Description

Helmet with chin shield and mask rotating in association
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a in human safety protection utensil technical field, it relates to a helmet for protecting human head safety, and specifically speaking relates to a helmet that possess jaw guard formula protection architecture, and more specifically says and relates to the chin guard shield can be by the chin position rotation of helmet to the rear portion of helmet and can carry out associative pivoted helmet with the face guard.
Background
It is well known that users of various motor vehicles, racing cars, racing boats, balance cars, aircraft, and even cycling bikes, during their manoeuvre of the implement, should wear a helmet to protect their head; in addition, in many special work situations, such as those working in painting shops, fire fighting, anti-terrorism and anti-riot and in harsh environments such as mining, coal mining, tunneling, etc., they also need to wear helmets to protect their heads from various injuries from casualties. Currently, the structural types of helmets mainly include full-helmet type helmets, which are provided with a chin guard for surrounding the chin of a user, and half-helmet type helmets, which do not have the chin guard. As for the helmet with the full-helmet structure, the helmet with the jaw protection structure can play a better role in protecting the head of a wearer; for the helmet with the half-helmet structure, better humanization is realized because organs such as the mouth, the nose and the like of a wearer are not tied by the jaw protection cover.
The traditional helmet has its jaw-protecting cover and shell body made of one-piece structure, i.e. its jaw-protecting cover is in a relatively fixed structural layout form relative to the shell body. Undoubtedly, the conventional helmet of one-piece construction is sturdy and secure, and therefore it has sufficient safety protection for the wearer. However, considering from another aspect, there are also drawbacks to the full helmet of one-piece construction: firstly, from the use point of view, when a wearer needs to take activities such as drinking, talking, resting and the like, the wearer needs to take off the helmet first to complete corresponding actions, and undoubtedly, the performance of the traditional integral structure type full-helmet is dull and inconvenient; secondly, from the production perspective, the helmet with the integrated structure has the structural characteristic that the large inner cavity is matched with the small opening, so that the mold is very complicated, the production efficiency is not high, and the reason that the manufacturing cost of the helmet with the integrated structure is high is solved.
Obviously, the traditional helmet with an integrated full helmet structure cannot meet the requirements of multiple targets such as safety, convenience, low cost and the like. In view of this, it is a natural object of the present helmet researchers and manufacturers to develop a helmet that combines the advantages of safety of the full helmet structure and convenience of the half helmet structure.
Chinese patent application CN105901820A proposes "a helmet with a variable jaw protection structure based on gear constraint", which is characterized by the following features: the helmet shell is characterized in that two cylindrical gear type fixed inner gears are respectively arranged beside two sides of the helmet shell, two cylindrical gear type rotating outer gears are correspondingly and fixedly arranged on two fork handles of the jaw guard, corresponding arc-shaped restriction grooves are formed in a bottom support fixedly connected with the helmet shell, the rotating outer gears and the fixed inner gears are limited by the restriction grooves to be meshed and form a kinematic pair, so that the position and the posture of the jaw guard are restricted according to the requirement of a preset process, the jaw guard finally runs according to a planned track between the full helmet structure position and the half helmet structure position and can be reversely converted mutually, in other words, the jaw guard can be lifted from the full helmet structure position to the half helmet structure position as required, and vice versa. Meanwhile, the jaw guard and the helmet shell main body are not integrated into a whole, so that a mold for manufacturing the helmet is simpler, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved. It is obvious that the gear constraint variable jaw guard structure scheme provided by the patent application can better meet the multi-target requirements of safety, convenience and low cost, thereby promoting the progress of helmet technology.
