Referring to fig. 6-11, the present embodiment discloses a surface cleaning apparatus including, but not limited to, the wet cleaning apparatus of the above embodiments. Specifically, the surface cleaning device comprises a housing 1 defining an accommodating chamber and a liquid storage tank detachably arranged in the accommodating chamber. The liquid storage tank can be a water purification tank 2 or a sewage tank 3. The surface cleaning apparatus further comprises a locking structure 21 arranged in the housing 1 for fixing the reservoir to the receiving cavity. The locking structure is arranged in the concave part of the shell which is inwards sunken, and the part of the locking piece protrudes out of the outer surface of the shell.
The locking structure comprises a bow-shaped elastic sheet 23 and a locking piece 211 arranged on the bow-shaped elastic sheet 23, wherein the locking piece 211 can move between a retraction position and an extension position. The surface of liquid reserve tank is provided with a recess 22 for hold locking piece 211, when locking piece 211 is located recess 22, through the cooperation of locking piece 211 with recess 22 with the liquid reserve tank fixed the holding chamber. When the locking member 211 is not subjected to an external force, the arcuate resilient piece 23 biases the locking member 211 to maintain the locking member 211 in the extended position. When the liquid storage tank needs to be taken down, the liquid storage tank only needs to be moved outwards with force, the locking piece 211 slides to the retraction position after being subjected to the extrusion force of the surface of the groove 22, and the liquid storage tank can be removed from the surface cleaning equipment after the locking piece 211 completely slides out of the groove 22. The arched elastic sheet 23 is larger than the elastic force of a spiral spring, is good in durability, can effectively keep the liquid storage tank at the installation position, and is more reliable in use.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the arcuate spring 23 are respectively mounted to the housing 1, and the locking member 211 is mounted at a position between the two ends of the arcuate spring 23. With this structure, the locking structure 21 can be effectively fixed, and both sides of the locking structure 21 are fixed to the housing 1 with respect to the one-side biasing structure, and the reliability thereof is further ensured. In a further embodiment, the two ends of the dome-shaped spring 23 are left-right symmetrical with respect to their central axis. Adopt central symmetry structure to install locking piece 211 on casing 1, can make locking piece 211's atress more even, the locking effect is more obvious.
Further, the bow-shaped resilient piece 23 includes a mounting member in the middle and resilient wings respectively disposed at opposite sides of the mounting member. The elastic tab includes a mounting portion 231 and an elastic portion 232. The mounting portion 231 is used for being mounted on the inner side of the housing 1, the mounting portion 231 is provided with a mounting hole 233, and the mounting portion 231 is substantially a flat plate. Elastic part 232 sets up between installed part and installation department 231 for connecting installed part and installation department 231, elastic part 232 is the arc wholly. The installation part and the installation part 231 are arranged basically in parallel, the installation part 231 is located at the rear of the installation part, and the two elastic parts 232 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the installation part like wings, so that the stress of the whole installation part can be balanced.
The locking structure 21 is disposed in a recess portion of the housing 1 that is recessed inward. The casing 1 is provided with a through hole, the arched elastic sheet 23 is arranged on the inner side of the casing 1, and the locking piece 211 extends into the concave part of the casing 1 through the through hole. The side of the reservoir adjacent the recess 22 defines a raised formation which mates with the recess.
If the bow-shaped elastic sheet is simply fixed on the inner surface of the shell 1, in the actual use process, part of the locking piece 211 moves fast and part moves slowly due to uneven stress of the locking piece 211, namely the locking piece 211 is not parallel to the inner surface of the shell 1, and deflects, so that the movement of the locking structure 21 is uncontrollable, and the liquid storage tank is difficult to take and place. Therefore, the installation of the bow-shaped elastic sheet is selected as the installation groove 251. Specifically, the housing 1 has a mounting groove 251 protruding toward the side of the dome-shaped spring plate for mounting the mounting portion 231, and the mounting groove 251 has a U-shape. Specifically, two U-shaped mounting grooves 251 sandwich the bow-shaped spring plate 23 and fix the bow-shaped spring plate on the inner surface of the housing 1, wherein the mounting grooves 251 comprise side walls 252 arranged in parallel and end walls 253 connecting the two side walls 252, the distance between the side walls 252 is substantially the same as the width of the elastic part, so that the mounting part is substantially parallel to the inner surface of the housing 1 during the process that the elastic part moves away from or approaches the inner surface of the housing 1 along the side walls 252. The side wall 252 can limit the bow-shaped elastic sheet 23 from deflecting due to the deflection of the locking piece 211, so as to prevent the locking piece 211 from deflecting due to uneven stress. In a further embodiment, the length of the side wall 252 along the length of the spring is greater than the length of the spring.
In another embodiment, the housing 1 is protruded with a guide groove 254 for guiding the mounting member toward the side where the dome-shaped resilient piece 23 is located, so that the mounting member is substantially parallel to the inner surface of the housing 1 during the process of moving the mounting member away from or close to the inner surface of the housing 1 along the guide groove 254. The guide groove 254 effectively prevents the lock member 211 from deflecting.
The portion of locking member 211 protruding from the outer surface of housing 1 has a triangular prism shape. Specifically, the portion of the locking member 211 protruding from the through hole is triangular, and the cross section of the locking member 211 is isosceles triangle, that is, two opposite planes of the portion of the locking member 211 protruding from the through hole are axisymmetric.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structures made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, and all the same principles are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
