Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger (hereinafter, an outdoor heat exchanger), the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger (hereinafter, an indoor heat exchanger), and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary.
An outdoor unit 1000 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 18, and the outdoor unit 1000 of the air conditioner constitutes an air conditioner together with the indoor unit of the air conditioner for adjusting the temperature, humidity, and the like of the indoor environment.
As shown in fig. 1, an outdoor unit 1000 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing (not shown) and an electric box 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 10, a partition plate 2 is disposed in the casing, the partition plate 2 partitions the inside of the casing into a first accommodating space 21 and a second accommodating space 22, a compressor is disposed in the first accommodating space 21, a fan 3 is disposed in the second accommodating space 22, an electrical box 4 is disposed in the casing, an air inlet 5 and an air outlet 6 are formed in the electrical box 4, the air outlet 6 includes a first air outlet 61, the air inlet 5 is disposed in the first accommodating space 21, and the first air outlet 61 is disposed in the second accommodating space 22.
In the working process of the outdoor unit 1000 of the air conditioner, when the fan 3 in the second accommodating space 22 operates, the air pressure in the second accommodating space 22 is reduced, so that the second accommodating space 22 forms a negative pressure cavity relative to the first accommodating space 21 and the external environment, and the air in the first accommodating space 21 can enter the electrical box 4 through the air inlet 5 and exchange heat with the control board 9 in the electrical box 4 and the electrical elements thereon to realize the heat dissipation of the control board 9 and the electrical elements, thereby preventing the control board 9 and the electrical elements from being overheated and having poor performance or damaged, and ensuring the normal operation of the outdoor unit 1000 of the air conditioner. Then, the air after heat exchange with the control board 9 and the electric element is discharged from the first air outlet 61 out of the electric box 4 and enters the second accommodating space 22, thereby realizing air circulation between the inside and the outside of the electric box 4. Finally, the heat exchanged air entering the second accommodating space 22 can be blown from the cabinet to the outside environment via the fan 3. In this way, a circulation of air between the first and second accommodation spaces 21, 22 and the external environment can be achieved.
Further, the air outlet direction of the first air outlet 61 is perpendicular to the radial direction of the fan 3, and thus the arrangement is that when air after heat exchange with the control board 9 and the electric element is discharged from the electric box 4 through the first air outlet 61, the air flows along the direction perpendicular to the radial direction of the fan 3, that is, the air after heat exchange can not flow along the radial direction of the fan 3 when being discharged from the electric box 4, so that water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely (for example, clockwise in fig. 1) are not easy to throw into the electric box 4, thereby preventing the electric element in the electric box 4 from short circuit, and the waterproof effect of the electric box 4 is good.
According to the utility model discloses outdoor machine 1000 of air-conditioner makes baffle 2 separate into first accommodation space 21 and second accommodation space 22 with the casing inside through the setting, be equipped with fan 3 in the second accommodation space 22, electrical apparatus box 4 is established in the casing, be formed with the air intake 5 that is located first accommodation space 21 on electrical apparatus box 4 and be located the first air outlet 61 of second accommodation space 22, the air-out direction of first air outlet 61 and fan 3's radial perpendicular, guaranteed the inside and outside air circulation nature of electrical apparatus box 4 and electrical apparatus box 4's waterproof nature simultaneously.
