The oil return tank comprises a rinsing oil return tank 17 positioned at the upper part and a checking oil return tank 22 positioned at the lower part; the rinse oil return tank 17 is provided with a second exhaust valve 16, a second oil inlet valve 18 and a second oil discharge valve 19 in sequence from top to bottom. The check oil return tank 22 is provided with a third exhaust valve 20, a third oil inlet valve 21 and a third oil outlet valve 23 in sequence from top to bottom.

The working principle of the standard oil sample storage device is as follows:

(2) An oil drainage process: the insulating oil in the oil storage tank can be discharged by opening the high-pressure gas steel cylinder 15 and the pressure stabilizing valve 14, closing the first exhaust valve 11 and opening the first oil exhaust valve 9 of the oil storage tank.
(3) A cleaning process: and repeating the oil injection process and the oil drainage process for 3 times to complete the cleaning process.
(4) A pressurizing process: the first vent valve 11 is closed and the high pressure gas cylinder 15 and the surge valve 14 are opened and the reservoir is in a pressurized state. The pressurization pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure maintaining valve 14. In the pressurizing process, the sampling valve 4 is opened to calibrate the standard oil sample in an off-line mode, and the first oil discharge valve 9 is opened to supply oil to the online monitoring device for the dissolved gas in the transformer oil.
(5) Rinsing process: connecting an oil discharge port of the oil storage device with an oil inlet of an online monitoring device, connecting an oil outlet of the online monitoring device with an oil inlet of a rinsing oil return tank, opening a high-pressure gas steel cylinder 15 and a pressure stabilizing valve 14, and closing a first exhaust valve 11; and opening a second oil inlet valve 18 and a second exhaust valve 16 of the rinse oil return tank, closing a second oil drain valve 19, opening a first oil drain valve 9 of the oil storage tank, and closing an exhaust overflow valve 6, a first oil inlet valve 2 and a sampling valve 4. At the moment, the pump of the online monitoring device can be used for pumping oil into the online monitoring device, the oil pressure of the online monitoring device can be adjusted through the pressure stabilizing valve 14, the oil after being lubricated is discharged into a rinsing oil return tank for recycling, and the influence on the site is avoided.
(6) And (3) checking flow: connecting an oil discharge port of the oil storage device with an oil inlet of an online monitoring device, connecting an oil outlet of the online monitoring device with an oil inlet of a check oil return tank, opening a high-pressure gas steel cylinder 15 and a pressure stabilizing valve 14, and closing a first exhaust valve 11; and opening a third oil inlet valve 21 and a third exhaust valve 20 of the check oil return tank, closing a third oil drain valve 23, opening a first oil drain valve 9 of the oil storage tank, and closing an exhaust overflow valve 6, a first oil inlet valve 2 and a sampling valve 4. At the moment, the oil can be pumped into the online monitoring device by using a pump of the online monitoring device, the oil can also be pumped into the online monitoring device by adjusting the pressure stabilizing valve 14, and the verified oil is discharged into the verification oil return tank for recycling, so that the influence on the site is avoided.
It should be noted that before the device is used, the pressure-stabilizing valve 14 needs to be adjusted to a proper pressure (generally 0.04Mpa), and the normal operation procedures include a cleaning procedure, an oil injection procedure, a pressurization procedure, a rinsing procedure and a verification procedure.
