According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be for electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other cooking utensil, and according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee, a kind of deep pot hot water, fried dish. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 may include a cover assembly 1 and a pot body 2. Only a partial structure of the pot body 2 is shown in the drawings. It is to be understood, however, that the pot body 2 may include a pot body housing configured substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped or a cylinder or a truncated cone. An inner pot (not shown) may also be disposed within the pot body housing. For example, the pot body housing may have a cylindrical-shaped cavity (not shown) therein, into or from which the inner pot may be freely placed or removed to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. The pot body 2 is usually provided therein with a heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot.
Referring again to fig. 1 and 2, according to the present invention, the cover assembly 1 includes a cover 10. The lid body 10 is configured to be pivotably connected to the pot body 2 about a pivot axis. When the cover body 10 is closed, a cooking space (not shown) is formed between the cover body 10 and the inner pot. It will be appreciated that in figure 2 there is shown an exploded view of the lid 10 having a main body portion (which may also be referred to as a liner) and a panel 11, the panel 11 being provided on the liner. The main body portion of the lid body 10 has a large strength, and it mainly functions as a support, whereby various functional parts can be provided on the main body portion.
For example, with continued reference to fig. 2, according to the present invention, a steam generating device 20 is provided on the cover 10 for generating steam for assisting cooking. In a state where the lid body 10 covers the pot body 2, the steam generating device 20 can communicate with the cooking space through a structure such as a steam passage (not shown) to introduce steam into the cooking space, thereby achieving an effect of assisting cooking. Taking an electric cooker as an example, the specific operation of the auxiliary cooking may be to introduce the steam generated by the steam generating device 20 into the cooking space during the cooking process, and heat the rice from above, so that the rice can be uniformly heated, and the heating efficiency is improved; alternatively, after the rice is cooked, the steam generated by the steam generator 20 may be introduced into the cooking space to keep the rice warm and fresh, thereby maintaining a good taste.
The steam generating device 20 comprises a steam generating assembly, which mainly comprises a steam generating chamber and a heating device (not shown). The steam generating chamber is for containing water to be heated to generate steam. In the present embodiment, the steam generating device 20 includes a water container 21, and a receiving space of the water container 21 constitutes the steam generating chamber. The water container 21 may be configured to be disposed in the cover 10 in a manually detachable manner. The user can conveniently take out the water container 21 for washing or replacement. The heating means is for heating the water in the steam generating chamber, i.e. the water container 21, to generate steam. The heating device may in particular be a heating tube, a heating plate, an electromagnetic heating coil or the like, which may preferably be arranged below or at the side of the steam generating chamber.
In addition, the steam generating device 20 further includes a steam cover 22. The steam cover 22 is connected to the lid 10 and is movable relative to the lid 10 between a closed position and an open position. The side of the steam cover plate 22 facing the steam generating chamber is provided with a seal. As shown, when the steam cover plate 22 is in the closed position, the steam cover plate 22 is capable of covering and sealing the steam generating chamber to prevent water and/or steam from leaking therefrom. Preferably, the upper surface of the steam cover plate 22 forms a part of the upper surface of the lid body 10. This preferred solution makes the construction of the cover assembly 1 more compact. As shown in the figure, when the steam cover 22 is in the open position, the steam generating chamber is opened and is communicated with the outside, and a user can add water into the water container 21 or take out the water container 21 for cleaning. Preferably, the steam cover plate 22 may be connected to the cover body 10 by a pivot shaft so as to be pivotally switched between the closed position and the open position about the pivot axis.
Further, a locking device (not shown) is provided on the cover body 10. Accordingly, a bayonet lock (not shown) is provided on the steam cover plate 22. When the steam cover plate 22 is in the covering position, the locking device can clamp the clamping pin in a locking manner, so that the steam cover plate 22 is fixed in the covering position. The user can unlock the latch by the unlocking operation of the locking device through the cover opening operation so that the steam cover plate 22 can be opened from the cover closing position. Preferably, the locking means may be a push-button or the like. The steam cover 22 can be locked when pressed towards the lid 10 and unlocked when pressed again towards the lid 10. Therefore, structures such as an uncovering button and the like can be omitted, and unnecessary parts are reduced. Preferably, a biasing member such as a torsion spring may also be provided to automatically move the steam cover 22 to the open position when the latch is unlatched.
Referring again to fig. 2 to 4, the lid assembly 1 further comprises a locking device 30 disposed on the lid 10 for locking the steam cover 22 of the steam generating device 20 in a covering position when the lid 10 is opened relative to the pot body 2, so as to prevent water in the steam generating cavity from flowing out due to accidental opening. According to the utility model discloses, locking device 30 can open to being greater than when predetermined angle automatically under the effect of gravity the locking to steam cover plate 22 at lid 10 for the horizontal plane to close automatically under the effect of gravity and remove the locking to steam cover plate 22 when being less than within the predetermined angle at lid 10 for the horizontal plane lid. Thereby, it is possible to automatically lock or unlock by gravity in response to the position state of the lid body 10, the trouble of manual operation is eliminated, and the reliability is high.