However, although the helmet with variable jaw guard structure proposed in chinese patent application CN105901820A has self-evident advantages, it needs to use the through-feature and long-length arc-shaped restraining slot to maintain the engagement relationship between its external rotating gear and the internal fixed gear, and its external rotating gear follows the jaw to perform a swinging motion with a large rotation angle, and therefore, several disadvantages are brought, which are specifically shown as: 1) the longer and arc-shaped restraining slot creates a safety hazard in the reliability of the helmet, since when the chin guard is in its transformed position, especially when the jaw guard is in a certain intermediate position state of the full helmet structure and the half helmet structure to form a so-called uncovering helmet (the helmet belongs to a form of a 'quasi-half helmet structure helmet', the state is favorable for the wearer to drink water, talk, temporarily ventilate and the like, and is particularly suitable for gallery operation), because the jaw guard can not completely cover the restraint slot, namely, the handle body of the jaw guard can not effectively cover the through long arc restraint slot, and as a result, an opportunity is created for external foreign matters to enter a meshing kinematic pair formed by the rotating external gear and the fixed internal gear, once the occasion is generated, the gear restraint pair is easy to be stuck, in other words, the reliability of the helmet has certain hidden danger in the using process; 2) the existence of the arc-shaped restraining grooves with long length also causes the noise of the helmet to be larger, and also when the jaw guard is required to be in a certain intermediate position state of the full helmet structure and the half helmet structure in the process of changing the position of the jaw guard, so as to form a so-called uncovering helmet, the jaw guard can not completely cover the restraining grooves for a rider, so that the whistle sound energy generated by the external air flow flowing through the outer surface of the helmet is easily transmitted into the interior of the helmet from the through restraining grooves, and the restraining grooves are just arranged near the two ears of the wearer, so that the sound insulation effect of the helmet is poor or the comfort is poor; 3) the layout and operation of the external planetary gear can weaken the safety of the helmet to a certain extent, because the jaw guard can change the structure position, because the external gear moves along with the jaw guard, thus the planetary gear can present the planetary rotation type behavior, it can be easily found that the swept space area is large, and the space area range passed by the external gear rotates obviously can not arrange fastening screw or other fastening structure, at this time, the bottom base equipped with the long arc type restriction groove will be forced to be arranged into a thin shell-shaped component with large span, it is known that the component with the structure form of the helmet has small intrinsic rigidity, that is, the rigidity of the shell is weak, in other words, the safety of the helmet is weakened.
In addition, chinese patent CN 210124365U discloses a gear-constrained helmet with a variable jaw-protecting structure, which comprises a helmet shell main body, jaws and jaws handles on the jaws, wherein a bottom support, a handle, an internal gear, an external gear, and a transmission member form a linkage mechanism, wherein the internal gear and the external gear both rotate around a fixed axis and form a meshing constraint pair, the internal gear and the handles are mutually matched in a sliding manner to form a sliding constraint pair, and the transmission member transmits the motion of the external gear to the handles and drives the jaws to generate a telescopic displacement relative to the helmet shell main body, so that the jaws are turned over and move back and forth, and the pose conversion of the jaws between a full helmet position and a half helmet position is realized. The fork handle can cover the through groove on the inner gear in the jaw protection overturning process, so that external foreign matters are prevented from entering the gear pair, the use reliability of the helmet is ensured, external noise can be blocked from invading the helmet, the use comfort of the helmet is improved, the occupied space of the gear rotating in a fixed shaft is small, conditions are created for improving the rigidity of related parts, and the use safety of the helmet is also improved. However, the helmet has a very complicated structure, which is inconvenient to manufacture and use, and has a heavy weight, high manufacturing cost, a short service life, and is damaged.
Chinese patent CN111264968A also discloses a chin guard positioning assembly and a helmet having the same, which connects a helmet body portion covering a head of a user and a chin guard that moves from a protecting position to an open position or from the open position to the protecting position to each other, the chin guard positioning assembly comprising: a movable base part connected to the chin guard and movable together with the chin guard; a fixed base part connected to the helmet main body part and the movable base part, and serving as a reference for the movable base part to move the position; a fixed magnetic part fixed to the fixed base part; and a movable magnetic part which is fixed on the movable base part through magnetic interaction with the fixed magnetic part so as to fix the movable base part at a first position or a second position. The helmet also has the problems of complex structure, inconvenient processing and manufacturing, inconvenient use, heavy weight, high manufacturing cost, short service life, damage and the like.