According to some optional embodiments of the utility model, referring to fig. 5-11, the lateral wall 412 of electrical apparatus box 4 towards fan 3 is first lateral wall 413, first air outlet 61 is formed on first lateral wall 413, at this moment, whole first lateral wall 413 can be located second accommodation space 22, thereby it can have great total air-out area to further guarantee first air outlet 61, the circulation efficiency of the air after with control panel 9 and the heat transfer of electrical component has been improved, thereby inside and outside circulation of air efficiency of electrical apparatus box 4 has been improved. As shown in fig. 7-9 and 13-14, the first air outlet 61 includes a first opening 611 and a first air outlet channel 612, the first opening 611 is formed on the first side wall 413, a baffle 43 is disposed on the first side wall 413, the baffle 43 is opposite to the first opening 611 and is spaced from the first opening 611 to define the first air outlet channel 612, and an air outlet direction (for example, a direction indicated by an arrow in fig. 14) of the first air outlet channel 612 is perpendicular to a radial direction of the fan 3. At this time, the baffle 43 and the first side wall 413 of the electrical box 4 together form a shielding structure, so as to prevent water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely (for example, clockwise in fig. 1) from entering the electrical box 4 through the first air outlet 61, thereby effectively preventing electrical elements in the electrical box 4 from short-circuiting.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8 in conjunction with FIG. 1, the first sidewall 413 of the electronics box 4 includes a first sidewall portion 4131, a second sidewall portion 4132, and a third sidewall portion 4133. Specifically, the first side wall portion 4131 extends in the up-down direction, the upper end of the second side wall portion 4132 is connected to the lower end of the first side wall portion 4131, and the lower end of the second side wall portion 4132 extends obliquely with respect to the first side wall portion 4131 in the direction toward the center of the electric box 4. At least one of the first and second side wall portions 4131 and 4132 has the first opening 611 formed therein, and at this time, the first opening 611 (not shown) may be formed only in the first side wall portion 4131, or the first opening 611 (not shown) may be formed only in the second side wall portion 4132, or the first opening 611 may be formed in both the first and second side wall portions 4131 and 4132 (as shown in fig. 8). With this arrangement, the second side wall portion 4132 of the electrical box 4 can be relatively far away from the fan 3, on one hand, the occupied space of the electrical box 4 in the second accommodating space 22 is small, and the layout of other components in the second accommodating space 22 is not affected; on the other hand, when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely, water drops thrown out are less likely to enter the electrical box 4.
According to the present invention, referring to fig. 9 in combination with fig. 1, one side of the baffle 43 in the axial direction of the fan 3 is connected to the first sidewall 413, and at this time, the baffle 43 is sealed between the one side in the axial direction of the fan 3 and the first sidewall 413 of the electrical box 4, so as to further effectively prevent the water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely (for example, clockwise in fig. 1) from entering the electrical box 4, thereby further preventing the electrical elements in the electrical box 4 from short-circuiting. Further, as shown in fig. 7, and in conjunction with fig. 1 and 14, the other side of the baffle 43 in the axial direction of the fan 3 and the first side wall 413 are spaced from each other to define an inlet 6121 of the first air outlet channel 612, and since the first air outlet 61 is adjacent to the fan 3, when the air after heat exchange with the control board 9 and the electrical component is exhausted from the electrical box 4, after passing through the inlet 6121 of the first air outlet channel 612 in the direction perpendicular to the radial direction of the fan 3, the air can directly reach the position close to the fan 3 in the second accommodating space 22 through the first air outlet channel 612, and can be blown out to the external environment through the fan 3 faster, and further, the air circulation rate inside and outside the electrical box 4 is accelerated. So set up, both can improve electrical apparatus box 4's waterproof performance, can guarantee the circulation of air between electrical apparatus box 4 inside and the external environment again to guarantee the radiating effect of control panel and electric elements in electrical apparatus box 4.
Further, referring to fig. 14 in conjunction with fig. 7 to 9, at least one side surface 431 of the baffle 43 in the axial direction of the blower 3 extends beyond the corresponding side wall of the first opening 611. At this time, only one side surface 431 of the baffle 43 in the axial direction of the blower 3 may be extended beyond the corresponding one side wall of the first opening 611, or both side surfaces 431 of the baffle 43 in the axial direction of the blower 3 may be extended beyond the corresponding both side walls of the first opening 611. With this arrangement, it is ensured that the projection of the baffle 43 onto a reference plane perpendicular to the respective radial directions of the fan 3 overlaps with the projection of the first side wall 413 onto the reference plane. With this arrangement, the water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely (for example, clockwise in fig. 1) can be further prevented from entering the electrical box 4 through the first air outlet 61.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7 to 13, the first outlet 61 is multiple, and the multiple first outlets 61 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the fan 3. So set up, further increased first air outlet 61's total area to further increase the air-out area of the air after the heat transfer, further improved the radiating efficiency of control panel 9 and electrical element in the electrical apparatus box 4.
Further optionally, the plurality of first air outlets 61 are uniformly spaced along the axial direction of the fan 3. So set up, can make the processing of electrical apparatus box 4 convenient, improve electrical apparatus box 4's manufacturing efficiency.
