Detailed Description
In order to explain the present invention more clearly, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 to 10 show a shower apparatus 1A, 1B, 1C according to a first embodiment of the present invention; the shower apparatus 1A, 1B, 1C includes a main body 10 and a pivotal swing portion 20. Wherein, fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the shower apparatus 1A of the present invention in a closed state; fig. 5 to 7 show a first water discharge state of the shower apparatus 1B according to the first embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 to 10 show a second water discharge state of the shower apparatus 1C according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The main body 10 has an accommodating space 101, a water inlet channel 102 and at least one first water outlet 104, wherein the accommodating space 101 and the water inlet channel 102 are communicated with each other, and the main body 10 has a first communication hole 103 therein at a connection position of the accommodating space 101 and the water inlet channel 102.
The pivotal swing member 20 is pivotally connected to the main body 10 and is operable to swing with respect to the main body 10. The pivot 20 includes a pivot 30 and at least one second water outlet 303, and the pivot 30 is disposed in the accommodating space 101.
When the pivotal swing portion 20 is operated to swing relative to the main body 10, the pivot shafts 30 are synchronously and co-directionally pivoted in the accommodating space 101. The pivot 30 has a tube 31, a partition 34, a second communication hole 301 and a third communication hole 302, wherein the partition 34 is fixed in the tube 31 and divides the tube 31 into a first flow channel 32 and a second flow channel 33 independent of each other. The second communication hole 301 and the at least one first water outlet 104 are communicated with each other through the first flow channel 32; the third communication hole 302 and the at least one second water outlet 303 communicate with each other through the second flow path 33.
When the pivot 20 is controlled to pivot with respect to the main body 10 and the second communication hole 301 of the pivot 30 is communicated with the first communication hole 103 of the main body 10, the water flow S passes through the first flow channel 32 and flows out from the at least one first water outlet 104. When the pivot 20 is operated to pivot with respect to the main body 10 and the third communication hole 302 of the pivot 30 is communicated with the first communication hole 103 of the main body 10, the water flow F passes through the second flow channel 33 and flows out from the at least one second water outlet 303.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, when the pivot swing member 20 is controlled to swing relative to the main body 10, and the second communication hole 301 and the third communication hole 302 of the pivot 30 are not communicated with the first communication hole 103 of the main body 10, the shower apparatus 1A stops water discharge.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the at least one second water outlet 303 is a slit 303, and when the pivot 20 is controlled to pivot to a first position relative to the main body 10, the second communication hole 301 of the pivot 30 is communicated with the first communication hole 103 of the main body 10, and the water flow F flows out from the slit 303, forming a waterfall-like water flow F. When the water flow F flows out from the at least one second water outlet 303, the water flow F cannot flow out from the at least one first water outlet 104.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the pivot 20 has a receiving plate for receiving the waterfall-like flow F to guide the direction of the waterfall-like flow F. When the receiving plate is located at the first position, the receiving plate and the main body 10 form a first angle θ 1.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the pivot 30 has a flow slowing member 35 fixed inside the tube 31, and the flow slowing member 35 is disposed in the second flow passage 33. Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the at least one first water outlet 104 is a plurality of nozzles 104, and when the pivot 20 is operated to pivot to a second position relative to the main body 10, the third communication hole 302 of the pivot 30 is communicated with the first communication hole 103 of the main body 10, and the water flow S flows out from the plurality of nozzles 104 to form a shower-shaped water flow S. When the pivotal member 20 is operated to pivot to a second position relative to the main body 10, the water flow S passes through the second flow path 33 along the axial direction of the tube 31 from the third communication hole 302 of the pivot 30, and then flows out from the at least one first water outlet 104. When the water flow S flows out from the at least one first water outlet 104, the water flow S cannot flow out from the at least one second water outlet 303.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the pivot 30 has a fourth communication hole 304 communicating with the at least one first water outlet 104, the third communication hole 302 is located at one end of the second flow channel 33, and the fourth communication hole 304 is located at the other end of the second flow channel 33. The water flow S passes through the second flow channel 33 along the axial direction of the tube 31 from the third communication hole 302 of the pivot 30, and then flows out from the fourth communication hole 304 and the at least one second water outlet 104.

The main body 40 has a receiving space 403, a water inlet channel 402 and at least one first water outlet 404, wherein the receiving space 403 and the water inlet channel 402 are communicated with each other, and the main body 40 has a first communication hole 401 therein at a connection position of the receiving space 403 and the water inlet channel 402. In a second embodiment of the present invention, the shower apparatus 2A, 2B further comprises a universal joint 42.
The pivotal portion 50 is pivotally connected to the main body 40 and is operable to pivotally swing relative to the main body 40. The pivot swinging member 50 includes a pivot 60 and at least one second water outlet 501, wherein the pivot 60 is disposed in the accommodating space 403. When the pivotal swing portion 50 is operated to swing relative to the main body 40, the pivots 60 are synchronously and co-directionally pivoted in the accommodating space 403. The pivot shaft 60 has a tube 61, a partition 63, a second communication hole 602a, 602b and a third communication hole 601, wherein the partition 63 is fixed in the tube 61 and partitions the inside of the tube 61 into a first flow channel 64 and a second flow channel 62 which are independent of each other; the second communication holes 602a, 602b and the at least one first water outlet 404 communicate with each other via the first flow channel 64; the third communication hole 601 and the at least one second water outlet 501 communicate with each other through the second flow path 62.
When the pivot 50 is operated to pivot with respect to the main body 40 and the second communication holes 602a and 602b of the pivot 60 are communicated with the first communication hole 401 of the main body 40, the water flow F passes through the first flow channel 64 and flows out of the at least one first water outlet 404. When the pivot 50 is operated to pivot with respect to the main body 40 and the third communication hole 601 of the pivot 60 is communicated with the first communication hole 401 of the main body 40, the water flow S passes through the second flow channel 62 and flows out of the at least one second water outlet 501.
Referring to fig. 11 to 16, the at least one second water outlet 501 is a plurality of nozzles 501, and when the pivot 50 is controlled to pivot to a second position relative to the main body 40, the third communication hole 601 of the pivot 60 is communicated with the first communication hole 401 of the main body 40, and the water flow S flows out from the plurality of nozzles 501 to form a shower-shaped water flow S. When the pivotal portion 50 is operated to pivot to a second position relative to the main body 40, the water flow S passes through the second flow channel 62 along the axial direction of the tube 61 from the third communication hole 601 of the pivot 60, and then flows out from the at least one second water outlet 501. When the water flow S flows out from the at least one second water outlet 501, the water flow S cannot flow out from the at least one first water outlet 404.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the pivot shaft 60 has a fourth communicating hole 603a and a fifth communicating hole 603b, and the fourth communicating hole 603a and the fifth communicating hole 603b are both communicated with the at least one second water outlet 501. The fourth communication hole 603a is located at one end of the second flow channel 62, the fifth communication hole 603b is located at the other end of the second flow channel 62, and the third communication hole 601 is located between the fourth and fifth communication holes 603a and 603 b. The water flow S passes through the second flow channel 62 along the axial direction of the pipe body 61 from the third communication hole 601 of the pivot shaft 60, and then flows out from the fourth communication hole 603a, the fifth communication hole 603b and the at least one second water outlet 501.