In summary, there is still room for further improvement and improvement in the existing variable jaw structure type helmets.

The working principle of the helmet with the chin guard rotating in association with the face mask is as follows:
the associated rotation in the helmet in which the chin guard rotates in association with the visor means that, as shown in fig. 4 to 14, during the rotation for lifting the chin guard 3 from the bottom up, the visor 2 is simultaneously lifted and rotated upward by the chin guard 3. In the process that the face shield 2 is lifted upwards and rotated by the chin guard 3, when the lower edge of the face shield 2 slightly exceeds the edge of the front part of the helmet body 1, the face shield 2 stops rotating upwards, and the chin guard 3 can rotate upwards and backwards until the front part of the chin guard 3 rotates to the middle position of the rear part of the helmet body 1.
Thereafter the mask 2 can be pulled back down alone, in which state only the mask 2 can act as a mask for the face, while the chin guard 3 is not placed in the chin area, which cannot be protected. At this time, the chin guard 3 can be rotated back and forth to be reset, and in the rotating and resetting process of the chin guard 3, the pulled mask 2 can be lifted up first, and then the chin guard 3 drives the mask 2 to be reset to the initial state of the mask 2 and the chin guard 3 from top to bottom, that is, the mask 2 and the chin guard 3 are both in the face and chin protection state.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the mounting grooves 4 of the connecting assembly are symmetrically formed on both sides of the helmet main body 1, so that the connecting assembly can be hidden inside the helmet main body 1, the appearance of the helmet main body is more attractive, and the connecting assembly can be prevented from being exposed outside the helmet main body and being easily damaged.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mask rotation limiting member 5 is mainly used to limit the extreme position of the mask 2 in the upward and downward rotation, and when the mask 2 rotates to the extreme position, the mask rotation limiting member 5 cannot continue to rotate upward or downward.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mask mounting part 6 is used for being connected with the mask 2, and the mask mounting part 6 and the mask 2 can be manufactured into an integral structure, but the structure will increase the structural size of the mask body, increase the size and processing difficulty of the mask manufacturing grinding tool, manufacture the mask mounting part 6 and the mask 2 into a split structure, and facilitate the replacement of the mask even if the mask is manufactured with the mask.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the linkage guide ring 7 is a key component for linkage between the face mask 2 and the chin guard 3, and can be made into an integral structural member with the mounting part of the face mask 2 or a separate structure with the mounting part 6 of the face mask, and then assembled into an integral structural member.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner annular surface of the link guide ring 7 is an inner annular surface for matching with the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8, and the inner annular surface is in a D-shaped structure. Drive shafts (a first drive shaft 16 and a second drive shaft 17) are provided at both ends of the drive shaft 8, respectively, while the two drive shafts are passed through two guide grooves (a first guide groove 9.1 and a second guide groove 9.2) of the chin guard rotation guide 9, respectively, and then the two drive shafts are connected to the chin guard mounting member 10, which is in turn connected to the end of the chin guard 3. A rotation center 12 of the interlocking guide ring-shaped member is provided on the ring-shaped surface of the interlocking guide ring-shaped member 7, a first through hole 7.5 is provided at the rotation center 12, and the interlocking guide ring-shaped member 7 is connected to the chin guard rotation guide 9 side or the mounting groove 4 side by a first rotation shaft 11 passing through the first through hole 7.5. And the chin guard rotation guide 9 is coupled to the mounting groove 4 side provided on the helmet main body 1 by a screw coupling. That is, the position of the first rotating shaft 11 as the rotating center 12 is fixed with respect to the helmet body 1, and the linking guide ring 7 swings around the first rotating shaft 11 as the rotating center 12, that is, the visor 2 also swings around the first rotating shaft 11 as the rotating center 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, however, when the link guide ring 7 swings about the center of rotation 12 of the first rotation shaft 11, the swing motion is achieved by the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8. Because two rotating shafts (a first driving shaft 16 and a second driving shaft 17) are respectively arranged at two ends of the driving rod 8, and the two rotating shafts respectively slide in two guide grooves (a first guide groove 9.1 and a second guide groove 9.2) on the shield rotation guide part 9, namely, the rotating centers of the two rotating shafts on the driving rod 8 are not fixed rotating centers, but are track-changing rotating centers sliding and displacing in the two guide grooves, namely, the motion track of the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 is limited by the rotating center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11 on the linkage guide annular part 7, is also limited by the rotating centers of the two guide grooves (track-changing) and is also related to the shape of the inner ring surface of the linkage guide annular part 7.
