Description

Corrugated box for fresh product transportation
Technical Field
The utility model discloses a development field discloses a corrugated box for fresh fish transportation for being used for the packing of frozen product transportation very much, has through the isolation and the sealing characteristic of improvement to help the sealed of sticky tape in the final sealed in-process of box.
Background
In the field of transportation of fresh food, such as the transportation of frozen fresh fish, various solutions have been developed aimed at maintaining the internal temperature and avoiding the outflow of liquid. The most common solution may be associated with high density polystyrene foam packaging, typically with a pressure-closed lid. This is an excellent solution in terms of insulation from the outside temperature, weight and tightness, when forming an integral package consisting of one part, without folds or joints that could allow the liquid to flow out, without allowing the liquid inside to flow out.
However, this solution presents environmental problems, since the manufacture of polystyrene foam implies pollution, which material is not easily degraded. This problem can be overcome by the design of new packages made of materials with less barrier and resistance, such as cardboard, which have a structure that seeks the same and better advantages.
Cardboard packaging is often seen for food products where an outflow of liquid may occur, these packaging often having a corner structure at the fold preventing the liquid from flowing to the outside. However, most of these solutions are not used for frozen foods such as fish, and thus lack excellent structural insulation and resistance conditions due to being constructed by a single layer material in spite of excellent sealing conditions.
Another problem that has not been solved by cartons is that once filled and sealed, sealing tapes are usually used to cover the joint of the package and the lid, these tapes need to cover the whole joint, without cutting or adding, these tapes also mean an inviolable seal, and therefore should not be cut and reconnected to ensure the condition of the package until the destination is reached. For this reason, it is necessary to move, rotate and sometimes lift the already closed package in order to be able to access the joining edge between the lid and the package to which the adhesive tape is to be applied, usually at the lower edge of the package, making the sealing of the adhesive tape difficult.
For example, there are documents such as US 5,050,794(a) in the prior art, which discloses a package like the proposed utility model, comprising a closed package with folds at the folds and a folding plate covering the folds, as well as a telescopic lid. The difference is that the box is composed of a packing box and a single telescopic cover, the folding plate has other form characteristics and is provided with more protrusions and cuts, and the liquid in the box can flow out from the positions. Such a box represents the drawback of being constituted by only two telescopic elements, although two parallel walls are formed around each other, but it can be seen that the upper and lower faces of the box are a single partition in contact with the outside. It is more likely that a low temperature suitable for the preservation of the interior food cannot be maintained, while outflow of liquid is more likely to occur. On the other hand, by connecting the two parts together by embedding the package from inside the lid, it can be seen that the joint between the two parts is located at the bottom edge of the package, in contact with the edge of the lid. For this reason, the bottom edge needs to be touched by lifting the box to perform the tape sealing at the periphery, which is complicated and inconvenient because the box needs to be turned or tilted.
Another document to be considered is US 4,391,405(a), disclosing a box like the proposed utility model, with folds at the folds, with a projection embedded in the channel, and with a folding plate covering the folds. The difference is that the telescopic cover is not provided, but the cover is only connected with the box body in a folding mode. In this case, as in the previous document, the drawback is the lack of good barrier properties of the panels, since they are single-layered and the lid does not telescope to form the second panel, but covers only the upper edge, thus obviously not solving the barrier and sealing problems adequately, although the junction of the box and lid is not located at the lower edge, facilitating the sealing of the tape. The isolation performance is rather insufficient and therefore all technical problems cannot be solved properly.
Another document forming part of the prior art is EP0392227(a1), which discloses a box like the proposed utility model, with folds at the folds, with a projection embedded in the channel, and with a folding plate fixed at the folds. The difference is that the folding plate is not wide enough without the telescopic cover, so the position of the folding plate can not be fixed. This package cannot be used for transporting fresh food, such as frozen fish, because the package has no lid and the wall panels are not double-layered, temperature insulation cannot be achieved.
A further document to be considered is GB2392150, which discloses a package like the proposed utility model, having folds at the folds, with a projection embedded in the groove, and a folding plate fixed at the folds. The difference is that without the retractable cover, the folding plate has a protrusion at its edge embedded in the bottom groove, lacking a sealing condition, because of the groove on the bottom, the liquid may be leaked out, and because without the cover, it is impossible to maintain the desired low temperature inside for the transportation of the fresh frozen food.
Finally, a document related to the prior art is US 4,915,291, disclosing a package like the proposed utility model, with an internal box and two telescopic lids. However, the inner box is tubular, without bottom and top panels, and therefore cannot be used as a sealed package for the transport of fresh food such as frozen fish, because the only bottom panel is provided by the lower surface of the lower cover, which if wetted by the contents of the box, even if double layered around, will break and the bottom of the entire package will fall off.
