Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种改进的化学除油器，包括底部一侧壁上安装有排污管的除油器本体，所述的排污管上连接着若干根排污支管，每根排污支管的左右两侧壁上都分别沿支管轴向均匀间隔设置着排污孔，排污支管的自由端靠近除油器本体的另一侧壁。本实用新型将局部排污，改为全面底部排污，新改进的排污管形式，大大提高了排污效果，提高二冷水水质，减少了排污时间及频次。

本实用新型涉及一种改进的化学除油器。
背景技术
化学除油器水池是连铸二冷水处理的关键设备，水池内上部安装PVC斜管填料，进入水池中的二冷水中的杂质颗粒在水池内缓慢沉降絮凝，在填料表面集结成团，滑落至水池底部，通过排污管定期进行排污。目前使用的化学除油器排污管过于集中于一侧，排污无法将其余侧底部淤泥清理干净；排除淤泥的效果较差，浪费大量干净循环水。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的化学除油器，能将局部排污，改为全面底部排污，大大提高排污效果，提高二冷水水质，减少排污时间及频次。
实现上述目的的一种改进的化学除油器，包括底部一侧壁上安装有排污管的除油器本体，所述的排污管上连接着若干根排污支管，每根排污支管的左右两侧壁上都分别沿支管轴向均匀间隔设置着排污孔，排污支管的自由端靠近除油器本体的另一侧壁。
将原有排污管深入化学除油器内部，制作集合管道，安装多个分支，将分支侧面开孔，将局部排污，改为全面底部排污，新改进的排污管形式，大大提高了排污效果，提高二冷水水质，减少了排污时间及频次。

一种改进的化学除油器，如图1所示，包括底部一侧壁上安装有排污管4的除油器本体1，所述的排污管4上连接着若干根排污支管2，每根排污支管2的左右两侧壁上都分别沿支管轴向均匀间隔设置着排污孔3，排污支管2的自由端靠近除油器本体1的另一侧壁。
