Background

With the improvement of life of people, people have not satisfied the effect that the mat only has a cooling function, and people add some spices or traditional Chinese medicines on the mat to improve the sleep quality of people.

In the related art, if fig. 1 shows, there is a mat including a first nonwoven layer 10 and a second nonwoven layer 11, a perfume chip 12 is disposed between the first nonwoven layer 10 and the second nonwoven layer 11, and a bamboo layer 13 is disposed at an end of the first nonwoven layer 10 away from the perfume chip 12.

In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors have considered that a fragrance chip is interposed between a first nonwoven layer and a second nonwoven layer, and is not liable to emit fragrance.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In order to facilitate the emission of fragrance, the present application provides a mat.

The mat provided by the application adopts the following technical scheme:

a mat comprises a spice layer, wherein a first groove is formed in the spice layer, spice powder is arranged in the first groove, and a bamboo strip layer is arranged on the end face, provided with the first groove, of the spice layer.

By adopting the technical scheme, the spice is ground into powder, so that the fragrance of the spice is easier to be diffused into the bamboo strip layer. The spice powder is arranged in the first groove, so that the bamboo strip layer can be attached to the end face of the spice layer, the spice is not easy to fall out of the spice layer, and the condition that the spice powder falls out of the bamboo strip layer in the using process of the mat is avoided.

Optionally, the bamboo strip layer comprises short strips and long strips, and the short strips and the long strips are arranged in a staggered mode.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting that interlocks of rectangular and quarter butt has improved the holistic tensile strength of bamboo strip layer, reduces the bamboo strip layer and takes place the possibility of damaging because of horizontal pulling force is too big in the process of using. By adopting the technical scheme, the monofilaments are arranged in a crossed manner, so that when the monofilaments are subjected to extrusion force, the action points of the two monofilaments are the same, the monofilaments are not easy to transversely pull, and the situation that the monofilaments are elastically ineffective due to overlarge extrusion force applied to the monofilaments is avoided. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the shape of first recess and second recess makes the structural strength of spices layer satisfy the requirement, has still improved the area of contact of first recess and second recess with the external world when having guaranteed spices layer structural strength, does benefit to giving off of spices powder fragrant smell. Meanwhile, the materials needed by the spice layer are reduced, the overall quality is reduced while the materials are saved, and the spice layer is convenient for people to use in daily life.

Optionally, one end of the elastic layer, which is far away from the perfume layer, is provided with a cotton layer.

By adopting the technical scheme, both ends of the mat can be used, one end of the bamboo strip layer is suitable for being used in summer, and one end of the cotton layer is suitable for being used in the condition that the weather is not very hot, so that the application range of the mat is expanded, and the practicability of the mat is improved.

In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:

1. the spice powder is arranged in the first groove and the second groove and is integrated with the spice layer, so that the fragrance of the spice powder is easier to emit;

2. the arrangement of the elastic layer improves the comfort of people in the process of using the mat, and simultaneously buffers the extrusion force of the human body, thereby reducing the possibility that the human body crushes articles at the lower end of the mat;

3. the double sides of the bamboo strip layer and the cotton layer are arranged, so that the time for using the mat is prolonged, and the practicability of the mat is improved.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 2-3.

The embodiment of the application discloses a mat. Referring to fig. 2, the mat comprises a spice layer 1, a plurality of first grooves 2 are formed in the upper end face of the spice layer 1, spice powder 3 is arranged in each first groove 2, the cross section of each first groove 2 is in a regular hexagon shape, the axis of each first groove 2 is perpendicular to the upper end face of the spice layer 1, the first grooves 2 are adjacently arranged, and the adjacent first grooves 2 share one edge. The arrangement of the first groove 2 enables the spice powder 3 to be arranged in the first groove 2, so that the spice layer 1 can be attached to other parts conveniently. Meanwhile, the first grooves 2 are adjacently arranged, so that the requirement on the structural strength of the first grooves 2 is met, meanwhile, the materials needed by the spice layer 1 are reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved. The upper end face of the spice layer 1 is provided with the bamboo strip layer 4, the bamboo strip layer 4 comprises short strips 41 and long strips 42, the long strips 42 and the short strips 41 are arranged vertically in a staggered mode, the tensile strength of the bamboo strip layer 4 is enhanced through the arrangement, and the bamboo strip layer 4 is not prone to being torn or damaged by transverse pulling in the using process of the mat. After the mat is hot-pressed and formed, the first bulges 5 and the first grooves 2 are tightly connected, so that the spice layer 1 and the bamboo strip layer 4 are not easy to separate. Meanwhile, the first bulge 5 tightly presses the spice powder 3 into the first groove 2, so that the situation that the spice powder 3 falls out when people use the mat is avoided.

