Description
本实用新型涉及一种平面型原子印章。
现有的原子印章字模均是向上凸起的,制造时,需要具有厚度大于0.8毫米的感光层的感光树脂板,经紫外线感光成模后,洗去未感光部分,在热压机中压制酚醛树脂塑料板凹模,以此凹模为模具,用成型粉和吸墨垫在热压机中压制后即成章体,切下章体,注入印油,装在章壳中就成为原子印章,工艺比较复杂。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种制造工艺简单,成本低的平面型原子印章。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:将去掉印章字模部分材料的不漏印油的材料贴在吸墨垫表面,形成的章体装在由后面注油的章壳内,不漏印油的材料可以是感光树脂或感光薄材,章壳底部有沟槽,章柄中心设有注油孔,注油孔与底部沟槽连通。
平面原子印章与现有的原子印章相比,省去了热压机、洗版机,大大简化了工艺,降低了成本。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的一个实施例作详细说明。
图1为平面型原子印章的竖剖面图。
该平面型原子印章,由感光材料(1),吸墨垫(2)和章壳(3)组成,章壳底部(4)刻有沟槽(5),章柄(6)中心设有注油孔(7);注油孔(7)与沟槽(5)连通。制造时,将感光材料(1)固定在吸墨垫(2)表面,感光材料(1)可以是感光树脂或感光薄材。若是感光树脂,涂在吸墨垫表面,若是感光薄材,贴在吸墨垫表面即可。再将印章的照相底片放在感光材料上面,在紫外灯下感光、显影后,用溶液洗去字模部分,切下章体,干燥后,注入印油,装在由后部注油的章壳内,即成平面型原子印章。章壳(3)可用注塑机一次注塑成型。使用时,只要按下章柄(6),章柄(6)下压吸墨垫(2),吸墨垫(2)里的印油即可通过章体上的字模,将图章印到所需要印的地方。

1、一种平面型原子印章,由章体、章壳(3)和章柄(6)组成,其特征在于:章体是将去掉印章字模部分材料的不漏印油的材料,贴在吸墨垫(2)表面,装在章壳(3)内,章壳底部(4)有沟槽(5),章柄(6)中心有注油孔(7),注油孔(7)与章壳底部(4)的沟槽(5)连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的平面型原子印章,其特征在于:不漏印油的材料(1)可以是感光树脂或感光薄材。
