The air conditioner chassis assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a chassis material saving hole is arranged in the middle of the air conditioner chassis (1), a chassis reinforcing rib (13) is arranged in the chassis material saving hole, and the chassis reinforcing rib (13) comprises two ribs which are vertically arranged.
10. An air conditioner comprising a cabinet air conditioner, wherein the chassis of the cabinet air conditioner is the air conditioner chassis assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-9.
