The cup holder 1a includes a cup holder handle 12a in addition to the cup holder body 11, and the cup holder handle 12a is connected to the cup holder body top 112. The skilled person will appreciate that in some embodiments, the cup holder 1a may not include the cup holder handle 12 a. The heat generating plate assembly 30 and the metal pad 2 are located in the mounting cavity 111. As shown in fig. 3 in combination with fig. 2, the heat generating plate assembly 30 and the metal pad 2 are located in the mounting cavity 111, in some embodiments, a cup bottom 202 is located at the mouth of the mounting cavity 111, and the heat generating plate assembly 30 and the metal pad 2 are located between the cup bottom 202 and the bottom of the mounting cavity 111. So set up, because cooking cup subassembly 100a includes cooking machine handle 50 with cup base handle 12a, cup base handle 12a and cooking machine handle 50 provide two stress points, and cup base handle 12a can make with the cooperation of cooking machine handle 50 to take and put the cooking machine more convenient and not hard, for example, when food in cooking cup 20 is heavier, can hold cooking machine handle 50 with cup base handle 12a takes cooking cup subassembly 100a away from cooking machine base 200, perhaps places cooking cup subassembly 100a in cooking machine base 200, when food in cooking cup 20 is lighter, can only use cooking machine handle 50 places cooking machine subassembly 100a in cooking machine base 200 or take away from cooking machine base 200.
Referring to fig. 3, in the case that the metal pad 2 is welded on the bottom 202 of the cooking cup 20 to form the waterproof cavity 203 and the cup holder handle 12 is provided, heat generated from the heat generating plate 31 or heat of food in the cooking cup 20 may be transferred to the cup holder handle 12a, so that the cup holder handle 12a is easily scalded and inconvenient to take and place, and in order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 3, the cup holder handle 12a includes a handle inner surface 1211 facing the body 201 of the cooking cup 20. The inner handle surface 1211 is attached to the cup body 201, and the inner handle surface 1211 is provided with a handle hole 1215 extending into the cup holder handle 12 a. With such an arrangement, the handle hole 1215 reduces the contact area between the cup holder handle 12a and the cup body 201, so as to reduce the heat transferred to the cup holder handle 12a, thereby achieving the purpose of heat insulation, and the cup holder handle 12a is not easy to scald and convenient for holding the cup holder handle 12 a. The skilled artisan will appreciate that the handle holes 1215 can be arranged in a variety of ways, such as, for example, the handle holes 1215 are spaced apart; the shape of the handle hole 1215 may be various, for example, a circular hole, a square hole, etc., and in short, the configuration of the handle hole 1215 is not limited as long as the contact area can be reduced. In addition, the inner surface 1211 of the handle is attached to the body 201 of the cooking cup 20, the cooking machine is attractive, after the cooking cup 20 is attached, the body 201 of the cooking cup 20 can support the base handle 12a, and therefore the strength requirement on the base handle 12a is low, in addition, in the assembling process, the inner surface 1211 of the handle can also play a role in positioning to position the relative position between the base body 11 and the cooking cup 20, so that the assembling precision between the cooking cup 20 and the base assembly 10a is improved, particularly, when the body 201 is a curved surface, the assembling precision can be improved when the inner surface 1211 of the handle is a curved surface, the body 201 can be conveniently manufactured by arranging the handle hole 1215 on the base handle, and a structure for reducing heat transfer is not required to be arranged on the body.
With continuing reference to fig. 5 and 6, the present application discloses another cooking cup assembly 100b based on the concept of reducing heat transfer by reducing contact area. Also set up in cooking cup subassembly 100b metal pad 2, the difference with cooking cup subassembly 100a lies in: the structure of the insulation is different. For ease of distinction, the cup holder assembly of the cooking cup assembly 100b is labeled 10b and, correspondingly, the cup holder is labeled 1 b. In the cooking cup assembly 100b, the cup holder 1b includes a cup holder body 11 and a cup holder handle 12 b. The inner handle surface 1211 of the cup holder handle 12b is attached to the cup body 201, and a heat insulation cavity 204 is formed between the inner handle surface 1211 and the cup body 201. So set up, thermal-insulated chamber 204 also can reduce the area of contact of cup body 201 and cup handle 12b and reduce the heat transfer, and cup handle 12b is difficult to scald, is convenient for hold cup handle 12b and cooking machine handle 50 and take and put cooking cup subassembly 100 b. Other advantages of the cup holder 1b of the cooking cup assembly 100b refer to the advantages of the cup holder 1a of the cooking cup assembly 100a, such as the advantages of the inner surface 1211 of the handle abutting against the cup body 201.
The insulating cavity 204 can be formed in various ways, for example, the cup body 201 is provided with a cup body groove, and the inner surface 1211 of the handle covers the groove to form the insulating cavity, or the cup body 201 is provided with a cup body groove and the inner surface 1211 of the handle is provided with a handle groove 1212, and the handle groove 1212 and the cup body groove are formed to form the insulating cavity after the cup body 201 and the inner surface 1211 of the handle are attached, or, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner surface 1211 of the holder handle 12 is provided with a handle groove 1212, and the cup body 201 covers the handle groove 1212 to form the insulating cavity 204 after the cup body 201 and the inner surface 1211 of the handle are attached, as shown in fig. 6. Set up handle recess 1212 in the cup handle so that cup body 201 shelters from the mode of handle recess 1212 in order to constitute thermal-insulated chamber 204, like this, cup body 201 need not set up thermal-insulated structure (for example recess), and cooking cup 20 makes simply, and the cup is the necessary part of every cooking cup subassembly, the cup handle (including handle recess) and conventional cup can be through one set of mould integrated into one piece, so, the manufacturing of cup 1b is all very simple, and it is little to the mould change of current cup. The handle recesses 1212 can be disposed in various ways, for example, in one embodiment as shown in fig. 5, only one of the handle recesses 1212 is provided, and extends around the circumference of the cup body 201 on the inner handle surface 1211; further alternatively, the plurality of handle grooves 1212 may be provided, and the plurality of handle grooves 1212 may extend on the handle inner surface 1211 in a direction parallel to the cup body 201 (the direction around the cup body 201 is a horizontal direction, and then the direction parallel to the cup body 201 may be regarded as a vertical direction, and with reference to the axis of the cup body 201, since the cup body 201 is inclined to the axis, the plurality of handle grooves 1212 are inclined to the axis). The depth and/or width of the handle groove 1212 may be selected based on, among other things, the strength of the cup holder handle 12, and the most important consideration is the configuration of the insulating cavity 204.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in order to solve the problem of the cup holder handle being hot, another cooking cup assembly 100c is disclosed in the embodiment of the present application. The food cup assembly 100c also includes a metal pad 2, which is different from the food cup assemblies 100b and 100a in that: the insulating sheet 60 is used to insulate, while the cooking cup assemblies 100b and 100a are used to insulate, either with the insulating cavity 204 or the handle hole 1215. For the sake of convenience, the cup holder of the cooking cup assembly 100c is labeled as 1c, and more specifically, in the cooking cup assembly 100c, a heat insulation sheet 60 is disposed between the inner surface 1211 of the handle and the cup body 201.