According to other alternative embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 61 is formed on a side wall 412 (not shown) of the electrical box 4 adjacent to the first side wall 413. For example, the first air outlet 61 may be formed on two sidewalls 412 of the electrical box 4 adjacent to the first sidewall 413. With such an arrangement, on one hand, the first side wall 413 integrally forms a shielding structure, so that water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, especially rotates reversely, can not enter the electric box 4; on the other hand, the air after heat exchange with the control board 9 and the electric element can be smoothly discharged out of the electric box 4, and the heat dissipation effect of the control board 9 and the electric element in the electric box 4 is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 9-13, the outlet 6 further includes a second outlet 62, and the bottom wall 411 of the appliance box 4 and the side wall 412 of the appliance box 4 are spaced apart from each other to define the second outlet 62. So set up, can follow first air outlet 61 and discharge with the partly air after the control panel 9 in the electrical apparatus box 4 and the electrical element heat transfer, can follow second air outlet 62 and discharge with the control panel 9 in the electrical apparatus box 4 and the other part air after the electrical element heat transfer, the air-out area of the air after the heat transfer has been increased, control panel 9 in the electrical apparatus box 4 and the circulation of air speed around its electrical element have been accelerated, the radiating effect of control panel 9 in the electrical apparatus box 4 and its electrical element has been improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 to 13, the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4 and the first side wall 413 of the electrical box 4 are spaced from each other to define the second air outlet 62, so that the whole second air outlet 62 is located in the second accommodating space 22, thereby ensuring that the air after heat exchange with the control board 9 and the electrical components in the electrical box 4 can enter the second accommodating space 22 directly and be blown out to the external environment by the fan 3, and further improving the air circulation speed between the inside and the outside of the electrical box 4.
Further, referring to fig. 7-10, the first sidewall 413 of the appliance box 4 may further include a third sidewall portion 4133. One end of the third side wall 4133 is connected to the lower end of the second side wall 4132, and the third side wall 4133 is located below the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4 to define the second air outlet 62, so that the air outlet area of the second air outlet 62 is ensured, and meanwhile, water drops thrown out when the fan 3 rotates, for example, rotates reversely can be further prevented from entering the electrical box 4.
Further, referring to fig. 9-11 in conjunction with fig. 1, the other end of the third sidewall portion 4133 extends beyond the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4 to the end adjacent to the first sidewall 413 of the electrical box 4 toward a direction away from the fan 3. At this time, a projection of the edge of the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4 adjacent to the one end of the first side wall 413 of the electrical box 4 on the bottom wall 411 is located within a projection of the other end of the third side wall portion 4133 on the bottom wall 411. So set up, can further prevent that the water that gets rid of when fan 3 reverses from entering into electrical apparatus box 4 through second air outlet 62 in, further improve electrical apparatus box 4's water-proof effects.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the third side wall portion 4133 and the bottom wall 411 each extend horizontally, with the third side wall portion 4133 being parallel to the bottom wall 411, and the third side wall portion 4133 and the bottom wall 411 each being perpendicular to the first side wall portion 4131. With the arrangement, when the water thrown out by the fan 3 in the reverse rotation is prevented from entering the electric appliance box 4 through the second air outlet 62, the whole electric appliance box 4 is regular in shape and simple to process.
