As shown in fig. 4, the dial 30 may further include a circuit board 32 and a power supply 33 provided on the dial 30 on a side facing the operation handle 10 to supply power to the light source 31. 1. A swing handle apparatus, comprising:
an operating handle that can be rotated such that an indicator thereon points to one of a plurality of rotational positions;
a housing including an opening to which the operation handle is attached, and provided with a plurality of light guide columns of different colors from each other, which pass through a wall of the housing, at radially outer sides of the opening, positions of the plurality of light guide columns corresponding to the plurality of rotational positions; and
a dial attached to the operating handle within the housing and rotating together with the operating handle, the dial including only one light source located radially outside the operating handle on a side facing the operating handle, a position of the light source corresponding to a position of the indicator,
wherein, when the operation handle is rotated such that the indicator points to one of the plurality of rotational positions, the light source is rotated below the light guide column corresponding to the one rotational position and conducts light to the outside of the housing through the corresponding light guide column.
2. The rotary handle device of claim 1, wherein when the light source is rotated beneath a corresponding light guide, the light source and the corresponding light guide are sufficiently close and/or the plurality of light guides are sufficiently far apart such that the light source is conducted to the exterior of the housing only through the corresponding light guide.
3. The rotary handle device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the light source is an LED.
4. The rotary handle device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the light source is configured to emit white light.
5. The rotary handle assembly of claim 4, wherein the plurality of light guides are red, yellow, and green light guides, respectively, that display red, yellow, and green light, respectively, when the light source is positioned below the plurality of light guides, respectively.
6. The swing handle apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the swivel plate further comprises a circuit board and a power supply source to supply power to the light source.
7. The swing handle apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the power supply source constantly supplies power to the light source.
8. A circuit breaker comprising a rotary handle arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The circuit breaker of claim 8, wherein the plurality of light guide posts are three light guide posts, red light guide post, yellow light guide post, and green light guide post, respectively, and
when the operating handle rotates to the switching-on position of the circuit breaker, the light source also rotates to the switching-on position, and the white light leads out red light through the red light guide column;
when the operating handle rotates to the fault position of the circuit breaker, the light source also rotates to the fault position, and the white light leads out yellow light through the yellow light guide column; and
when the operating handle rotates to the opening position of the circuit breaker, the light source also rotates to the opening position, and the white light leads out green light through the green light guide column.
