The feasibility of the solution is relatively low, it is not suitable for adults in terms of size and strength of the case, and there is basically no environment for using the product. But the proposal provides a better idea that whether the luggage box can be expanded to be used as a baby crib or not. The common scene is that families who just breed infants also have the requirement of going out overnight, such as going out to play or making friends and relatives; the stroller is not portable and presents a significant safety risk if the infant and the adult are allowed to sleep in the same bed. However, the luggage case described in the above patent technical solutions cannot be expanded to be used as a baby bed, so the present solution provides a luggage case that can be spread flat and used as a baby bed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a luggage case capable of being tiled and unfolded, which can be used as a baby cradle or a bed frame for changing diapers in an unfolded state, and is very convenient.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
a luggage case capable of being spread flatly comprises a case body; the method is characterized in that: the box body comprises a base, a front shell and a rear shell which are limited to be rotatably arranged on two sides of the base, and a telescopic pull rod frame is arranged in the rear shell;
the front shell and the rear shell can rotate the base so as to adjust the base between a folded state and an unfolded state; when the box body is in a furled state, the front shell, the rear shell and the base are enclosed to form a closed containing cavity; when the box body is in an unfolding state, the front shell, the rear shell and the base are enclosed to form a sleeping cavity with an upward opening, and the inner side wall of the front shell, the inner side wall of the rear shell and the upper end face of the base are basically flush and butted.
The above technical scheme is adopted in the utility model, this technical scheme relates to a can tile the suitcase that expandes, and the box of this suitcase includes the base to and inject to rotate procapsid and the back casing that sets up in the base both sides. In contrast to the conventional solution, which only includes the front housing and the rear housing hinged to each other, a base is used instead of the lower side walls of the front housing and the rear housing in the conventional solution, so that the front housing and the rear housing can rotate relative to the base. When the suitcase body is in a furled state, the suitcase can be used as a luggage case; when the box body is in an unfolded state, the baby crib can be used as a baby crib; at the moment, the front shell, the rear shell and the base are enclosed to form a sleeping cavity with an upward opening, the sleeping cavity can limit the sleeping area of the baby, and the baby is well protected from falling; the inner side wall of the front shell, the inner side wall of the rear shell and the upper end face of the base are basically flush and butted to form a bed board of the sleeping cavity, and the bed board is butted and relatively flush with the upper end face of the base through the inner side wall of the front shell and the inner side wall of the rear shell, so that the bed board is smooth, and the bed board can be used as a baby bed after being paved on a mattress.
The suitcase related to the invention can be used as a baby cradle or a bed frame for changing diapers in an unfolded state, and is very convenient.
Preferably, a connecting part is respectively arranged between the base and the front shell and the rear shell on the two sides of the base; when the box body is in a folded state, the connecting part is used for connecting the base and the front shell or the rear shell, and when the box body is in an unfolded state, the connecting part is contracted or hidden in or below the base, the front shell or the rear shell. The limiting device has the advantages that the limiting device is limited in the technical scheme, when the box body is in the unfolding state, the inner side wall of the front shell, the inner side wall of the rear shell and the upper end face of the base are required to be in butt joint, and therefore a large gap is prevented from being formed in a bed board in a sleeping area. While the front shell and the rear shell are overlapped in the process of rotating relative to the base; in this case, when the box body is required to be ensured to be in the unfolding state, the inner side wall of the front shell, the inner side wall of the rear shell and the upper end surface of the base are butted. That can lead to the box to be in when drawing in the state, there is great clearance between procapsid, back casing and the base, can't use as the suitcase. In the scheme, the problem is solved through the connecting part, and the connecting part can be matched with the change of the state of the box body. When the luggage case is used as a luggage case, the connecting part is used as a part of the side wall of the case body; when the baby carriage is used, the connecting part is hidden and stored.
Preferably, the connecting part is an elastic connecting belt, and two ends of the elastic connecting belt are respectively connected to the base and the front shell or the rear shell; when the box body is in a folded state, the elastic connecting belt is in a tightened state; when the case is in the unfolded state, the elastic connecting belt is collected in the base, the front shell or the rear shell. On the basis of the scheme, the elastic connecting belt can be used as the connecting part. The structure is relatively simple, and the elastic connecting belt can be stretched or folded through the elasticity of the material, so that the box body can change in a good adaptability manner when the shape of the box body is changed.
