The locking pin 110 extends into the insertion hole 240, abuts against the abutting part 214, drives the locking piece 21 to rotate, and locks the locking pin 110 by means of the locking groove 210. In the locked state, the height of the part of the anti-falling part 213 extending into the insertion hole 240 is at least 2/3 of the height of the insertion hole 240, so as to effectively prevent the locking pin 110 from falling out, and meanwhile, the abutting surface 211 abuts against the unlocking piece 22 to limit the locking piece 21 from entering the unlocked state.
The locking piece 21 is leaned on with the deblocking piece 22 all the time at the rotation in-process, and consequently, at the rotation in-process, the face that locking piece 21 and deblocking piece 22 contacted is arcwall face 212 for the rotation of locking piece 21 is more smooth.
Because the height of the plane of the abutting surface 211 is lower than the height of the bottom surface of the sliding groove 243, correspondingly, the unlocking piece 22 is provided with a boss 225 abutting against the abutting surface 211, the bottom of the sliding groove 243 is provided with a limiting groove 246 accommodating part of the locking piece 21, the limiting groove 246 is connected with the plug hole 240 through the first avoiding groove 241, and a space for abutting against the boss 225 and the abutting surface 211 is provided.
Since the locking members 21 are in the shape of a sheet, in order to improve the connection stability, in a preferred embodiment, the number of the locking members 21 is two, a rotating shaft 27 and a linkage rod 28 are disposed between the two locking members 21, and the first elastic member 23 is a spring acting on the linkage rod 28.
The two locking pieces 21 are symmetrically arranged to lock two ends of the locking pin 110, so that the connection stability is improved. The locking piece 21 is provided with a first avoidance hole 215 and a second avoidance hole 216 which are used for penetrating through the rotating shaft 27 and the linkage rod 28, the shell 24 is provided with a third avoidance hole 247 which penetrates through the rotating shaft 27, the rotating shaft 27 penetrates through the first avoidance hole and the third avoidance hole respectively to fix the locking piece 21 relatively, and the locking piece 21 can rotate around the rotating shaft 27. The casing 24 is further provided with a guide hole 248 for penetrating the linkage rod 28, the linkage rod 28 penetrates the second avoidance hole 216 and the guide hole 248, and the first elastic element 23 is combined to drive the locking elements 21 on the two sides to synchronously rotate. The guide hole 248 is a part of the rotation path of the linkage rod 28 and has a circular arc shape, which guides the rotation of the locking member 21.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
When dismantling seat 2, stir unblock piece 22, unblock piece 22 breaks away from and leans on face 211, first elastic component 23 relies on self resilience force drive locking piece 21 clockwise turning, stop pin 110 is in the state that breaks away from locking groove 210, release unblock piece 22, unblock piece 22 supports on the arcwall face 212, make seat 2 be in the unblock state all the time, operating personnel can stand in other comfortable positions such as the side of frame 1 or front, and hold seat 2's any position and dial out upwards, accomplish the dismantlement.
The baby stroller of the application can complete the separation of the seat 2 and the frame 1 only by once unlocking the unlocking piece 22, and the seat 2 and the frame 1 are always kept in a separated state under the condition of no external force.
