Simultaneously, this cleaning device still includes cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning brush is installed in one side on cleaning mechanism orientation ground, and cleaning mechanism can move ground relatively, and cleaning brush brushes along with cleaning mechanism synchronous motion, scrubs ground through the cleaning brush, realizes the cleaning work on ground.
However, in the actual cleaning process, there is still a problem that the cleaning is not thorough enough, and in the cleaning process, for example, when the cleaning liquid is needed, the cleaning brush cannot sufficiently use the supplied cleaning liquid, thereby causing a part of the cleaning liquid to be wasted. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cleaning brush, which can ensure thorough cleaning and make full use of cleaning solution. The specific structure of the cleaning brush will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1-5, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 illustrates a first bottom view of a cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 illustrates a second bottom view of the cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a third bottom view of a cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a fourth bottom view of the cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention. The utility model provides a cleaning brush 10, including brush dish 11 and a plurality of brush hair 12, brush dish 11 has out liquid district 13, and a plurality of brush hairs 12 form the brush hair district 14 that is the setting of closed ring shape along the circumference interval arrangement who goes out liquid district 13, and brush hair district 14 sets up a plurality of no hair portions 141 around the axis interval arrangement who goes out liquid district 13, and no hair portion 141 is less than brush hair portion 14 along the radial size that goes out liquid district 13.
Specifically, the liquid outlet area 13 is disposed on a side of the brush tray 11 facing the ground, and the liquid outlet area 13 can be connected to a liquid supply mechanism in the cleaning device, so that the cleaning liquid supplied by the liquid supply mechanism can flow to the ground through the liquid outlet area 13. A plurality of brush hairs 12 set up along the circumference of going out liquid district 13 to make the periphery side formation that goes out liquid district 13 be the bristle field 14 that seals the annular setting, when the cleaning solution that provides for liquid mechanism passes through the output of liquid district 13, can fully contact with the bristle field 14 that goes out liquid district 13 week side, so that bristle field 14 cleans ground under the auxiliary action of cleaning solution. The bristle field 14 is provided with a plurality of bristle-free portions 141 arranged at intervals around the axis of the liquid outlet region 13, i.e. in the ring shape of the bristle field 14 in the form of a closed ring, there are a plurality of blank regions which are not provided with bristles 12, so that the above-mentioned bristle-free portions 141 are formed. The provision of the bristle-free portion 141 can reduce the contact area of the bristle field 14 with the ground. According to the formula P/S, when the contact area is reduced and the cleaning brush 10 applies the same pressure to the floor, the pressure of the cleaning brush 10 acting on the floor is increased, so as to improve the cleaning force of the floor attachments, and to clean the floor more thoroughly.
Meanwhile, the size of the bristle-free portion 141 in the radial direction of the liquid outlet area 13 is smaller than the size of the bristle field 14 in the radial direction of the liquid outlet area 13. That is, assuming that the liquid outlet area 13 is circular, the bristle area 14 is a ring disposed around the liquid outlet area 13. At this time, the radial direction of the liquid outlet area 13 is the radius of the circle, and the length of the bristle area 14 in the radial direction of the liquid outlet area 13 is the width of the ring. The length of the bristle free region in the radial direction is smaller than the length of the bristle field 14 in the radial direction, i.e. the bristle free region is arranged in a ring shape. Such setting can make in the one side that no hair portion 141 is close to liquid outlet area 13 and the one side that no hair portion 141 is close to the brush dish 11 edge, has at least one side to distribute and has brush hair 12 to when the cleaning solution is exported from liquid outlet area 13, no hair portion 141 also has brush hair 12 along the radial direction in liquid outlet area 13 and can fully contact with the cleaning solution, thereby makes the cleaning solution can not throw away because of no hair portion 141's existence and relative cleaning brush 10, thereby improves the utilization ratio to the cleaning solution.
It should be noted that the bristle field 14 is provided with the bristle-free portion 141, so that a blank area without bristles 12 is formed in the bristle field 14, in which area the cleaning liquid is not in contact with the cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning liquid is easily discharged with bubbles, and it is ensured that the cleaning liquid does not remain in the bristle-free area, so that the cleaning liquid can be sufficiently in contact with the bristles 12 of the bristle field 14.
With continued reference to fig. 2-5, the number of the hairless zones may be three, and the three hairless zones are spaced 120 degrees apart. Or, the number of the hairless areas is five, and the five hairless areas are uniformly distributed at intervals around the axis of the liquid outlet area 13. Or the number of the hairless areas is six, and the six hairless areas are uniformly distributed at intervals around the axis of the liquid outlet area 13. Or the number of the hairless areas is eight, and the eight material areas are uniformly distributed at intervals around the axis of the liquid outlet area 13.