Preferably, the connecting part is a track connecting part consisting of a plurality of hard plates, and a slide rail for guiding the track connecting part is arranged in the base; when the box body is in an unfolded state, the crawler connecting part is hidden in the base; when the box body is in a folded state, the crawler connecting part is drawn out of the base. In this technical solution, the crawler belt connecting portion is adopted as the connecting portion. Compare in elastic connection area's scheme, this scheme structure is comparatively complicated, but track connecting portion can provide higher intensity to when being the suitcase, track connecting portion can guarantee that box outside profile does not warp, and the appearance is more pleasing to the eye fashion. In addition, for leading to track connecting portion among this scheme, set up the slide rail on the base, track connecting portion moves along the slide rail, and is more smooth and easy and standard.
Preferably, the base comprises an inner plate and a bottom shell arranged below the inner plate; when the box body is in an unfolded state, the inner side wall of the front shell, the inner side wall of the rear shell and the inner plate are basically flush and butted; when the box body is in a furled state, the connecting part is hidden between the inner plate and the bottom shell. In the above technical solution, the base is composed of the bottom shell and the inner plate, wherein the inner plate is mainly used for forming a part of the sidewall of the storage cavity or the bed plate, and the bottom shell is mainly used for protecting the inner plate and the connecting plate, and is used for hiding the track connecting portion.
Preferably, the base further comprises connecting plates respectively arranged at two sides of the inner plate, and the lower ends of the front shell and the rear shell are hinged to two end parts of the connecting plates; when the box body is in an unfolded state, the front shell and the rear shell are abutted to the connecting plate for positioning. In the technical scheme, the front shell and the rear shell are abutted against the connecting plate to be positioned, so that the maximum overturning angle of the front shell and the rear shell is limited.
Preferably, the front shell and the rear shell are further connected through a link assembly, the link assembly comprises a first link rod with one end hinged on the rear shell and a second link rod with one end hinged on the front shell, and the first link rod and the second link rod are hinged; and the first link rod and/or the second link rod are/is provided with a positioning structure, so that when the box body is in an unfolded state, the first link rod and the second link rod are positioned. Adopt location structure further to promote the stability of procapsid and back casing under the expansion state among the above-mentioned scheme.
Preferably, the front shell is provided with a taking and placing opening, and the taking and placing opening is connected with a cover body; the bottom of lid rotates to be connected on getting the lower extreme edge of putting the mouth, and the edge detachable of lid connects on getting the procapsid of putting a mouthful edge. The traditional luggage case needs to be opened with the front case and the rear case to take and place articles, but the luggage case in the scheme needs a larger space in an opening state, and when only the articles need to be taken and placed without being used as a baby crib, the cover body on the front case can be opened only, and the articles can be taken and placed through the taking and placing opening. In addition, the edge of the cover body can be detachably connected to the front shell at the edge of the taking and placing opening, and a traditional zipper mode can be adopted, or a mode that the edge is adsorbed by a magnet and is locked by a safety lock and the like can be adopted.
Preferably, a box wheel assembly is arranged on the box body, and comprises two groups of wheel carriers which are respectively hinged on the front shell and the rear shell, and box wheels which are respectively connected below the two groups of wheel carriers; the two groups of wheel carriers can respectively rotate relative to the front shell and the rear shell along the hinge points of the two groups of wheel carriers, and are positioned with the front shell and the rear shell at the two ends of the rotation stroke; when the box body is in a folded state, the length direction of the wheel carrier is parallel to the side walls of the front shell and the rear shell; when the box body is in an unfolded state, the length direction of the wheel frame is perpendicular to the side walls of the front shell and the rear shell. On the basis that the luggage case disclosed by the scheme can be used as a baby crib, the scheme further limits that the case body is provided with a case wheel assembly; when the luggage case is used, the case wheel assembly is also in a storage state and is used as a common case wheel. When the baby crib is used as a baby crib, the box-wheel assembly is also in an unfolding state; the wheel carrier in the box wheel assembly integrally lifts up the baby crib, the height of the baby crib can be referred to by the overall height of the baby crib, and therefore a guardian can conveniently look after the baby.
