In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water tank 130 is connected to the filtered water pump assembly 150 through the first and second three- way valves 131 and 132 in sequence, and the water tank is also connected to the descaling-water pump 150 through the first and second three- way valves 131 and 132 in sequence.
In this embodiment, in order to provide more options for the flow direction of water in the water tank 130, a first three-way valve 131 and a second three-way valve 132 may be added to the water path between the water tank 130 and the filtered water pump assembly 150, which addition of the first three-way valve 131 and the second three-way valve 132 also controls the flow of water from the water tank 130 to the descaling-water pump 150.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a first three-way valve inlet end 131a of the first three-way valve 131 is connected to the water tank 130, a first three-way valve first outlet end 131b of the first three-way valve 131 is connected to a second three-way valve inlet end 132a of the second three-way valve 132, a second three-way valve first outlet end 132b of the second three-way valve 132 is connected to the descaling-water pump 150, and a second three-way valve second outlet end 132c of the second three-way valve 132 is connected to the filtered-water pump assembly 150. Through using the three-way valve, be convenient for more carry out reposition of redundant personnel control to the flow direction of water to realize that water gets into the water route that corresponds according to the in-service use demand.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the filtered water pump assembly 150 includes a filter 151, a flow meter 152, a first water pump 153, and a first one-way valve 154;
an inlet end of the filter 151 is connected to the second three-way valve 132, and an outlet end of the filter 151 is connected to an inlet end of the flow meter 152;
the outlet end of the flow meter 152 is connected with one end of the first water pump 153;
the other end of the first water pump 153 is connected to an inlet of the first check valve 154, and the first water pump 153 is further connected to the fourth controller 124 through a second transformer 125; the first water pump 153 is a high-pressure plunger pump, and the fourth controller 124 is connected to the main control board 110;
the outlet end of the first check valve 154 is connected to the heating body 140.
In this embodiment, specifically, the inlet end of the filter 151 is connected to the second outlet end 132c of the second three-way valve. At this time, if the steam car washer is in the activated state, the water in the water tank 130 firstly flows in through the inlet 131a of the first three-way valve, then flows from the first outlet 131b of the first three-way valve to the inlet 132a of the second three-way valve, and finally flows from the second outlet 132c of the second three-way valve to the inlet of the filter 151.
At this time, the water flowing into the filter 151 is filtered by the filter material to remove the magnesium ions, calcium ions and other mineral chemicals, and then flows to the first water pump 153, so that the first water pump 153 pumps the water into the heating body 140.
A first check valve 154 is further provided between the first water pump 153 and the heating body 140 in order to prevent high-temperature water or steam in the heating body 140 from flowing back to the first water pump 153 and the water tank 130. And the first water pump 153 adopts a high pressure plunger pump, and water is primarily filtered through the filter 151 before entering the high pressure plunger pump, so as to reduce damage to the high pressure plunger pump and delay the time of scaling in the heating body 140.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the pressure limiting protection assembly 160 comprises a pressure switch 161 and a relief valve 162 provided on the connecting line; the pressure switch 161 is connected to the main control board 110, and the safety valve 162 is further provided with a pressure relief exhaust pipe (not shown in the figure).
In this embodiment, the pressure limiting protection assembly 160 is used for monitoring the pressure of the pipeline in the steam car washer in real time. If the steam car washer is in the on state, after the water in the heating body 140 is heated to high-temperature steam, if the user does not press the air injection switch on the steam spray gun 300, the steam will be accumulated in the pipeline in the steam car washer continuously to cause pressure increase, and if the steam cannot be released in time, the pipeline pressure will be too high to damage the pipeline.