Or alternatively, the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4 and the side wall 412 adjacent to the first side wall 413 of the electrical box 4 may be designed to be spaced apart from each other to define the second air outlet 62 (not shown) according to design requirements, such as the position of the control board 9 in the electrical box 4.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4-6 in combination with fig. 1, a heat sink 8 is provided in the appliance box 4, the heat sink 8 is disposed adjacent to the air outlet 6, and a portion of the heat sink 8 extends to an end of the bottom wall 411 of the appliance box 4 adjacent to the side wall 412 of the appliance box 4. At this time, a part of the heat sink 8 is located right above the bottom wall 411 of the electrical box 4, another part of the heat sink 8 is located right above the second air outlet 62, and the first air outlet 61 is located at one side of the heat sink 8. So set up, the air that gets into in the electrical apparatus box 4 can fully flow through the radiator 8 and with the heat transfer of radiator 8, the radiating efficiency of the electric elements in the electrical apparatus box 4 has been improved, and the air after the heat transfer can directly flow out electrical apparatus box 4 through first air outlet 61 and second air outlet 62, the circulation speed of the air after the heat transfer has been accelerated, the heat exchange efficiency of radiator 8 has further been improved, thereby the radiating effect of the electric elements in the electrical apparatus box 4 has further been improved, and the overall arrangement of electrical apparatus box 4 is compact.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3-5 and 12-16, the electrical box 4 includes a box body 41 and a cover body 42, one side of the box body 41 is opened, the cover body 42 is disposed on the above one side of the box body 41, and one side of the cover body 42 facing the box body 41 is provided with the control board 9. The control board 9 is now mounted between the case 41 and the cover 42, but not on the case 41, i.e. the case 41 of the electrical box 4 is decoupled from the control board 9. So set up, when the size of control panel 9 changes, for example, when the size of control panel 9 increases, need not to change the size of box body 41 of electrical apparatus box 4, realized that same box body 41 can the different size control panels 9 of adaptation. Compared with the traditional mode that the control board 9 is installed in the box body 41 of the electrical box 4, the universality of the box body 41 is improved, the mold input cost of the electrical box 4 is saved, and the size of the box body 41 of the electrical box 4 does not need to be increased along with the increase of the size of the control board 9, so that the miniaturization of the box body 41 of the electrical box 4 is realized, and the material cost of the single box body 41 is reduced. Moreover, even though the different sizes of the control panels 9 are used in the different types of the outdoor unit 1000 of the air conditioner, the same box 41 can be used, thereby reducing the number of the boxes 41 having different sizes.
According to some optional embodiments of the present invention, the projected area of the cover 42 on the reference plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the electrical box 4 is larger than the projected area of the box body 41 on the reference plane. The cover body 42 covers the control board 9, and at this time, a projected area of the cover body 42 on the above-mentioned reference plane may be greater than or equal to a projected area of the control board 9 on the reference plane, and the projection of the cover body 42 on the reference plane may completely cover the projection of the control board 9 on the reference plane, so that the control board 9 can be integrally mounted on the cover body 42. Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, 12-15, the second latching structure 11 includes a first latching portion 111 and a second latching portion 112, and the first latching portion 111 and the second latching portion 112 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cover 42 in the width direction. For example, referring to fig. 13 to 15, the first locking portion 111 on one of the two sides of the cover 42 in the width direction includes a hook portion 1111 and a first limiting portion 1112 having a certain elasticity, one of the two sides of the control board 9 in the width direction fits between the hook portion 1111 and the first limiting portion 1112, and the hook portion 1111 may play a role of assisting in supporting the control board 9, reducing deformation of the control board 9, and preventing deformation and damage of the control board 9. As shown in fig. 5 and 15, the second latching portion 112 on the other of the two sides in the width direction of the cover 42 includes a projection portion 1121 and a second stopper portion 1122, and the other of the two sides in the width direction of the control plate 9 is fitted between the projection portion 1121 and the second stopper portion 1122.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 15-18, when the control panel 9 is mounted on the cover 42 by the second threaded structure 12, the second threaded structure 12 may include a stud 121, a through hole 122, and a screw (not shown). For example, in the example of fig. 12, the number of the second screw structures 12 is four, and four studs 121 of the second screw structures 12 may be arranged on the side of the cover 42 facing the box 41, and the four studs 121 are respectively located at four corners of the cover 42. Accordingly, through holes 122 are formed at four corners of the control board 9, respectively. During installation, four screws respectively penetrate through the four through holes 122 of the control board 9 and are in threaded connection with the studs 121 on the cover body 42 to realize fixation of the cover body 42 and the control board 9. With this arrangement, the fixing reliability of the cover 42 and the control board 9 can be further ensured.
Further, the control board 9 is flip-mounted on the cover 42, with the electric components on the control board 9 facing the bottom wall 411 of the case 41. So set up, can guarantee that the electric connection wiring overall arrangement of the electric elements on the control panel 9 is convenient, and can further prevent that the rainwater from falling on the control panel 9.
