Description

本实用新型涉及超薄折合式眼镜结构，是一种结构简易，折合后能大大缩小体积的新型眼镜。
现有的折叠眼镜，都是以对折叠的方式收缩如图1所示，其缺点是折合后厚度较厚，由于多次重覆叠合二镜片框接合部容易松脱，如将螺丝锁紧又不易折合，长久使用螺丝仍然还会松脱，造成眼镜无法展开和定位。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷，设计了一种与镜片平行折合的超薄眼镜结构，使之折合展开、方便、定位稳固，且体积小携带方便。
本实用新型的技术方案是1、利用与镜片平面平行的折合运动方向，使二镜片框并列靠拢，使镜片体积极薄，能放置名片式的眼镜袋中。2、在二镜片框铰接的接合面上由铰链一侧二叉板底端设一盲孔，放置一弹片卡，并用一弹片卡筍抵顶于另一侧镜片框凸弧板的圆弧面上滑动，並利用圆弧面上的缺角卡定弹片卡筍使眼镜伸展或收合时能确实定位，不会产生松脱现象。
下面就附图结合实施例进一步述其结构。

参照附图，本实用新型包括的主要结构有：    镜片框，分右镜片框    1，左镜片框13，2、伸缩耳架，3、镜片框延伸端一凹槽，4、由凹槽分隔成的二叉板。5、二叉板中央设有的螺孔。6、凹槽底端设有的盲孔，7、螺丝，8、左镜片框13延伸端与二叉板4同形的凸弧板，9、凸弧板中央设有的垂直贯穿螺孔，10、侧弧面，11、弧面上的缺角，12、弹片。伸缩耳架可以缩成原耳架的一半长度，用一般绞键式连接与镜片框两外侧。
根据附图所示的部件，将弹片12装入右镜片框    1的凹槽底端盲孔6中，再将左镜片框13的凸弧板8伸入右镜片框    1的凹槽3内，用螺丝7旋入螺孔5、9中，镜片框    1、13结合后，弹片12抵顶于弧面10滑动，当弹片卡筍滑行至缺角11时嵌入缺角即达到定位功能。二镜片框折合方向係沿镜片平面平行折合，使二镜片成並列状态，再将耳架收缩向镜片框垂直重叠，折合后的厚度只有镜片框与耳架的厚度（比现有折叠眼镜的厚度减少一半）放进名片式的眼镜皮夹内，使携带使用更方便。

  1. 一种由右镜片框(1)、左镜片框(13)、伸缩耳架(2)、组成的超薄折合式眼镜结构，其特征在于右镜片框(1)绞链端处有凹槽(3)及由凹槽分隔成的二叉板(4)，凹槽底端设有一盲孔(6)，放置弹片(12)卡抵顶于左镜片框(13)的凸弧板(8)的圆弧面(10)上滑动于弧面上的缺角(11)嵌卡弹片(12)。