At this time, the pressure at the outlet of the heating body 140 can be monitored in real time by the pressure limiting protection assembly 160. Specifically, the upper limit of the pressure of the relief valve 161 is set to P1 (for example, equal to 2 Bar), the upper limit of the pressure switch 162 sending the stop signal is set to P2 (for example, equal to 1.5 Bar), when the pressure at the outlet of the heating body 140 rises to P2 due to the continuous accumulation of gas, if the pressure switch 162 detects the pressure value corresponding to P2 at this time, a stop signal is generated and sent to the main control board 110 to control the heating body 140 to stop water boiling to continue to generate water vapor. However, in the actual operation process, when the pressure switch 162 generates a shutdown signal due to too fast pressure rise or its own failure does not detect the pressure value corresponding to the P2, the safety valve 162 is also used as a second layer protection. When the pressure in the pipeline rapidly exceeds P2 and reaches P1, the safety valve 162 releases the pressure in time, i.e., the gas in the pipeline is exhausted through the pressure relief exhaust pipe. For example, the other end of the pressure relief exhaust pipe is placed in the water tank 130, and at the moment, the gas in the pipeline can be discharged into the water in the water tank through the pressure relief exhaust pipe, so that the pipeline is effectively protected.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the temperature limiting protection assembly 170 includes a first temperature sensor 171, a second temperature sensor 172, and a temperature switch 173; the first temperature sensor 171, the second temperature sensor 172 and the temperature switch 173 are all connected to the main control board 110.
In the present embodiment, the first temperature sensor 171, the second temperature sensor 172, and the temperature switch 173 are provided on the outer wall of the heating body 140, and the temperature of the high-temperature steam inside the heating body 140 can be estimated by detecting the temperature of the outer wall of the heating body 140. For example, the upper temperature limit of the stop signal sent by the first temperature sensor 171 or the second temperature sensor 172 is smaller than the upper temperature limit of the stop signal sent by the temperature switch 173.
Specifically, the upper temperature limit of the shutdown signal sent by the first temperature sensor 171 and the second temperature sensor 172 is set to T1 (e.g., equal to 180 ℃), the upper temperature limit of the shutdown signal sent by the temperature switch 173 is set to T2 (e.g., equal to 300 ℃), and when the temperature of the outer wall of the heating body 140 rises to T1, if the temperature corresponding to T1 is detected by the first temperature sensor 171 or the second temperature sensor 172 at this time, a shutdown signal is generated and sent to the main control board 110 to control the heating body 140 to stop heating water and continue to generate steam. However, during actual operation, when the temperature of the outer wall of the heating body 140 rises too fast and the shutdown signal is generated without detecting the temperature value corresponding to T1, the temperature switch 173 is also used as a second layer protection. That is, when the temperature of the outer wall of the heating body rapidly exceeds T1 and reaches T2, the temperature switch 173 will generate a shutdown signal in time to stop the heating body 140 from boiling water to prevent dry heating, so as to effectively protect the heating body 140.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the steam car washer further includes:
an emergency stop switch 181 disposed on the cart body 100, wherein the emergency stop switch 180 is connected to the main control board 110;
a dry-wet switching knob 182 disposed on the cart body 100, wherein the dry-wet switching knob 182 is connected to the main control board 110.
In this embodiment, the scram switch 181 is disposed on the cart body 100, so that when a user needs to stop the cart quickly to remove a fault or stop the cart for other reasons, the user only needs to press the scram switch 181 to generate a stop signal, so that the operation of the working components such as the heating body 140 in the steam car washer stops.
The cart body 100 is provided with a dry-wet switching knob 182, which can send a signal for adjusting the rotation speed of the water pump to the filtered water pump assembly 160 from the main control panel 110, so as to control the amount of water pumped by the filtered water pump assembly 160 to the heating body 140 for heating, thereby controlling the humidity in the high-temperature steam. For example, when the amount of water pumped by the filtered water pump assembly 160 to the heating body 140 decreases, the high temperature steam is dry; when the amount of water pumped by the filtered water pump assembly 160 to the heating body 140 increases per unit time, the high temperature steam is wet.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the steam car washer further includes a ball valve 133 connected to the first three-way valve 131 for draining the water tank 130.
In this embodiment, a ball valve 133 is connected to the second outlet 131c of the first three-way valve, and when the water tank 130 needs to be quickly emptied, the ball valve is directly opened to empty the water in the water tank 130.
