Description
卷帘门是由一块块帘板搭接、咬合在一起形成的。帘板的结构直接影响卷帘门的使用性能。美国Jim Walter Company公司生产的防火卷帘门，其帘板断面形状如图1，主板条1和辅板条2卷压在一起，中间填充防火材料3。这种帘板相互搭接不紧密。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种两块帘板咬合紧密的新型帘板。
附图2为本实用新型所提供的帘板断面结构示意图。
下面结合附图2对本实用新型进行详细描述。
主板条1和辅板条2卷压咬合在一起，中间填充防火材料3。帘板左侧向上弯折119°，右侧向上弯折60°，左右搭钩均为圆弧形。
这种结构的帘板相互咬合非常紧密。
