As a specific example, the pin hanger body 3311 has side plates 3312 at both sides thereof, the side plates 3312 are bent toward one side thereof such that the side plates 3312 are parallel to each other, and the pin hanger grooves 3315 are formed by notching the side plates 3312 from bottom to top. The pin hanger body 3311 is sheet-like, and the side plate 3312, the upper plate 3313, the lower plate 3314 and the pin hanger body 3311 are formed by bending integrally.