Specifically, the locking device 30 includes a locking member 31 and a weight member 32. Wherein the locking member 31 is configured to be movable between a locking position (see fig. 3) and an unlocking position (see fig. 4). When the locking member 31 is in the locking position, it is capable of locking the steam cover 22 in the closed position. At this time, even if the user performs the operation of opening the steam cover 22, the steam cover 22 cannot be opened, thereby ensuring safety. When the locking member 31 is located at the unlocking position, it releases the locking of the steam cover 22, and the user can open the steam cover 22 to perform a desired operation.
The weight 32 is fixedly connected to the locking member 31. The fixed connection prevents the weight member 32 and the locking member 31 from hitting each other during the movement to generate noise or give a jerky feeling. The weight 32 has a large mass so that its weight is large enough to drive the locking member 31 between the locked and unlocked positions. In the present embodiment, the locking member 31 has an accommodation cavity 311, and the weight member 32 is fixed in the accommodation cavity 311. This makes it possible to substantially coincide the position of the center of gravity of the weight member 32 with the position of the center of gravity of the locking member 31, facilitating the movement of the two integrally.
The weight 32 may be made of a material such as metal, glass, plastic, or ceramic. Thus, even if the weight 32 has a small volume, it can have a large gravity. In the illustrated embodiment, the weight 32 is configured as a sphere. However, the weight 32 may also be configured as a cylinder, square, cone, or any other suitable shape.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a slide groove 12 is provided in the lid body 10, and the slide groove 12 has a support surface 121. The locking member 31 is disposed within the slide channel 12 and is slidable along the support surface 121 between an unlocked position and a locked position. Wherein the support surface 121 is configured to be inclined downward in a horizontal direction away from the steam cover plate 22 in a state where the lid body 10 is horizontally placed. For example, the inclination angle of the support surface 121 is set to α. When the lid 10 is placed horizontally, the support surface 121 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane and is positioned lower away from the steam cover plate 22. The locking member 31 slides along the support surface 121 to a lower position (i.e., an unlocked position) under the force of the weight 32, away from the steam cover 22. The locking member 31 remains stationary during the time the lid body 10 is opened from horizontal to an angle alpha relative to the horizontal. Once the opening angle of the lid body 10 with respect to the horizontal plane is greater than α, the position of the support surface 121 adjacent to the steam cover 22 becomes the low position, i.e., the position of the locking member 31 is higher than the position of the steam cover 22. At this point, the locking member 31 automatically slides along the support surface 121 to a low position adjacent the steam cover 22 under the influence of gravity, thereby locking the steam cover 22 in the closed position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 31 is provided with a projection 312. Accordingly, the steam cover plate 22 is provided with a slot. Illustratively, when the locking member 31 is in the locked position, the protrusion 312 is inserted into the slot to prevent the steam cover 22 from opening. Alternatively, the locking member may be provided with a slot and the steam cover plate with a protrusion, or both the steam cover plate and the locking member may be provided with mating slots and protrusions.
The angle α is a predetermined angle for triggering the movement of the lock member 31. Preferably, α may be 18 ° to 25 °. For example, α may be specifically 20 °, 22 °, 24 ° or any value within the above range.
Turning again to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the locking device 30 preferably further comprises a bumper 33 made of a flexible material such as silicone or rubber. The buffer member 33 is fixed in the receiving cavity 311 of the locking member 31 and at least partially separates the locking member 31 from the weight member 32 to perform a buffering function, thereby further reducing noise and jerk caused by impact. It will be appreciated that the likelihood and strength of the impact between the weight member 32 and the locking member 31 is greater in the direction of movement of the locking member 31. Therefore, the cushion member 33 may be provided only at a necessary position between the locking member 31 and the weight member 32 in the moving direction of the locking member 31, and the cushion member 33 may not be provided at other positions (e.g., other positions where no impact is generated). Thereby saving material. Of course, the damping element 33 can also be used to completely or largely surround the weight element 32 for reasons of safety.
In the present embodiment, the cushion member 33 is configured in a U-shaped configuration. The weight member 32 is sandwiched between the two opposite side arms 331 and 33 of the U-shaped structure, and further the weight member 32 and the buffer member 33 are integrally inserted or snapped into the receiving cavity 311 of the locking member 31. It can be understood that the side walls of the weight member 32 and the receiving cavity 311 and the side arms 331 of the buffer member 33 apply clamping force to firmly hold the weight member 32 and the buffer member 33 in the receiving cavity 311.
Preferably, the lateral side walls 331 and the lateral side surfaces of the buffer 33 are provided with a projection 332. Accordingly, a pair of opposite side walls of the receiving cavity 311 of the locking member 31 is provided with catching grooves 313. During the process of inserting the buffer member 33 into the accommodating cavity 311, the protrusions 332 are clamped into the corresponding clamping grooves 313, so as to further improve the installation firmness of the weight member 32 and the buffer member 33. It is further preferable that the size of the projection 332 in a natural state is larger than that of the card slot 313, and the projection 332 has a cavity. The cavity allows the protrusion 332 to elastically deform better to accommodate the size of the slot 313 while providing improved cushioning against impact. And the convex block 332 in the clamping groove 313 has the tendency of elastic recovery, so that the acting force of the convex block 332 and the clamping groove 313 is increased, and the firm installation is further kept.
In the above embodiment, the lock member 31 is moved between the lock position and the unlock position in such a manner as to slide along the support surface 121. However, it is understood that as an alternative embodiment, the locking member 31 may also be configured to move between the locked and unlocked positions in a manner that rotates about a pivot axis
