The first water level sensor 510 is used to detect a first water level. The first water level sensor 510 and the first electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with the control mechanism, the first water level sensor 510 sends a first water level signal to the control mechanism, and the control mechanism receives the first water level signal and sends a first control instruction to control the first electromagnetic valve to be closed.
Since the air duct is communicated with the washing cavity 130, in order to avoid the influence of the over-high water level on the normal operation of the fan 210 and the electric heater 220, the first water level sensor 510 needs to be arranged, and the first water level sensor 510 needs to be arranged below the fan 210 and the electric heater 220. And, the first water level sensor 510 is electrically connected to the control mechanism to control the first solenoid valve to close. When the water level in the washing chamber 130 reaches the maximum value, the first water level sensor 510 generates a detection signal and sends the detection signal to the control mechanism, so as to control the first solenoid valve of the water inlet pipe 910 to close to stop water inlet.
The second water level sensor 520 is used to detect a second water level. The second water level sensor 520 and the second electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with the control mechanism, the second water level sensor 520 sends a second water level signal to the control mechanism, and the control mechanism receives the second water level signal and sends a second control instruction to control the second electromagnetic valve to be closed. When the water level in the water collection tub 160 reaches the minimum value, the second water level sensor 520 generates a detection signal and transmits it to the control mechanism, thereby controlling the second solenoid valve on the drain hose 930 to be closed to stop the drainage.
The control mechanism can be a PLC controller, a single chip microcomputer system integrated with a central processing unit or the like. In addition, a control panel may be correspondingly disposed on the washing machine cabinet 100, so that a user can input a control instruction to the control panel, and the control mechanism can execute the relevant instruction to control the operations of the electromagnetic valve, the fan, the electric heater, the pulsator assembly, and the like. The laundry additive container 920 is provided with a bottom outlet, the bottom outlet is connected to the water inlet pipe 910 through a pipeline, and the water inlet pipe 910 is horizontally arranged. By utilizing the gravity principle, the laundry additive automatically flows downwards and flows out together with water under the driving of the water flow in the water inlet pipe 910, and by the drainage mode, the laundry additive is automatically put in, and the laundry additive and the water are injected into the laundry cavity 130 in the putting process.
The bottom outlet of the laundry additive container 920 is provided with a third electromagnetic valve, and the third electromagnetic valve can be electrically connected with the control mechanism, so that the third electromagnetic valve is conveniently controlled by the control mechanism to be opened and closed, the third electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened in the water inlet process, and the third electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed after a set time such as 1 minute, thereby bringing great convenience to users.
In this embodiment, three laundry additive containers 920 are provided for storing laundry detergent, disinfectant and softener, respectively. Of course, laundry additive containers for different types of additives may be provided depending on the actual circumstances.
In some embodiments, the washing machine further includes a housing 600. The outer casing 600 is provided with an inner cavity, the washing machine box body 100 is arranged in the inner cavity, and the guide rail is arranged in the inner cavity of the outer casing 600, so that the washing machine box body 100 can horizontally move back and forth relative to the outer casing 600. The inner cavity is provided with a shell opening; the housing opening is located at the front side of the inner cavity to protrude the washing machine compartment 100.
When clothes are needed to be washed, the washing machine box body 100 can be pulled out through the handle 120, so that the upper flip cover 110 of the washing machine box body 100 is completely leaked (at the moment, the washing machine box body is in a pulled-out state), a user can open the upper flip cover conveniently, clothes are put into the washing cavity 130, and then the upper flip cover is closed. Then, the washing box 100 is pushed into the casing 600 until the washing box is completely located inside the casing 600 (at this time, the washing box is in a reset state), and the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 910 faces the water inlet of the washing box 100, so that the user can input operation commands such as washing and drying to the control panel provided in the washing machine.