When the number of the hairless areas is multiple, the structural shapes of any two adjacent hairless areas can be the same or different. For example, the hairless area may be a quadrangle or a triangle. In any arrangement, the pressure of the cleaning brush 10 acting on the floor surface may be increased.
It should be added that the plurality of hairless regions may be uniformly spaced around the axis of the liquid outlet region 13, or may be unevenly spaced around the axis of the liquid outlet region 13, as long as the above-mentioned effect of the hairless portion 141 can be achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments, the bristle field 14 includes a plurality of brush loop loops 142, and the diameter of the plurality of brush loop 142 gradually increases from the liquid outlet region 13 toward the edge of the brush tray 11. That is, the plurality of bristles 12 can be arranged in an annular array on the outer peripheral side of the liquid outlet area 13, each of which is one brush loop 142, thereby forming a plurality of arrangement patterns in which the diameter of the brush loop 142 gradually increases from the liquid outlet area 13 toward the edge of the brush tray 11. The bristles 12 between any two adjacent brush ring loops 142 may be staggered, for example, one of the brush ring loops 142 is a first loop, the adjacent brush ring loop 142 is a second loop, and the two bristles 12 in the first loop correspond to one bristle 12 in the second loop, and are spaced in this way.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments, at least one circle of brush loop 142 is disposed on a side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the liquid outlet area 13, and at least one circle of brush loop 142 is disposed on a side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the edge of the brush tray 11. That is, in the present embodiment, the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the liquid discharge region 13 has the bristles 12, and the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the edge of the brush disk 11 also has the bristles 12, so that the bristle-free portion 141 forms a blank central region in the bristle region 14 without the bristles 12. Due to the arrangement, the cleaning liquid can be contacted with the bristles 12 after being output from the liquid area 13, so that the cleaning liquid can beat foam under the action of the bristles 12 to act on the ground. Simultaneously, make the no hair district can have the effect of absorption (shrink) to the cleaning solution at brush hair 12 towards one side at brush dish 11 edge, reduce the risk that the cleaning solution directly is thrown away at cleaning brush 10 during operation, improve the utilization ratio to the cleaning solution.
With reference to fig. 1-5, in actual use, a circle of brush ring 142 may be disposed on the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the liquid outlet region 13, and a circle of brush ring 142 may be disposed on the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the edge of the brush plate 11; alternatively, two circles of brush loop loops 142 are arranged on the side of the hairless part 141 facing the liquid outlet area 13, and two circles of brush loop loops 142 are arranged on the side of the hairless part 141 facing the edge of the brush plate 11; or, one circle of brush hair ring 142 is arranged on one side of the hairless part 141 facing the liquid outlet area 13, and two circles of brush hair ring 142 are arranged on one side of the hairless part 141 facing the edge of the brush disc 11; alternatively, two brush loop loops 142 are provided on the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the liquid discharge region 13, and one brush loop 142 is provided on the side of the bristle-free portion 141 facing the edge of the brush disk 11. Of course, the number of the bristle rings 142 may be three or four, and in any arrangement, the cleaning liquid is not thoroughly thrown out.
In some embodiments, of the bristles 12, the radial dimension of the bristles 12 near the liquid outlet region 13 is smaller than the radial dimension of the bristles 12 near the edge of the brush plate 11; of the bristles 12, the length of the bristles 12 close to the liquid outlet area 13 is smaller than that of the bristles 12 close to the edge of the brush disc 11; of the bristles 12, the bristles 12 near the liquid outlet region 13 have a hardness less than the bristles 12 near the edge of the brush plate 11.
That is, among the plurality of bristles 12, the bristles 12 near the liquid discharge region 13 are more rigid than the bristles 12 far from the liquid discharge region 13, in terms of both the cross-sectional dimension and the length dimension of the bristles 12 themselves and the stiffness of the bristles 12 themselves. Such an arrangement can, on the one hand, accommodate the pressure exerted by the cleaning brush 10 on the liquid outlet area 13, i.e. because the liquid outlet area 13 is arranged to ensure that the liquid outlet area 13 is not damaged by pressure, the pressure exerted by the cleaning brush 10 on the liquid outlet area 13 will be relatively low, and the stiffness of the bristles 12 adjacent to the liquid outlet area 13 can be relatively low. On the other hand, the liquid outlet area 13 is located in the middle of the brush disc 11 and is not located at the cleaning dead angle, so that the bristles 12 close to the liquid outlet area 13 can be relatively simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Of course, the bristles 12 close to the liquid discharge region 13 may have only a radial dimension smaller than that of the bristles far from the liquid discharge region 13, or the bristles 12 close to the liquid discharge region 13 may have only a length smaller than that of the bristles far from the liquid discharge region 13.