The one end that the fragrant material layer 1 kept away from bamboo strip layer 4 is provided with elastic layer 6, and elastic layer 6 includes a layer of monofilament 61 and two-layer non-woven fabrics 62, and two-layer non-woven fabrics 62 set up respectively at the both ends of monofilament 61. The monofilaments 61 have certain elasticity, and in the using process of the mat, the monofilaments 61 can be compressed by human body extrusion, so that people feel soft and comfortable. Meanwhile, the monofilament 61 buffers the extrusion force of the human body, so that the extrusion force on the articles at the lower end of the mat is reduced, and the possibility of damaging the articles at the lower end of the mat due to overlarge extrusion force is reduced. The two monofilaments 61 are arranged in a crossed mode, the crossed point is the central point of the monofilaments 61, and when the monofilaments 61 are extruded, the action points of the two monofilaments 61 are one point, so that the possibility that the monofilaments 61 are transversely pulled and damaged is avoided. Meanwhile, when the extrusion force disappears, the monofilament 61 can be restored to the natural state more quickly. The ratio of the distance between the two layers of non-woven fabrics 62 to the thickness of the non-woven fabrics 62 is 1:3, and the arrangement ensures that the elastic layer 6 can play a good buffering role, and simultaneously, the structural strength of the elastic layer 6 is also good, so that the monofilaments 61 cannot puncture the non-woven fabrics 62 to damage the spice layer 1.

Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of second grooves 7 are formed in the lower end face of the spice layer 1, spice powder 3 is arranged in the second grooves 7, the cross section of each second groove 7 is the same as that of the first groove 2 (see fig. 2), the axis of each second groove 7 is perpendicular to the end face of the spice layer 1, and the second grooves 7 are adjacently arranged and the adjacent second grooves 7 share one edge. The non-woven fabric 62 on the elastic layer 6, which is close to the spice layer 1, is provided with a second protrusion 8, and the cross section shape and size of the second protrusion 8 are the same as those of the second groove 7, so that the second protrusion 8 can be matched with the second groove 7. After the mat is hot-pressed and formed, the second bulges 8 and the second grooves 7 are tightly connected, so that the spice layer 1 and the elastic layer 6 are not easy to separate. Meanwhile, the second bulge 8 tightly presses the spice powder 3 into the second groove 7, so that the situation that the spice powder 3 falls out when people use the mat is avoided. The non-woven fabric 62 on the elastic layer 6 far away from the spice layer 1 is provided with a cotton layer 9, and the material of the cotton layer 9 is cotton. The arrangement of the cotton layer 9 enables the two sides of the mat to be used, the bamboo strip layer 4 is arranged on the upper end face under the condition of being hot in summer, and the cotton layer 9 is arranged on the upper end face under the condition of not being hot. The application range of the mat is wider, and the practicability of the mat is improved. The bamboo strip layer 4, the spice layer 1, the elastic layer 6 and the cotton layer 9 are connected through hot pressing, so that the layers are not easy to separate.

The implementation principle of the mat in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the perfume powder 3 is placed in the first recess 2 and the second recess 7 of the perfume layer 1, so that the fragrance of the perfume powder 3 is emitted from both ends of the perfume layer 1. Meanwhile, the bamboo strip layers 4 and the cotton layer 9 at the two ends of the mat are made of different materials, so that people can select corresponding end faces to use according to actual requirements, and the practicability is enhanced.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

A mat, characterized by: the bamboo strip incense stick is characterized by comprising a spice layer (1), wherein a first groove (2) is formed in the spice layer (1), spice powder (3) is arranged in the first groove (2), and a bamboo strip layer (4) is arranged on the end face, provided with the first groove (2), of the spice layer (1).

2. A mat as defined in claim 1, wherein: the bamboo strip layer (4) comprises short strips (41) and long strips (42), and the short strips (41) and the long strips (42) are arranged in a staggered mode.

3. A mat as defined in claim 2, wherein: the end face, close to the spice layer (1), of the bamboo strip layer (4) is provided with a first protrusion (5) matched with the first groove (2).

4. A mat as defined in claim 1, wherein: an elastic layer (6) is arranged on the end face, far away from the first groove (2), of the spice layer (1).

5. A mat as defined in claim 4, wherein: elastic layer (6) include one deck monofilament (61) and two-layer non-woven fabrics (62), two-layer non-woven fabrics (62) set up respectively in the both ends of monofilament (61), monofilament (61) crossing arrangement.

6. A mat as defined in claim 5, wherein: the ratio of the distance between the two layers of non-woven fabrics (62) to the thickness of the non-woven fabrics (62) is 1: 3.

7. a mat as defined in claim 5, wherein: the end face of the spice layer (1) provided with the elastic layer (6) is provided with a second groove (7), spice powder (3) is arranged in the second groove (7), and a second bulge (8) matched with the second groove (7) is arranged on the non-woven fabric (62).

8. A mat as defined in claim 7, wherein: the cross section shapes of the first groove (2) and the second groove (7) are both regular hexagons.

9. A mat as defined in claim 4, wherein: one end of the elastic layer (6) far away from the spice layer (1) is provided with a cotton layer (9).
