Thus, the bearing 2250 is more securely and reliably coupled to the shaft. Specifically, the material of the circlip for shaft 2207 is 65 Mn.
Specifically, an oil seal 2208 is installed between the bearing end cover 2270 located at the power input end of the spindle 2210 and the spindle 2210, and the oil seal 2208 is used for preventing oil from flowing out from the gap between the spindle 2210 and the bearing end cover 2270. Specifically, the oil seal 2208 is made of rubber, 120 × 150 × 12mm in size, and is mounted on the side of the bearing end cover 2270 facing the sprocket 2220.
Specifically, the bearing 2250 is a self-aligning roller bearing.
Specifically, one end of the bearing 2250 facing the roller 2230 is mounted with a distance sleeve 2209. Specifically, distance sleeve 2209 is located inside of floating seal ring set 2205, which is used to adjust the play and preload of bearing 2250, while also avoiding wear of mandrel 2210 by floating seal ring set 2205.
In one embodiment, the first power part 2400 includes an explosion-proof motor 2410, an elastic plum coupling 2420, a brake 2430, and a speed reducer 2440. The power of the explosion-proof motor 2410 is 55 Kw.
The explosion-proof motor 2410 can prevent the motor from generating sparks in operation, thereby preventing inflammable matters in a mine from exploding.
The elastic plum blossom coupling 2420 is only subjected to extrusion force in the process of transmitting torque, is not subjected to the torque normally borne by a rotating piece, is not easy to wear in the using process, greatly prolongs the service life, and is connected with the power input end of the explosion-proof motor 2410.
A brake 2430 is mounted on the side of the resilient tulip coupling 2420 facing away from the sprocket set for slowing, stopping or holding the coupling in a stopped state, etc. Therefore, when the scraper conveyor runs abnormally, the scraper conveyor can be quickly braked and stopped.
The power input end of the speed reducer 2440 is connected with the power output end of the elastic plum coupling 2420, and the power output end of the speed reducer 2440 is connected with the power input end of the chain wheel set.
In one embodiment, the head driving part 2000 further includes a connection plate 2500, the connection plate 2500 is installed between the first power part 2400 and the head frame 2100, and is connected to the first power part 2400 and the head frame 2100 through bolts, a positioning key 2510 is installed on a side of the connection plate 2500 facing the head frame 2100, and the positioning key 2510 is connected to the connection plate 2500 through bolts. The positioning and connection between the headstock 2100 and the connecting plate 2500 can be completed quickly through the positioning key 2510, and the positioning key 2510 is connected with the connecting plate 2500 through a bolt, so that when the positioning key 2510 is damaged, only the positioning key 2510 needs to be detached, and the whole connecting plate 2500 does not need to be replaced.
In one embodiment, the head gear 2000 further comprises a guard plate 2600, the guard plate 2600 is mounted on a side of the sprocket assembly facing the middle slot 1000, and is used for filling a gap between the sprocket assembly and the chute to prevent coal lumps or coal dust from falling.
In one embodiment, the head driving part 2000 further includes a stopper 2700, and the stopper 2700 is installed on a side of the chain splitter facing the middle groove 1000 and used for limiting the movement of the chain splitter so that the chain splitter cannot move away from the sprocket set, thereby enabling the chain splitter to work stably.
It should be noted that the first sprocket set, the second sprocket set, and the first power part and the second power part have similar structures, and therefore, redundant description is not repeated here.
The chain speed of the scraper conveyor was 1.1 m/s.