Preferably, the wheel carrier rotates relative to the front shell and the rear shell along the hinged end of the wheel carrier, and the wheel carrier and the front shell and the rear shell rotate relative to the base to realize mutual linkage; when the front shell and the rear shell rotate relative to the base, the wheel carrier rotates relative to the front shell and the rear shell along the hinged end of the wheel carrier. When the folding box is used, when the box body is opened or folded, the box wheel components are also unfolded or folded in a linkage manner, so that the folding box is convenient for a user to use.
Preferably, the box wheel assembly further comprises a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod is hinged to the wheel frame, and the other end of the supporting rod is hinged to the base. In the technical scheme, on one hand, the supporting rod realizes linkage between the box wheel assembly and the front shell and the rear shell; on the other hand, the wheel frame can be locked and positioned in the unfolding state through the supporting rod, and the connection strength of the wheel frame is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment relates to a luggage case capable of being spread and unfolded, which includes a case body 1 and a case wheel assembly 2 disposed on the case body 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the case 1 in this embodiment specifically includes a base 11, and a front case 12 and a rear case 13 rotatably disposed on both sides of the base 11. Unlike the conventional solution, which only includes the front case 12 and the rear case 13 hinged to each other, the solution uses a base 11 instead of the lower side walls of the front case 12 and the rear case 13 in the conventional solution, so that both the front case 12 and the rear case 13 can rotate relative to the base 11 to be adjusted between the folded state and the unfolded state. As shown in fig. 1, when the box 1 is in a folded state, the front case 12, the rear case 13 and the base 11 enclose a closed receiving chamber 10 a; the overall function is similar to a conventional luggage case. However, in the state shown in fig. 3, when the box body 1 is in the unfolded state, the front case 12, the rear case 13 and the base 11 enclose the sleeping chamber 10b with the opening facing upward, and the inner side wall of the front case 12, the inner side wall of the rear case 13 and the upper end surface of the base 11 are substantially flush and abut against each other. The luggage case is unfolded to be used as a baby crib, the front shell 12, the rear shell 13 and the base 11 enclose to form a sleeping cavity 10b with an upward opening, and the sleeping cavity 10b can limit the sleeping area of a baby, so that the baby is well protected from falling. The inner side wall of the front shell 12, the inner side wall of the rear shell 13 and the upper end surface of the base 11 are basically flush and are in butt joint to form a bed board of the sleeping cavity 10b, and the bed board is in butt joint and is relatively flush with the upper end surface of the base 11 through the inner side walls of the front shell 13 and the rear shell 13, so that the bed board is smooth, and the bed board can be used as a baby crib after being paved on a mattress.
Namely, the suitcase related to the invention can be used as a baby cradle or a bed frame for changing diapers in an unfolded state, and is very convenient.
In the above technical solution, it is limited that when the box body 1 is in the unfolding state, it is required to ensure that the inner side wall of the front shell 12, the inner side wall of the rear shell 13 and the upper end surface of the base 11 are butted, so as to avoid a large gap on the bed board in the sleeping area. While there is some overlap in the rotation of the front and rear housings 12, 13 with respect to the base 11. In this case, when it is required to ensure that the cabinet 1 is in the unfolded state, the inner side walls of the front case 12, the rear case 13 and the upper end surface of the base 11 are butted. That would cause the case 1 to be in the folded state, a large gap exists between the front case 12, the rear case 13 and the base 11, and thus the case cannot be used as a luggage case. In a specific embodiment, therefore, a connecting portion is provided between the base 11 and the front case 12 and the rear case 13 on both sides thereof. The connecting portion is used to connect the base 11 and the front case 12 or the rear case 13 when the case 1 is in the collapsed state, and is contracted or hidden inside or below the base 11, the front case 12 or the rear case 13 when the case 1 is in the expanded state. In this solution, the above problem is solved by the connecting part, and the connecting part can be arranged to match the change of the state of the box body 1. In the case of a luggage case, the connecting portion is a part of the side wall of the case 1. When the baby carriage is used, the connecting part is hidden and stored.