Referring to fig. 17 to 19, the at least one first water outlet 404 is a slit 404, and when the pivot 50 is controlled to pivot to a first position relative to the main body 40, the second communication holes 602a and 602b of the pivot 60 are communicated with the first communication hole 401 of the main body 40, and the water flow F flows out from the slit 404, forming a waterfall-like water flow F. When the water flow F flows out from the at least one first water outlet 404, the water flow F cannot flow out from the at least one second water outlet 501.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the main body 40 has a slit ring 44, and the slit ring 44 is disposed at the slit 404 for forming the waterfall-like water flow F. a pivotal swing part pivotally connected to the main body and operable to swing pivotally relative to the main body; the pivot swinging piece comprises a pivot and at least one second water outlet, the pivot and the at least one second water outlet are arranged in the accommodating space, and when the pivot swinging piece is controlled to pivot and swing relative to the main body, the pivot synchronously and simultaneously pivots in the accommodating space; the pivot is provided with a tube body, a separator, a second communication hole and a third communication hole, wherein the separator is fixedly arranged in the tube body and separates the interior of the tube body into a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are independent of each other; the second communication hole and the at least one first water outlet are communicated with each other through the first flow channel; the third communication hole and the at least one second water outlet are communicated with each other through the second flow channel;
when the pivot swinging part is controlled to pivot relative to the main body and the second communication hole of the pivot is communicated with the first communication hole of the main body, water flows through the first flow channel and flows out of the at least one first water outlet; when the pivot swing part is controlled to pivot relative to the main body and the third communication hole of the pivot is communicated with the first communication hole of the main body, water flows through the second flow channel and flows out from the at least one second water outlet.
2. The shower apparatus of claim 1, wherein the shower apparatus stops the water discharge when the pivot member is manipulated to pivot with respect to the body such that the second and third communication holes of the pivot do not communicate with the first communication hole of the body.

The shower apparatus of claim 1, wherein the at least one second outlet is a slit, and when the pivot member is manipulated to pivot to a first position relative to the body, the second communication hole of the pivot is in communication with the first communication hole of the body, and the water flows out of the slit to form a waterfall-like water flow.
4. The shower apparatus of claim 3, wherein the pivot portion has a receiving plate for receiving the waterfall-like flow of water to direct the direction of the waterfall-like flow of water; when the bearing plate is located at the first position, the bearing plate and the main body form a first angle.
5. The shower apparatus of claim 4, wherein the at least one first water outlet is a plurality of nozzles, and when the pivot member is manipulated to pivot to a second position relative to the body, the third communication hole of the pivot communicates with the first communication hole of the body, and the water flows out of the plurality of nozzles to form a shower-like water flow.
6. The shower apparatus of claim 5, wherein when the pivotal member is operated to pivot to a second position relative to the body, water flows from the third communication hole of the pivot through the second flow passage in the axial direction of the pipe body and then flows out of the at least one first water outlet.
7. The shower apparatus of claim 6, wherein the pivot has a fourth communication hole communicating with the at least one first water outlet, the third communication hole being located at one end of the second flow channel, and the fourth communication hole being located at the other end of the second flow channel; the water flow passes through the second flow channel along the axial direction of the pipe body from the third communication hole of the pivot shaft and then flows out from the fourth communication hole and the at least one first water outlet.

The shower apparatus of claim 6, wherein the pivot has a fourth communication hole and a fifth communication hole, the fourth communication hole and the fifth communication hole both communicating with the at least one second water outlet, the fourth communication hole being located at one end of the second flow channel, the fifth communication hole being located at the other end of the second flow channel, the third communication hole being located between the fourth communication hole and the fifth communication hole; the water flow passes through the second flow channel along the axial direction of the pipe body from the third communication hole of the pivot shaft and then flows out from the fourth communication hole, the fifth communication hole and the at least one second water outlet.
9. The shower apparatus of claim 5, wherein the adaptor plate has a second angle with the body when the adaptor plate is in the second position; the second angle is greater than the first angle.

The shower apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pivot has a flow slowing member fixedly disposed within the pipe body, and the flow slowing member is disposed in the second flow passage; when water flows through the second flow channel and flows out of the at least one second water outlet, the flow slowing piece slows down the flow speed of the water flow.
