1. An earthing switch device comprising:
a post insulator (4);
the static cutter head (3) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the post insulator (4) and is provided with a grounding connecting end;
the grounding knife (9) is used for being jointed with and separated from the grounding connecting end so as to control the grounding switch to be switched on and off;
the shielding cover (1) is covered outside the grounding connection end of the static cutter head;
the grounding connection end is provided with a conductive lap joint part for fixing and electrically lapping an external outgoing line in a switch cabinet, so that the shielding cover is covered at the lap joint of the static cutter head and the external outgoing line;
the conductive lap joint part is provided with a thread fastening structure so as to be detachably and fixedly connected with the external outgoing line.
2. An earthing switch device according to claim 1, characterized in that said shielding cage (1) is fixedly mounted on top of said post insulator (4).
3. An earthing switch device according to claim 2, characterized in that said shielding cage (1) is removably fixedly mounted on top of said post insulator.

An earthing switch device according to claim 3, characterized in that bolt mounting holes are provided through the shield (1) and the stationary blade (3) for detachably and fixedly mounting the shield and the stationary blade on the top end of the post insulator by means of threaded fasteners inserted in the bolt mounting holes.

An earthing switch device according to claim 4, characterized in that the top end of the post insulator is provided with a threaded hole arranged to pass through bolt mounting holes in the shield and stationary blade, and the threaded fastener is a fastening bolt (6) which is in threaded fastening connection with the threaded hole.
6. An earthing switch device according to any one of claims 2-5, characterized in that the shielding cage comprises a cage body (13) and a fixing shank, which is fixedly mounted on top of the post insulator.

An earthing switch device according to claim 6, characterized in that said static cutter head (3) is bar-shaped, one end is said earthing connection end, the other end is a fixed support end (31), the fixed support end is fixedly connected with the top end of the post insulator to fixedly mount the static cutter head on the post insulator, said fixed support end is arranged in a superposed manner with said fixed handle.

an electric element to be grounded having a ground terminal;
the grounding switch is electrically connected with the grounding terminal through an external outgoing line so as to ground the electric element;
the grounding switch is characterized in that the grounding switch device of any one of claims 1 to 9 is adopted as the grounding switch, and the external outgoing line is in conductive lap joint connection with the grounding connection end of the static cutter head of the grounding switch device through a corresponding conductive lap joint part.
