Description

本实用新型涉及一种日光灯管用启辉镇流器。
目前,市场上销售的镇流器主要有电子式和电感式两种,电感式镇流器的缺点是启动电压范围和工作电压范围太小,电子式镇流器采用二极管倍压镇流,省去了启辉器,但是其寿命不长,光通量不够,而且对灯管有一定的损害。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用寿命长,同时具有启辉器和镇流器双重作用的启辉镇流器。
其技术解决方案是:启辉镇流器由两个带铁心的线圈和一个电容器组成,其中一个带铁心的线圈和电容器串联后接入日光灯管,另一个带铁心的线圈一端接入电流,另一端接入灯管。
本实用新型的优点是:启动快,一开即亮,无闪动过程,工作电压范围(65-220V)和启动电压范围(85-220V)广,无噪音,光通量大,节能50%,对电网无影响,温度、温度对启动不影响。

电容器C和带铁心的线圈1串联后接入日光灯管3,带铁心线圈2一端接入电源,另一端接入日光灯管3。通电后由于带铁心线圈1上的电压超前90°到达,电容器C上的电压落后90°到达,两个电压加在一起共410V左右,足够点燃灯管3。起动后,带铁心的线圈2起限流作用,带铁心的线圈1和电容器C起自动调压作用。电容器C参数为2.4UF。根据不同功率的日光灯管分别配上相应功率的启辉镇流器。

1、一种日光灯用启辉镇流器,其特征是由两个带铁心的线圈和一个电容器组成,其中一个带铁心的线圈一端接电源,另一端接入日光灯管,另一个带铁心的线圈和电容器串联后接入日光灯管。