Specific embodiments of the connecting part can refer to the following two schemes:
in a first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting portion is a track connecting portion 14 formed of a plurality of hard plates, and a slide rail 111 for guiding the track connecting portion 14 is provided in the base 11. When the box 1 is in the unfolded state, the crawler attachment portion 14 is hidden inside the base 11. When the container 1 is in the collapsed state, the track link 14 is withdrawn from the base 11. In this embodiment, the crawler attachment portion 14 is used as the attachment portion. Compared with the scheme of the elastic connecting belt, the scheme is relatively complex in structure, but the crawler connecting parts 14 can provide higher strength, so that when the luggage case is used, the crawler connecting parts 14 can ensure that the outer side outline of the case body 1 is not deformed, and the appearance is more attractive and fashionable. In addition, in this solution, in order to guide the track connecting portion 14, the base 11 is provided with a slide rail 111, and the track connecting portion 14 moves along the slide rail 111, which is smoother and more standard.
In a second embodiment, the connection portion is an elastic connection band, and two ends of the elastic connection band are respectively connected to the base 11 and the front housing 12 or the rear housing 13. When the box body 1 is in a furled state, the elastic connecting belt is in a tense state. When the case 1 is in the unfolded state, the elastic connection band is housed in the base 11, the front case 12, or the rear case 13. On the basis of the scheme, the elastic connecting belt can be used as the connecting part. The structure is relatively simple, and the elastic connecting belt can be stretched or folded through the elasticity of the material, so that the elastic connecting belt can change in a good adaptability manner when the shape of the box body 1 is changed.
The following is a specific structure adopted for the base 11 in addition to the connection portion of the first structure; if the connecting portion of the second structure is adopted, the elastic connecting band can be contracted in the base 11, the front shell 12 or the rear shell 13, and the occupied space is small; so that the bottom case is not provided.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the base 11 includes an inner plate 112, and a bottom case 113 disposed below the inner plate 112, and connection plates 114 respectively disposed at both sides of the inner plate 112. When the box body 1 is in an unfolded state, the inner side wall of the front shell 12, the inner side wall of the rear shell 13 and the inner plate 112 are basically flush and are in butt joint; the basic leveling does not need to be completely leveled, only the height difference influencing the sleeping of the baby is needed to be avoided, and the mattress with normal thickness can be normally used after being covered; the butt joint does not require seamless butt joint, and only needs no influence on the gap of the baby. When the box body 1 is in a folded state, the connecting portion is hidden between the inner plate 112 and the bottom case 113. In the above technical solution, the bottom shell 113 and the inner plate 112 form the base 11, wherein the inner plate 112 is mainly used to form a portion of a sidewall or a bed plate of the receiving cavity 10a, and the bottom shell 113 is mainly used to protect the inner plate 112 and the connecting plate 114, and to hide the track connecting portion 14.
The lower ends of the front case 12 and the rear case 13 are hinged to both end portions of the connection plate 114. When the case 1 is in the unfolded state, the front case 12 and the rear case 13 are positioned against the connection plate 114. In this embodiment, the maximum flip angle of the front case 12 and the rear case 13 is defined by positioning the front case 12 and the rear case 13 against the connection plate 114. The front housing 12 and the rear housing 13 are connected by a link assembly, the link assembly includes a first link 151 having one end hinged to the rear housing 13, and a second link 152 having one end hinged to the front housing 12, and the first link 151 is hinged to the second link 152. The first link 151 and/or the second link 152 are provided with a positioning structure 153, so that the first link 151 and the second link 152 are positioned when the box body 1 is in the unfolded state. The positioning structure 153 is adopted in this solution to further improve the stability of the front case 12 and the rear case 13 in the unfolded state.
In addition, a telescopic pull rod frame 16 is provided in the rear housing 13, and the structure and function of the pull rod frame 16 are similar to those of the conventional luggage case, and will not be described in detail. The front housing 12 is provided with a pick-and-place opening 121, and the pick-and-place opening 121 is connected with a cover body 17. The bottom of the cover 17 is rotatably connected to the lower edge of the access opening 121, and the edge of the cover 17 is detachably connected to the front housing 12 at the edge of the access opening 121. The conventional luggage case needs to be opened to access the articles when the front case 12 and the rear case 13 are opened, but the luggage case in the above scheme needs a large space in the opened state, and when the luggage case only needs to access the articles and does not need to be used as a baby bed, the cover 17 on the front case 12 can be opened only to access the articles through the access opening 121. The edge of the lid 17 is detachably connected to the front case 12 at the edge of the access opening 121, and a conventional zipper type or a type in which the edge is attracted by a magnet and locked by a safety lock may be used.