In some embodiments, the radial dimension of the bristles 12 decreases gradually from the edge of the brush disc 11 towards the liquid outlet zone 13; from the edge of the brush disc 11 towards the liquid outlet area 13, the length of the bristles 12 gradually decreases; the stiffness of the bristles 12 decreases from the edge of the brush disc 11 towards the liquid outlet zone 13.
That is, in the present embodiment, the size of the brush staples 12 is gradually reduced from the side far from the liquid discharge area 13 to the side near the liquid discharge area 13. Meanwhile, the hardness of the bristles 12 is gradually reduced from the side far away from the liquid outlet area 13 to the side close to the liquid outlet area 13, so that the bristle area 14 forms a concave curved surface around the liquid outlet area 13. Of course, such an arrangement also enables a reduction in manufacturing costs while ensuring thorough cleaning.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments, the bristles 12 are circular in cross-section. That is, the bristles 12 are cylindrical in structure. Of course, not only the bristles 12 are limited to be cylindrical structures, but also the cross sections of the bristles 12 can be quadrangular or triangular, and no matter which arrangement mode is adopted, the cleaning brush can be used for thoroughly cleaning the ground as long as the bristles 12 and the cleaning liquid act together.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments, the axis of the liquid outlet area 13 coincides with the axis of the brush plate 11. That is, in the present embodiment, the liquid outlet area 13 is disposed at the middle of the brush tray 11. When the brush disc 11 is a circular disc, the liquid outlet area 13 is located at the center of the brush disc 11, and the bristle area 14 is a circular ring structure arranged around the circumference of the liquid outlet area 13.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in practical use, the liquid outlet area 13 includes a plurality of liquid outlets 131, and the plurality of liquid outlets 131 are spaced around the axis of the brush plate 11. In particular, the outlet area 13 is provided, which means that a region for discharging the cleaning liquid is provided in the middle of the brush plate 11, in order to facilitate the interaction of the bristle field 14 with the cleaning liquid. The liquid outlet area 13 comprises a plurality of liquid outlets 131, the plurality of liquid outlets 131 are uniformly distributed at intervals around the axis of the brush disc 11, and each liquid outlet 131 is communicated with a liquid outlet channel of the cleaning mechanism so as to facilitate the conveying of the cleaning liquid. Wherein, the arrangement of the liquid outlets 131 can increase the number of the liquid outlets 131 as much as possible when the brush tray 11 is ensured to have good structural strength as a whole, so as to increase the flow rate of the output cleaning liquid. Meanwhile, the liquid outlet 131 may be arranged in a horn shape, a large end of the horn shape faces the ground, and a small end of the horn shape faces the liquid outlet channel. Alternatively, the liquid outlet 131 may be provided with a double-trumpet shape, that is, the small ends of two trumpets are butted, the large end of one trumpet is communicated with the liquid outlet channel, and the large end of the other trumpet faces the ground.
Wherein, a reinforcing rib can be arranged between any two adjacent liquid outlets 131, and the structural strength of the brush disc 11 can be increased through the arrangement of the reinforcing rib, so as to apply pressure to the ground.
It should be noted that, the number of the liquid outlets 131 may also be one, and one liquid outlet 131 is located in the middle of the brush tray 11, or is disposed at an interval with a portion for connecting the brush tray 11 to the rotating shaft. As long as the delivery of the cleaning liquid can be achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in some embodiments, the brush plate 11 has a mounting hole 15, and the plurality of liquid outlets 131 are spaced around the mounting hole 15.
Specifically, the mounting holes 15 are disposed in the middle of the plurality of liquid outlets 131 in an annular array, and the mounting holes 15 are disposed to connect a rotating shaft for driving the cleaning brush 10 to rotate. The rotating shaft is connected with the hole wall of the mounting hole 15 through a key, so that the brush disc 11 can rotate synchronously with the rotating shaft. Wherein, the edge of the mounting hole 15 is provided with a baffle plate which is a curved surface, and the baffle plate is sunken towards one side close to the ground.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
