It can be understood that when the ratio of the projection area surrounded by the outer contour of the heating element 4 to the projection area of the lower cover plate 2 is less than 0.5, the heating area of the heating element 4 is smaller, and the generation of condensed water cannot be effectively reduced; when the ratio of the projection area surrounded by the outer contour of the heating element 4 to the projection area of the lower cover plate 2 is greater than 1.2, the heating area of the heating element 4 is large, more power resources are needed when the heating element is heated to a preset temperature, the generation of condensed water can be effectively reduced, and the waste of heat of the heating element 4 is caused, so that the resources are wasted. Therefore, the ratio of the projection area surrounded by the outer contour of the heating element 4 to the projection area of the lower cover plate 2 is between 0.5 and 1.2, thereby not only reducing the generation of condensed water, but also avoiding the waste of resources.
For example, the ratio of the projected area enclosed by the outer contour of the heating element 4 to the projected area of the lower cover plate 2 may be: 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1, 1.1, 1.2, etc.
Preferably, the ratio of the projection area surrounded by the outer contour of the heating element 4 to the projection area of the lower cover plate 2 is not less than 0.8, so that condensed water generated in the long-time heat preservation process of the cooking utensil 1000 is effectively reduced, the waste of heat of the heating element 4 is avoided, the generation of the condensed water is reduced, and resources are saved.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the surface of the lower cover plate 2 on the side of the steam chamber 5 is formed as a slope extending downward in a direction from the periphery of the lower cover plate 2 toward the steam inlet 21. As shown in fig. 1, the middle of the upper surface of the lower cover plate 2 is a plane, so that the collection of condensed water is avoided, the upper surface of the lower cover plate 2 is formed into an inclined plane which is inclined downwards and extends towards the middle of the lower cover plate 2, the path of the condensed water on the lower cover plate 2 is lengthened, the time for heating the condensed water is prolonged, the condensed water can be fully heated, and the generation of the condensed water is reduced. From this, the structural design of lower cover plate 2 is reasonable, and is convenient for make.
Preferably, the included angle between the inclined surface of the lower cover plate 2 on the side surface of the steam cavity 5 and the horizontal plane is between 4 and 16 degrees. Referring to fig. 1, an included angle between an inclined plane of an upper surface of a lower cover plate 2 and a horizontal plane is between 4 degrees and 16 degrees, when the included angle between the inclined plane of the upper surface of the lower cover plate 2 and the horizontal plane is less than 4 degrees, due to the fact that the included angle is too small, a path of condensed water on the lower cover plate 2 is short, the condensed water is heated for a short time, the condensed water cannot be heated sufficiently, when the included angle between the inclined plane of the upper surface of the lower cover plate 2 and the horizontal plane is more than 16 degrees, due to the fact that the included angle is too large, the size of the lower cover plate 2 extending into an inner pot 300 is large, and the volume of the inner pot 300 is reduced. Therefore, the included angle between the inclined plane of the cover plate positioned on the surface of one side where the steam cavity 5 is positioned and the horizontal plane is 4-16 degrees, the space volume of the steam cavity 5 is maximized, the condensed water is guaranteed to have an enough heating path, and the condensed water can be fully heated.
For example, the inclined surface of the lower cover plate 2 on the side surface of the steam cavity 5 may be at an angle with the horizontal plane: 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 °, 8 °, 9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °, 13 °, 14 °, 15 °, 16 °, and so on.
In some embodiments, the lower cover plate 2 includes: a bottom plate portion 22, a side plate portion 23, and a burring portion 24. The steam inlet 21 is formed on the bottom plate portion 22, the side plate portion 23 is connected on the periphery of the bottom plate portion 22 and extends upward in the vertical direction, the side plate portion 23 is in the shape of a ring extending around the bottom plate portion 22, the flanging portion 24 is connected on the upper end of the side plate portion 23 and extends outward in the horizontal direction, and the flanging portion 24 extends in the shape of a ring along the periphery of the side plate portion 23. As shown in fig. 1, the side plate portion 23 extending vertically and upwardly is connected to the periphery of the bottom plate portion 22, the flanging portion 24 extending horizontally and outwardly is connected to the upper end of the side plate portion 23, the side plate portion 23 and the flanging portion 24 are both annular, the side plate portion 23 extends around the bottom plate portion 22, the flanging portion 24 extends along the circumference of the side plate portion 23, the lower cover plate 2 is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the flanging portion 24 can fix the lower cover plate 2 on the cover body 100 stably and firmly, the lower cover plate is not easy to fall off, the service life of the cover body 100 is prolonged, and the safety performance of the cover body 100 in use is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, the middle portion of the bottom plate portion 22 is formed as a horizontal plate extending in the horizontal direction, the steam inlet 21 penetrates the horizontal plate in the thickness direction, and the bottom plate portion 22 extends obliquely downward in a direction from the lower end of the side plate portion 23 toward the horizontal plate. Therefore, the included angle between the bottom plate part 22 extending downwards and the horizontal plane is 4-16 degrees, the space volume of the steam cavity 5 is maximized, a sufficient heating path for the condensed water is ensured, and the condensed water can be fully heated.
For example, the angle between the downwardly extending floor portion 22 and the horizontal plane may be: 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 °, 8 °, 9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °, 13 °, 14 °, 15 °, 16 °, and so on.
In some embodiments, the bottom plate portion 22 is formed with a plurality of ribs 221, the ribs 221 extend from the periphery of the bottom plate portion 22 to the horizontal plate along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate portion 22 and are inclined inward, the plurality of ribs 221 are disposed around the horizontal plate at intervals. As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of ribs 221 extend from the periphery of the bottom plate 22 along the horizontal plate direction of the bottom plate 22, when the condensed water is attached to the lower cover plate 2, due to the tension and gravity of water, the condensed water flows downwards along the ribs 221, the length of the ribs 221 is greater than the distance between the periphery of the bottom plate 22 and the periphery of the horizontal plate of the bottom plate 22, the heated path of the condensed water is prolonged, the condensed water can be heated sufficiently, thereby avoiding the insufficient heating of the condensed water, the insufficiently heated condensed water drips down when the cover body 100 is opened, and the backflow of the soup in the steam cavity 5 is facilitated, so that the cooked food is more delicious, and the experience of the user is improved.