It can be seen that none of the solutions of the prior art provides simultaneously high quality isolation and sealing conditions, and as seen above none of them allow for an internally sealed box completely surrounded by a second tract of packaging consisting of covers. Specifically, because the bottom panel of the package supports the food inside, it is the most heavily loaded panel during transport, and there is no solution with two or three layers of panels at and around the bottom of the container. Thus, none of the prior art solutions provides a corrugated box package having more than one wall panel, having high barrier properties, while providing a structure that remains stable even in the presence of liquid in the interior, and providing a joint on the surrounding wall panels remote from the base that allows or facilitates sealing of the surrounding tape.
As described above, the present invention overcomes the problems of the prior art, and provides a carton, which not only has high isolation and sealing performance, but also facilitates sealing of the adhesive tape around without lifting or tilting the packaging box to seal the adhesive tape through horizontal rotation, compared with the previous cartons.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention relates to a corrugated box for the transport of fresh food, such as frozen fish, the main purpose of which is to replace polystyrene foam boxes (trade names eslapel or provitamin).
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a packing box for fresh food, such as frozen fish transportation, having improved heat transfer resistance, maintaining the temperature inside the packing box, and avoiding the thawing of the food.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packing box for fresh food, such as frozen fish transportation, having improved sealing conditions, avoiding liquid from flowing out of the packing box, avoiding liquid from being absorbed by the wall plate and causing damage.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box for fresh food, such as frozen fish transportation, which is constructed only by two different types of parts, each of which is composed of a single template, each of which can be stacked for storage, does not occupy a large amount of space, and is assembled only when the product is packaged.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a package for fresh food, such as frozen fish, that facilitates sealing of the joint tape between the lid and the box.
To achieve these objects, the present invention provides a three-part package, but assembled using only two types of foldable forms. Once assembled, the package has double and triple wall panels, and reinforced edges to improve the insulation and resistance of the package. Has a liquid-proof outer folded edge and a height ratio between the outer components facilitates sealing of the surrounding adhesive tape.
The three parts are composed of an internal sealed box body, a lower cover and an upper cover. Wherein the upper cover and the lower cover are the same component and are embedded around the sealed box in a telescopic way, one on the upper side and one on the lower side. In this way, when closed, with the joint at the centre line of half the height of the box, the sealing with tape can be performed by rotating the box horizontally, without lifting or tilting the box to reach the joint line (which may occur when the joint line is located at the lower edge of the box). In this way, once the two lids are fitted outside the inner box, it is only necessary to rotate about a single axis and keep the sealing band in a horizontal position in order to make it adhere to the joint and complete the final seal.
The internally sealed box is made of special cardboard, including cardboard coated with polyethylene on the surface, which prevents the liquids (ice water and bloody water) of the internal objects from penetrating and soaking into the walls of the box, thus weakening the box and flowing to the outside.
Also, this internally sealed case has an assembly manner by folding only, and has no cut which may allow liquid to flow to the outside, thereby achieving high sealing performance. The vertical edges of the box are constituted by folded edges of the folds which are then applied to the smaller faces of the box and are fixed by folding plates above the folded edges, these folded edges at the folds having projections which are embedded in central slots of the folded edges at the junction between the folding plates and the smaller faces of the box, fixing their folded position and being located below the folding plates.
The upper and lower covers, identical to each other, are formed of panels consisting of a plurality of folded portions, forming a peripheral double wall panel, and a distal portion of a larger wall panel located at the base panel when the cover body is assembled, so that the longitudinal edges of the cover body are also covered, preventing the outflow of liquid which is likely to occur in the event of sudden movements during transport, and providing a partial second layer of protection for the bottom surface of the cover body.
Once fully assembled, a package is obtained with at least three reinforced walls all around, since the sealed box has a larger wall made up of individual parts all around and on the smaller wall there is an area located or folded against the folded part of the edge of this smaller wall. When the lids are placed around the inner box, they have larger and smaller panels, which are folded together in two parts, forming an additional two-layer protection on the surrounding panels, so that the package has a total of three parallel layers of panels around it, enhancing the required insulation conditions.
At least two layers of protection are provided for the bottom surface or bottom of the package, one layer being the bottom of the inner box and the second layer being the bottom of the lower lid covering the lower part of the inner sealed box. It is also complementary to the fact that the lower lid has on its larger panel a distal portion which, when folded, is located at the bottom of the lid body, reinforcing the bottom longitudinal edge, creating a three-layer panel protection.
For the upper surface of the box, a wall panel is the base of the upper lid, and two distal portions of the larger side of the lid, parallel to and along the bottom, are placed as a second layer covering the upper lid portion.
