A concealed installation electric box is shown in figures 1 to 9 and comprises a bracket 1 and a body 2 arranged on the bracket; the body comprises a box body 3 and a cover plate 4 on the front side of the box body, and it should be noted that the distribution box provided by the invention is usually a small distribution box, the opening in the middle of the cover plate is consistent with the opening of the box body in size, and the inner side of the cover plate is used for abutting against a bracket to keep the structure stable.
The bracket comprises a back plate 5 and a supporting plate 6 extending forwards from the bottom of the back plate, and the inner side surface of the cover plate props against the supporting plate; the box body rear panel 19 is provided with a plurality of fixing bodies 7, the backboard is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 8 corresponding to the fixing bodies, the box body is fixed on the backboard of the bracket through the matching of the fixing bodies and the clamping grooves, and meanwhile, the upper panel 20 of the box body is provided with an adjustable auxiliary fixing part 9.
The back plate is symmetrically provided with fixing holes 18, the back plate is fixed in the mounting groove through fixing pieces such as expansion bolts and the like arranged in the fixing holes, the bracket is fixed after the back plate is fixed, and after electrical components are assembled in the box body, the box body is directly clamped in the clamping grooves of the back plate through the fixing bodies, so that the body and the bracket are fixed.
The fixing body comprises a limiting column 10 and a sliding block 11 with a circular front end of the limiting column, and the diameter of the sliding block is larger than that of the limiting column. The above-mentioned draw-in groove is equipped with spacing groove 12 at the back of backplate, and the spacing groove is usually vertical arrangement. The width of the limiting groove is larger than that of the clamping groove, the width of the clamping groove is the same as the diameter of the limiting column, and the width of the limiting groove is the same as the diameter of the sliding block.
The upper ends of the limiting groove and the clamping groove are both of opening structures. In order to reinforce the upper panel structure and ensure that the auxiliary fixing part can well support and fix the box body, a reinforcing plate 13 is arranged on the upper panel, and the auxiliary fixing part sequentially penetrates through the upper panel and the reinforcing plate. The slider of the fixed body slides to the bottom of the limiting groove from top to bottom along the limiting groove, the slider is clamped in the limiting groove, and the body cannot be separated from the bracket.
Above-mentioned supplementary mounting adopts full thread screw, through the length of the partial body upside that exposes of adjustment screw rod, makes supplementary mounting support the lateral wall of mounting groove upside, and then makes the body lower extreme compress tightly the layer board, guarantees the firm of body, simultaneously, makes body and layer board fixed with the help of the setting element, has guaranteed the stability of this block terminal.
Generally, the symmetry is equipped with locating hole 14 on the above-mentioned layer board, corresponds the locating hole on the lower panel 21 of box and is equipped with via hole 15, installs setting element 16 at the via hole, and in this setting element lower extreme cartridge was put into the locating hole, through the setting element, kept the box and the two relatively fixed of bracket, and then guaranteed the stability of box, when the bracket was fixed in the mounting groove, this block terminal overall structure stability also obtained the guarantee. Under general conditions, above-mentioned setting element adopts the locating pin, direct cartridge in proper order in via hole and locating hole can, make things convenient for the assembly of block terminal, also be convenient for the box and take out.
When the box body is taken out, the positioning piece is firstly unlocked, the auxiliary fixing piece is screwed downwards, the box body is lifted upwards slightly, the limitation of the sliding block is removed, and the box body can be taken out from the mounting groove.
In an alternative embodiment, the upper surface of the pallet is provided with a pressure pad 17. For example, the pressure pad is a rubber pad, an asbestos pad or a nylon pad, the box body and the supporting plate are firmly combined, and the pressure pad can also play a role in damping and reducing noise.
In the invention, the bracket is only required to be fixed in the concealed groove, the box body is directly clamped on the clamping groove of the back plate after electric elements are assembled in the box body, and the box body is supported by the bracket, meanwhile, the box body and the bracket are ensured to be firmly fixed by virtue of the supporting effect of the auxiliary fixing piece, the fixing is very convenient, the box body is very easy to take out, the box body can be directly taken out during maintenance, and the assembly and maintenance of the distribution box are very convenient.