Finally, the box-wheel assembly 2 of the present invention includes two sets of wheel frames 21 hinged to the front case 12 and the rear case 13, respectively, and box wheels 22 connected below the two sets of wheel frames 21, respectively. The two sets of wheel carriers 21 are able to rotate along their hinge points with respect to the front and rear housings 12 and 13, respectively, and are positioned at both ends of the rotational stroke with respect to the front and rear housings 12 and 13. When the case 1 is in a collapsed state, the length direction of the wheel frame 21 is parallel to the side walls of the front case 12 and the rear case 13. When the cabinet 1 is in the unfolded state, the lengthwise direction of the wheel frame 21 is perpendicular to the side walls of the front case 12 and the rear case 13.
On the basis that the scheme discloses that the luggage box can be used as a baby crib, the scheme further limits that the box body 1 is provided with the box wheel assembly 2. When the luggage case is used, the case wheel assembly 2 is also in the storage state and is used as a normal case wheel 22. When used as a crib, the case wheel assembly 2 is also in the deployed state. The wheel frame 21 in the box wheel assembly 2 lifts the whole baby crib, and the height of the whole baby crib can be referred to the height of the existing baby crib, so that a guardian can conveniently look after the baby.
Besides, the wheel assembly 2 can be applied to the existing luggage case independently, and has the following functions:
when the suitcase body 1 is in a folded state, the wheel frame 21 is vertically arranged in parallel with the side walls of the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13, and the suitcase wheel assembly 2 is similar to the existing common suitcase wheel 22. When the suitcase body 1 is in the unfolding state, the wheel frame 21 is still vertically arranged, the side walls of the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13 are transversely arranged due to the unfolding of the suitcase body, at the moment, the length direction of the wheel frame 21 is perpendicular to the side walls of the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13, and the wheel frame 21 lifts the suitcase body 1 in the unfolding state, so that a user can arrange articles in the suitcase at a normal standing height, and the suitcase is convenient for the user to use in a labor-saving manner. It should be noted that: the length of the wheel frame 21 can be adjusted according to the operation height of the ordinary people.
On the basis of the above scheme, the rotation of the wheel frame 21 along the hinged end thereof relative to the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13 is interlocked with the rotation of the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13 relative to the base 11. When the front and rear housings 12, 13 rotate relative to the base 11, the wheel frame 21 rotates along its hinged end relative to the front and rear housings 12, 13. When the folding box is used, when the box body 1 is opened or folded, the box wheel components 2 are also unfolded or folded in a linkage manner, so that the folding box is convenient for a user to use. The box wheel assembly 2 further comprises a support rod 23, one end of the support rod 23 is hinged to the wheel carrier 21, and the other end of the support rod 23 is hinged to the base 11, specifically to two ends of the lower side of the connecting plate 114. In this technical scheme, the bracing piece 23 realizes on the one hand that the box wheel assembly 2 produces linkage with between front casing 12, the back casing 13. On the other hand, the wheel frame 21 can be locked and positioned in the unfolding state through the support rod 23, and the connection strength of the wheel frame is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper end of the wheel frame 21 is hinged to the top of the side wall of the front casing 12 or the rear casing 13, and the length of the wheel frame 21 is sufficient to enable the bottom of the box 1 to be suspended when the box 1 is in a folded state. In the technical scheme, the upper end part of the limiting wheel frame 21 is hinged to the top of the side wall of the front shell 12 or the rear shell 13, and the length of the wheel frame 21 is required to enable the lower end of the wheel frame 21 to be connected with the box wheel 22 to be used in a normal state; this ensures that the wheel frame 21 has a certain length, and when the box body 1 is in the unfolded state, the wheel frame 21 can lift it to a sufficient height. The front shell 12 and the rear shell 13 are both provided with a receiving groove 18, and the upper end part of the wheel frame 21 is hinged in the receiving groove 18; when the container 1 is in the folded state, the wheel frame 21 is at least partially embedded in the receiving groove 18. The receiving groove 18 is used to receive the wheel frame 21 when the container 1 is in the folded state, so as to avoid the deformation of the wheel frame 21 during the turning and transporting processes of the container 1.
