Further, as shown in fig. 4, the abutting portion 24 is provided at one side of the pot lid 2. The abutment 24 acts as an "intermediate medium" and provides fluid communication between the cooling chamber 23 and the water tank 3. In addition, the liquid pumping port 35 is far away from the liquid return port 34, so that the liquid in the water storage cavity 31 can be effectively separated from the liquid flowing back from the liquid return port 34, heat exchange is avoided, and the water cooling effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the water tank 3 includes a water tank body 36, and a receiving portion 37 connected to the water tank body 36 and capable of being abutted to the abutting portion 24, and the liquid outlet 33 and the liquid return port 34 are both provided in the receiving portion 37; the second coupling assembly 5 comprises a second coupling member 51 disposed on the pot body 1 and a second mating member 52 disposed on the water tank 3, and the second mating member 52 is disposed on the receiving portion 37.

As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the pot body 1 is provided with a support position 11 for supporting the water tank 3, and the bottom surface of the water tank 3 is not lower than the bottom surface of the pot body 1 when the water tank 3 is placed on the support position 11.
Due to the arrangement of the bearing position 11, the water tank 3 can be directly placed on the bearing position 11 without arranging an additional connecting piece, the connecting mode is simple, and the mounting and dismounting are convenient. The bottom surface of the water tank 3 is not lower than that of the pot body 1, so that the structure of the electric pressure pot is smooth, and the electric pressure pot is convenient to use and store.
In the present embodiment, the installation position and the number of installation positions of the support positions 11 are not particularly limited, and include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
example 1: as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the supporting position 11 is disposed at an opening outer brim of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is hung on the supporting position 11. The supporting position 11 arranged in this way can enable the installation of the water tank 3 and the pot body 1 and the connection of the second coupling piece 51 and the second matching piece 52 to be concentrated at the same place, so that a user can conveniently complete the installation of the water tank 3 and the communication of the circuit.
Example 2: in this embodiment, the support position 11 is disposed at the lower portion of the lateral surface of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is placed on the support position 11. The bearing position 11 is arranged at the lower part of the pot body 1, so that the water tank 3 is more stably placed.
Example 3: in this embodiment, the two support positions 11 are arranged up and down along the side surface of the pot body 1. The second coupling piece 51 is arranged on the bearing position 11, so that when a user installs the water tank 3 on the pot body 1, the second coupling piece 51 and the second matching piece 52 synchronously realize electric communication, the installation step of the water tank 3 is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 5-6, the second mating element 52 is disposed on the lower end surface of the receiving portion 37, and the second coupling element 51 is disposed on the upper end surface of the receiving position 11, so that on one hand, when the water tank 3 is placed on the receiving position 11, the second coupling element 5 is electrically connected, and on the other hand, the second coupling element 51 and the second mating element 52 can play a role in positioning the placement of the water tank 3, and prompt a user of the installation position of the water tank 3.
It should be noted that, the connection mode of the water tank 3 and the pan body 1 may be a mounting mode such as a snap, a magnetic attraction, a hook, and the like, besides the placement mode described in the present embodiment, and is not limited specifically herein.
As shown in fig. 1-2, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the first coupling assembly 4 is disposed at a front side of the electric pressure cooker, and the water tank 3 is located at a rear side of the pot body 1 in a state that the water tank 3 is mounted to the pot body 1.
The first coupling assembly 4 and the water tank 3 are arranged in a front-back mode, the structural layout of the pot body 1 is optimized, the table board space occupied by the electric pressure pot in the width direction is effectively reduced, more utensils can be placed in a row on the table board with the same width, and the user experience is good.
It should be noted that the "front side" herein refers to a side of the electric pressure cooker facing a user in a use state, and the "rear side" herein refers to a side of the electric pressure cooker facing away from the user.
The specific type of the first coupling assembly 4 and the second coupling assembly 5 is not specifically limited in the present application, and preferably, the first coupling assembly 4 is composed of an upper coupler 42 disposed on the cover 21 and a lower coupler 41 disposed on the pan body 1, and the second coupling member 51 and the second mating member 52 are also couplers, but may also be other coupling members, such as an electrical plug or an electrical socket, and is not specifically limited herein.
The connection direction of the water tank 3 and the pot body 1 is not particularly limited in the present application, and includes but is not limited to the following embodiments:

The second embodiment: in this embodiment, the liquid outlet 33 is disposed on the upper end surface of the receiving portion 37, the second matching element 52 is disposed on a surface of the receiving portion 37 facing the pot body 1, the second coupling element 51 and the second matching element 52 are correspondingly disposed, so that the second matching element 52 and the second coupling element 51 are inserted and matched along a horizontal direction, and the water tank 3 is installed on the pot body 1 along the horizontal direction.
The third embodiment is as follows: in this embodiment, the liquid outlet 33 is disposed on the upper end surface of the receiving portion 37, the second matching element 52 is disposed on the end surface of one side of the receiving portion 37, the second coupling element 51 is disposed on the corresponding side surface of the receiving portion 11, the second matching element 52 and the second coupling element 51 are inserted and matched along the circumferential direction of the pot body 1, and the water tank 3 is mounted on the pot body 1 along the circumferential direction of the pot body 1.
It should be noted that, this application does not specifically limit to the function that water tank 3 can realize, and it not only can realize the function of automatic water supply, water-cooling step-down, and it also can realize other functions, for example, except setting up the water pump on the water tank, still sets up steam generator, the liquid outlet becomes the gas outlet, through the butt joint of pot lid and gas outlet in order to supply steam to the culinary art intracavity, realizes the steam cooking function.

the electric pressure cooker also comprises a first coupling component and a second coupling component, wherein the first coupling component is used for electrically connecting the cooker cover and the cooker body, and the second coupling component is used for electrically connecting the water pump and the cooker body;
when the locking cover is locked, the first coupling assembly realizes the electric connection of the cover and the pot body, the second coupling assembly realizes the electric connection of the first coupling assembly, and the control unit can control the operation of the water pump through the second coupling assembly.

the water tank is provided with a liquid outlet and a liquid return port; the pot cover also comprises a cooling cavity and an abutting part, wherein the cooling cavity is used for cooling the cooking cavity, and the abutting part is provided with a liquid inlet used for communicating the cooling cavity with the liquid outlet and a liquid outlet used for communicating the cooling cavity with the liquid return port;
the water tank is provided with a liquid storage cavity and a liquid pumping port communicated with the liquid storage cavity; the water inlet end of the water pump can be communicated with the liquid pumping port, and the water outlet end of the water pump can be communicated with the liquid outlet;
the water tank also comprises a liquid return cavity communicated with the liquid return port;
the liquid return cavity and the liquid storage cavity are separately arranged, or the liquid return cavity is communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the liquid suction port is far away from the liquid return port.

the second coupling component comprises a second coupling piece arranged on the pot body and a second matching piece arranged on the water tank, and the second matching piece is arranged on the bearing part.

the pot body is provided with a bearing position for bearing the water tank, the water tank is placed in the bearing position, and the bottom surface of the water tank is not lower than that of the pot body.
