By adopting the hemming pocket cover sewing template 1 of the embodiment, when sewing a pocket cover with a hemming structure, only the first pocket cover cut piece 30 needs to be placed on the first area 100, the second pocket cover cut piece 31 needs to be placed on the second area 110, then the first pocket cover cut piece 30 is folded along the sewing groove shape to form the first bending structure 30a, and the second pocket cover cut piece 31 is folded along the sewing groove shape to form the second bending structure 31 a. Then, the band cut pieces 32 are placed on the first bending structures 30a or the second bending structures 31a along the first limiting parts 12, finally, the second template 11 is rotated to be covered with the first template 10, so that the first bending structures 30a and the second bending structures 31a are fixed, the band cut pieces 32 are fixed between the first bending structures 30a and the second bending structures 31a, and the placing process of the cut pieces on the band bag cover sewing template 1 can be completed.
Next, the sewing machine is used to sew the first flap panel 30, the trim panel 32, and the second flap panel 31 placed on the trim flap sewing template 1, and fix the first bending structure 30a and the second bending structure 31 a. Finally, the second template 11 is rotated open and the sewn cut pieces are removed, so that a flap with a flanged structure is obtained.
Therefore, the hemming pocket cover sewing template 1 of the embodiment can fix the hemming cut-parts 32 between the first bending structure 30a and the second bending structure 31a by using the first limiting part 12, so that the hemming cut-parts 32 can be automatically embedded and sewn on the edge of the pocket cover structure through the sewing machine, and the automation of the pocket cover production with the hemming structure is facilitated.
Optionally, the first template 10 and the second template 11 may be rotatably connected by one or more of a hinge structure or tape bonding, so that the first template 10 and the second template 11 are fixed in a relative position in a covering state, which simplifies manual operation and improves the accuracy of the relative position of the first template 10 and the second template 11 in the covering state.
Alternatively, the first area 100 and the second area 110 may be square, circular or other shaped areas. It is understood that the first region 100 only needs to be able to place the first cover panel 30, and the second region 110 only needs to be able to place the second cover panel 31, and the shape of the first region 100 and the second region 110 is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, the shape of the first region 100 is adaptable to the shape of the second region 110. Specifically, when the second template 11 is rotated to cover the first template 10, the first region 100 and the second region 110 coincide with each other, which is beneficial for the first pocket flap cut piece 30 and the second pocket flap cut piece 31 to have the same shape after being sewed, so that the sewed pocket flap has a neat and beautiful appearance.
Further, at least part of the edge of the first area 100 can be matched with the shape of the first slot 101, and at least part of the edge of the second area 110 can be matched with the shape of the second slot 111, so that the first bending structure 30a can be formed along the first slot 101, and the second bending structure 31a can be formed along the second slot 111, so that the distance between the first bending structure 30a and the second bending structure 31a and the sewing line of the sewing machine can be kept fixed, the first bending structure 30a and the second bending structure 31a can be effectively fixed by the sewing line, meanwhile, the width of the sewing line is consistent, and the appearance of the bag cover is neat and attractive.
