is disposed between the first end portion 31 and the charging portion 33, and the bending portion 34 may be configured to bend so that the first end portion 31 and the charging portion 33 are not in the same plane. This design facilitates the installation of the elastic member 3 in a limited space, which saves assembly space.

Of course, the charging device provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the charging box for the earphone, and may also be other forms of charging devices, such as a charging seat. The number and the shape of the accommodating cavities 12 in the charging device can be flexibly designed according to the equipment to be charged, and the application does not limit the number and the shape.
In an alternative example of the present application, the housing 1 includes, for example, a lower shell and an upper cover hinged to the lower shell; the accommodating cavity 12 can be formed by enclosing the upper cover and the lower cover.
Specifically, the charging device is the earphone box that charges, casing 1 is the box body of earphone box that charges, its include the inferior valve and with inferior valve articulated upper cover, accept chamber 12 by the upper cover with the inferior valve encloses to close and forms, it is used for the holding earphone to accept chamber 12, after putting into the earphone accept chamber 12 in and cover the upper cover, can charge for the earphone to increase the duration of a journey ability of earphone.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application also provides an earphone device, which comprises an earphone and an earphone charging box; wherein, the earphone charging box is the charging device of any one of the above embodiments.
For example, the earphone is wireless earphone, the earphone is including going into ear and ear pole portion, the tail end of ear pole portion is provided with charging post or charging contact, and in putting into the earphone charging box with the earphone, charging post or charging contact on the earphone push down charging portion 33 on the elastic component 3, charging portion 33 with the inner wall separation of casing 1 gets into operating condition, treats that electrical property switches on between battery charging outfit and the charging device to realize that the earphone charging box charges for the earphone.
It should be noted that the earphone may be, for example, a True Wireless Stereo earphone (True Wireless Stereo) in a Wireless earphone, which is referred to as a TWS earphone for short. The TWS headset is a device for transmitting stereo signals based on bluetooth technology, i.e. the headset can receive stereo signals from other electronic devices through bluetooth signals without any wire connection, thereby realizing a playback function.
