when the collector water tank 1 is filled with water, the liquid level in the collector water tank 1 rises until the top surface of the stainless steel pipe is submerged and overflows to the inlet end of the overflow channel 5 of the upper and lower water exhaust safety valves 3, the overflowing water flows into the container 20 through an interlayer between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, the weight of the container 20 is slowly increased until the valve rod 18 and the valve core 17 are pulled to move downwards and the third elastic element 19 is compressed, so that the valve core 17 blocks a channel between the inlet end and the outlet end of the closer body 12, and an external water source does not supply water to the collector water tank 1 any more;
when hot water is used, the flow direction of the inner pipe is manually switched by the three-way valve 33, so that the hot water in the collector tank 1 flows through the inner pipe to the pipe 34 for discharging the hot water on the three-way valve 33.