Thus, it can be seen that the package as subject of the present application provides advantages over the prior art, with practical benefits over the prior art in terms of solving the problems in a more efficient manner, being able to store fresh frozen food for transport despite being a carton, and maintaining high quality temperature insulating properties between the inside and outside by virtue of its multi-layer structure.
The utility model discloses it so possess the advantage, still because the dog-ear structure of its folding department, only the hem does not have any incision that can let the liquid outflow or wear the mouth, relies on the outflow that this structure can avoid inside liquid, through the folded sheet that covers folding department crease top edge, these dog-ears can fix in place. Furthermore, the inner container body is made of a material having a plastic surface, which prevents liquid from penetrating into the wall panel and weakening it, thus forming a completely sealed package.
The utility model discloses a another advantage lies in can conveniently carrying out the sealed of sticky tape, seals the junction of two lids that cover inside box, because the bonding wire is located the position of packing box half height, only needs to keep the level, can paste the sealing strip along same rotatory packing box of axle, need not to lift up or incline the box in order to touch the bottom.
Furthermore, another advantage of the invention can be mentioned that, only by the three components consisting of two templates, these templates can be stored in an expanded manner, assembled when required for packaging, thus saving a lot of space.

Detailed Description
The utility model discloses a corrugated case (1), as shown in figure 1, mainly comprises three parts, an upper cover (1), a lower cover (4) and a middle sealing box body (3). The upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are the same and can be formed by the same template (17), and the middle sealing box body (3) is formed by a template (5) which is different from the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4).
The intermediate sealed box (3) consists of a special carton, comprising a cardboard coated with polyethylene on one surface, which prevents the liquid (ice water and blood) of the internal contents from flowing out of the walls of the box (1), the internal sealed box (3) being intended to be inside the upper (2) and lower (4) lids and having a folded edge (6) fixed by a folding plate (9), which can be formed into the box (3) by folding only, without cuts that would allow the liquid to flow out.
The upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are telescopic, and form a second wall plate of the middle sealing box body (3), so that the optimal heat insulation effect is realized.
When the box body (3) is installed outside, the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are jointed at the half height of the box body (3) so as to be convenient for sealing the sealing tape.
As shown in fig. 2, the formwork (5) of the intermediate sealed box (3) comprises a bottom (8) surrounded by two larger panels (23), two smaller panels (24) and four folded edges (6), the larger panel (23) being formed by a single part and the smaller panel (24) being formed by a distal part (9) and a proximal part (25) forming the folded panel. The formwork (5) has vertical, horizontal and inclined folding lines, allowing the assembly of the internally sealed box (3).
The rim (6) has a protrusion (7). The proximal portion (25) of the smaller wall (24) of the box (3) and the folding plate (9) are connected to each other by a fold (10) between which a central slot (11) is present.
When the internal sealing box body (3) is assembled through the template (5), the edge (6) at the folding position is folded by using the folding line (27), the edge (6) can be positioned inside or outside the middle sealing box body (3), in any case, the folding edge (10) positioned between the far side part (9) or the folding plate and the near side part (25) is positioned at the upper edge of the folding edge (6) at the folding position, and the protrusion (7) is embedded into the central groove body (11) and fixed at a proper position. If the folded edge (6) is directed outwards, the folded plate (9) is also folded towards the outside of the box (3), covering this folded edge, as shown in figures 1 and 6. In the opposite case, if the folding edge (6) is inward, the folding plate (9) is also folded inward, as shown in fig. 4C and 4D.
As can be seen in fig. 3, the template (17) of the covers (2) and (4) is formed by a base (12) surrounded by two larger walls (13), two smaller walls (14) and four wings (15). The larger wall (13) is formed of three foldable portions, a distal portion (18), a central portion (19) and a proximal portion (20). The smaller wall (14) is formed by a distal portion (21) and a proximal portion (22), the distal portion (21) having a central protrusion (16) at its edge.
When the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are assembled by means of the template (17), the distal portions (18) of the larger wall (13) are placed along and parallel to the cover bottom (12), and the projections (16) are located between the distal portions (18) of the larger wall (13) (see fig. 5F), while at the same time the width of these distal portions (18) corresponds to the width of the folded edges (10) of the box (3).
In this way, the distance between the two distal portions (18) placed parallel to and along the bottom (12) of the covers (2) and (4) coincides with the width of the central channel (11) of the box (3) and with the width of the projection (16) of the smaller wall (14) of the covers (2) and (4).
The templates (17) that make up the lids (2) and (4) have vertical and horizontal fold lines that enable the lids to be assembled.
The template (17) allows for the cut (26) between the flap (15) and the proximal portion (20) to allow for the flap (15) to be located between the central portion (19) and the proximal portion (20) when the respective portions (18, 19, 20) of the larger panel (13) are folded (see fig. 5D and 5E).