The specific process of driving the linkage guide ring 7 to swing and the mask 2 to rotate by the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 is that, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8-14, the mask 2 and the chin guard 3 are both in the original position in the state of protecting the face and the chin. The driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 is located at the upper end of the vertical edge 7.2 of the D-shaped inner annular surface of the linkage guiding annular piece 7, when the chin guard 3 starts to lift upwards, the end of the chin guard 3 passes through the chin guard connecting piece 10 connected with the driving rod and two rotating shafts (a first driving shaft 16 and a second driving shaft 17) connected with the chin guard connecting piece 10, and the two rotating shafts pass through two guide grooves (a first guide groove 9.1 and a second guide groove 9.2) on the guard rotating guide 9 and are connected with the two ends of the driving rod 8, so that the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 starts to drive the linkage guiding annular piece 7, the linkage guiding annular piece 7 is driven to rotate clockwise around the rotating center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11 along the D-shaped inner annular surface from the upper end of the D-shaped arc-shaped surface 7.7, and the chin guard 3 can drive the face guard 2 to rotate clockwise together. When the chin guard 3 drives the visor 2 to rotate until the lower edge of the visor 2 slightly exceeds the edge of the front end of the helmet body 1, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 also drives the link guide ring 7 to rotate clockwise around the first rotation center 12 to the lower end of the D-shaped arc-shaped surface 7.7. The driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 passes through the first rotating shaft 16 of the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 and is positioned at the upper end of the first guide groove 9.1 in the two guide grooves on the shield rotation guide 9 in the process of driving the linkage guide ring 7 from the upper end of the D-shaped arc-shaped surface 7.7 to the lower end of the D-shaped arc-shaped surface 7.7 clockwise around the rotation center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11, and the second rotating shaft 17 passing through the other end of the driving rod 8 rotates from the upper end of the second guide groove 9.2 in the two guide grooves on the shield rotation guide 9 to the middle of the second guide groove.
