Description

一种屏蔽电热毯,属电子技术领域。
目前市售电热毯,其结构为上下盖片间,布一条电热线,当电热线接通电源后,电热线发热,使与之相邻的上下盖片被加温。由于上下盖片为纤维等热的不良导体制成,不利于热传递,使紧贴电热线部位温度比其他部位要高,电热线温度越高,其使用寿命越短,为提高其使用寿命就要增加电热线的长度和线径,以降低电热线的表面功率,结果造成材料浪费。原电热毯只有相线和零线两个接线端,无接地线,当电热线的绝缘由于某种原因降低时,有可能造成触电事故,因而其安全系数较小。另外,电热线在通电后,产生一定的电磁辐射,对外部有一定的电磁污染。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种屏蔽电热毯,它可以克服上述缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。在上下盖片之间夹一由金属制成的屏蔽层,电热线布于屏蔽层中。屏蔽层通过软线插头接地,电热线通过软线插头接电源。

兹结合附图对屏蔽电热毯的结构详述如下。
由图1,原电热毯通电后,由于上下盖片(6)、(7)为热的不良导体,使电热线(8)产生的热量不能较快的向外传递,造成局部温度过高,使电热线使用寿命缩短。由于没有接地线,其安全系数较小,同时不能屏蔽电热线产生的电磁污染。
由图2,在上下盖片(1)、(4)之间,夹有屏蔽层(2),此屏蔽层为金属制成,是热的良导体,可使电热线(3)发出的热量迅速向外传递,从而降低了电热线(3)的温度,延长其使用寿命,使电热线所能承受的表面功率提高。在保障电热毯寿命和总功率不变的前提下,可缩短电热线的长度,减小电热线的直径,从而节省材料。由于屏蔽层(2)通过软线插头(5)接地,当电热线由于某种原因绝缘程度降低时,在人与电热线间有屏蔽层的保护,而使安全系数提高。同时由于屏蔽层(2)接地,其电势永远为零,对处于其外的空间可起到电屏蔽作用,消除电热线电磁辐射造成的污染。
与现有技术相比较,屏蔽电热毯具有下列优点:
1,由于屏蔽层为热的良导体,可使热传递加快,提高电热线的使用寿命和所能承受的表面功率。
2,由于屏蔽层接地,可提高电热毯的安全系数,消除其电磁辐射污染。

1、一种屏蔽电热毯,由上盖片(1),屏蔽层(2),电热线(3),下盖片(4)和电源插头(5)等组成,其特征是上盖片(1)与屏蔽层(2)相连,屏蔽层(2)与下盖片(4)相连,电热线(3)与屏蔽层(2)相连,电热线(3)屏蔽层(2)与电源插头(5)相连。