The portion of the upper cover main body 64 beyond the upper cover plate 1 in the horizontal projection plane is the peripheral edge of the upper cover main body 64, and at least a portion of the peripheral edge of the upper cover main body 64 in the direction surrounding the upper cover plate 1 does not exceed the peripheral edge of the cleaning surface 12 of the upper cover plate 1 in the downward direction. It should be noted here that, for convenience of description, the above-mentioned up-down direction refers to an up-down direction when the lid body 100 of the cooking appliance 1000 is closed over the pot body 200, and not to an up-down direction of an opened state of the cooking appliance 1000 shown in the drawings, and an up-down direction appearing hereinafter also refers to an up-down direction when the lid body 100 of the cooking appliance 1000 is closed over the pot body 200.
In some embodiments, a limit protrusion 641 is formed at a side of the upper cover main body 64 facing the upper cover plate 1, the limit protrusion 641 is formed in a ring shape and defines a mounting groove at an inner side, the upper cover plate 1 is fitted into the mounting groove, and a peripheral edge of the cleaning surface 12 is flush with a lower end surface of the limit protrusion 641. The limiting protrusion 641 is formed on the lower side of the upper cover main body 64 (for example, the lower side of the upper cover main body 64 shown in fig. 3), the limiting protrusion 641 is annular, the mounting groove is formed on the inner side of the annular shape of the limiting protrusion 641, the upper cover plate 1 is embedded in the mounting groove, the peripheral edge of the cleaning surface 12 of the upper cover plate 1 is flush with the lower end surface of the limiting protrusion 641 (for example, the lower end of the limiting protrusion 641 shown in fig. 3), the upper cover plate 1 is convenient to mount, and dirt is not easy to accumulate on the upper cover plate 1, and the cleaning is convenient.

Optionally, the upper cover plate 1 is a metal piece, which has good heat conduction and heat resistance, is not easy to burn, and has small property change along with temperature change, good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, good durability, difficult aging, difficult damage and difficult contamination of dust and dirt, so that the cover body 100 is further convenient to clean, and the service life of the cover body 100 is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 12, a fixing buckle 13 extending upward (for example, in the vertical direction shown in fig. 1) is formed on the upper side of the upper cover plate 1, when the upper cover plate 1 is embedded in the mounting groove of the upper cover main body 64, the upper cover plate 1 is fixedly connected to the upper cover main body 64 through the fixing buckle 13, and the fixing buckle 13 is connected to the upper cover main body 64.
In one embodiment, the fixing buckles 13 include a plurality of fixing buckles 13, the plurality of fixing buckles 13 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the upper cover plate 1 at intervals, and the plurality of fixing buckles 13 arranged along the circumferential direction of the upper cover plate 1 at intervals can increase the connection area between the upper cover plate 1 and the upper cover main body 64, improve the connection stability, and ensure the use safety of the cooking appliance 1000, thereby improving the connection stability between the upper cover plate 1 and the upper cover main body 64, enhancing the safety of the cooking appliance 1000, and prolonging the service life.

The cover of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the other end of the upper cover is formed with a first fixing portion, and the other end of the lower cover is formed with a second fixing portion adapted to be detachably and fixedly connected with the first fixing portion.
7. The cover of the cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the first fixing portion is formed as a fixing clip protruding outward on a plane of the upper cover, the fixing clip being adapted to be engaged with the other end of the lower cover.
8. The cover for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the lower cover comprises:
a lower cover body defining the steam chamber with an open top inside;
the sealing cover is arranged at the top of the steam cavity in a covering mode and is connected with the lower cover main body in a sealing mode;
wherein, the sealing cover is detachably connected with the lower cover main body.

The cover of the cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the sealing cover is formed in a plate shape, a locking part adapted to be engaged with or disengaged from the lower cover main body is formed at a peripheral edge of the sealing cover, and the locking part is formed as a locking groove.

The lid of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 8, wherein the upper lid is provided with a detecting device having a detecting end, the sealing lid is provided with a detecting opening penetrating through the sealing lid in a thickness direction, and the detecting end penetrates through the detecting opening and extends into the steam chamber.
13. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body;
the inner pot is arranged in the pot body;
a lid for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 12, which is openably provided on the pot body for closing the inner pot.