When the chin guard 3 continues to rotate clockwise upward and rearward as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 15, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 is driven by the chin guard 3, the chin guard connecting member 10, the rotating shaft and the driving rod 8, so that the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 moves from the lower end to the upper end of the D-shaped inner annular vertical edge 7.2 of the interlocking guide ring 7, and since the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 moves along the D-shaped inner annular vertical edge 7.2 of the interlocking guide ring 7, the interlocking guide ring 7 cannot be driven to rotate around the rotation center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11, and therefore, during this period, when the chin guard 3 continues to rotate clockwise upward and rearward, the face mask 2 will not rotate clockwise any more upward and rearward. While the chin guard can continue to rotate the middle of the rear face of the helmet body 1 clockwise upward and rearward. The end part of the chin guard 3 is driven by the chin guard 3, the chin guard connecting piece 10, the rotating shaft and the driving rod 3 to enable the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 to move from the lower end to the upper end of the vertical edge 7.2 of the D-shaped inner annular surface of the linkage guide annular piece 7, the first driving shaft 16 penetrating through the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 is transferred from the upper end of the first guide groove 9.1 in the two guide grooves on the guard rotating guide piece 9 to the lower end of the first guide groove 9.1, and the second driving shaft 17 penetrating through the other end of the driving rod 8 is rotated from the middle part of the second guide groove 9.2 in the two guide grooves on the guard rotating guide piece 9 to the lower end of the second guide groove 9.2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a second through hole 7.6 is further formed in the annular surface of the linkage guide annular member 7, a second rotating shaft 13 is disposed in the second through hole 7.6, one end of the second rotating shaft 13 penetrates through the annular edge 7.4 of the linkage guide annular member 7 and extends to the position of the mask rotation limiting member 5, and a guide roller 14 is mounted at the end of the second rotating shaft, the guide roller 14 is matched with the toothed arc limiting guide groove on the mask rotation limiting member 5 to limit the mask 2, in order to enable the guide roller 14 and the toothed arc limiting guide groove to be always in a top pressing fit state, the second through hole 7.6 is a kidney-shaped through hole, and a third rotating shaft and a spring (not shown in the drawings) for pressing the second rotating shaft are disposed in the kidney-shaped through hole.
As shown in fig. 15, after the chin guard 3 is rotated to the rear middle of the helmet main body 1, the visor can be pulled down to be rested. The chin guard 3 rotates upward and forward from the rear of the helmet body 1 until the lower edge of the chin guard 3 approaches the front edge of the helmet body 1, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 drives the D-shaped inner annular surface of the linkage guide annular member 7 and moves from the upper end of the D-shaped arc surface 7.7 to the lower end, at this time, the linkage guide annular member 7 rotates clockwise around the rotation center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11, so the face mask 2 also rotates along with the rotation, after the lower edge of the face mask 2 rotates slightly beyond the front edge of the helmet body 1, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 drives the D-shaped arc surface 7.7 of the linkage guide annular member 7 and moves from the upper end of the D-shaped inner annular straight edge 7.2 to the lower end, at this time, the linkage guide annular member 7 does not rotate clockwise around the rotation center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11, so the face mask 2 does not rotate along with the rotation. While the first rotary shaft 16 passing through the driving end 8.1 of the driving lever 8 is also upwardly shifted to the upper end by the lower end of the first guide groove 9.1 of the two guide grooves on the guard rotary guide 9, the second rotary shaft 17 passing through the other end of the driving lever 8 is also upwardly shifted to the middle by the lower end of the second guide groove 9.2 of the two guide grooves on the guard rotary guide 9. In the process, when the chin guard 3 rotates from back, from bottom to front and upwards, the mask 2 which has been pulled down needs to be lifted upwards to the pulled-up limit position, namely, the chin guard 2 rotates anticlockwise and upwards, the mask 2 rotates clockwise and upwards, and after the chin guard 3 is overlapped with the mask 2, the chin guard 3 rotates downwards and forwards and anticlockwise.
As shown in fig. 15, when the chin guard 3 continues to rotate downward and forward, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 continues to drive the D-shaped inner annular surface of the link guide annular member 7, and then the lower end of the D-shaped surface arc surface 7.7 of the link guide annular member 7 rotates toward the upper end of the arc surface section, at this time, the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 drives the link guide annular member 7 to start to rotate counterclockwise around the rotation center 12 of the first rotating shaft 11, and if the face mask 2 is pulled down, the face mask returns to the upward raised state under the action of the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8, and then returns to the initial protection state together with the chin guard 3. In this process, the first rotary shaft 16 passing through the driving end 8.1 of the driving rod 8 returns to the upper end of the first guide groove 9.1 of the two guide grooves of the guard rotary guide 9 and remains stationary, while the second rotary shaft 17 passing through the other end of the driving rod 8 is upwardly transferred from the middle of the second guide groove 9.2 of the two guide grooves of the guard rotary guide 9 to the upper end thereof to be restored.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these improvements and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
