Therefore, the elastic membrane 1130 is arranged on the lower surface of the core body 1120, so that the part, connected with the core body 1120, of the elastic membrane 1130 presents natural folds under the elastic action, the area of the core body 1120, absorbed by menstrual blood at the crotch position, can be enlarged, and meanwhile, grooves are formed between the adjacent folds, so that the menstrual blood can be gradually absorbed by the core body 1120 in the grooves after the menstrual blood seeps downwards through the surface layer 1110, and the phenomenon that the menstrual blood is diffused towards the periphery of the surface layer 1110 due to overlarge menstrual blood volume is avoided, and the menstrual blood overflows. Therefore, the elastic film 1130 is connected to the core 1120 to form a corrugated structure, thereby effectively preventing the menstrual blood from overflowing.

As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, first elastic nonwoven 1010 is disposed on both sides of the pant-type body 1000. By arranging the first elastic non-woven fabrics 1010 on the two sides of the pants-type body 1000, the two sides of the pants-type body 1000 can be more attached to the roots of the thighs, and the wearing comfort is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, a disposal patch 1200 is provided at the rear waist portion of the pant-type body 1000. By arranging the disposal patch 1200, after the sanitary napkin is used, the rolled sanitary napkin can be fixed by the disposal patch 1200, so that the face containing the menstrual blood can be covered.

It should be understood that the disposal patch 1200 is disposed on a side of the pants-type body 1000 away from the absorption portion 1100, and one end of the disposal patch 1200 is connected to a middle portion of the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000, while the other end of the disposal patch 1200 is provided with an adhesive surface. When the sanitary towel is used up and discarded, the protective film of the adhesive surface is torn after the sanitary towel is convoluted, then the other end of the disposable patch 1200 is wound on the surface of the convoluted sanitary towel for a plurality of circles, and then the adhesive surface is used for bonding and fixing, so that discomfort caused by leakage of the surface layer 1110 is avoided.

As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, left and right patches 1300 are provided on both sides of the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000, and a fastening tape 1050 that matches the left and right patches 1300 is provided on the front abdomen portion of the pants-type body 1000. By arranging the left and right patches 1300, the back waist and the front abdomen of the pants-type body 1000 can be pasted through the left and right patches 1300 to form a pants-type structure, so that the pants-type body is more convenient to wear.

It should be understood that in some embodiments, the left and right patches 1300 are disposed on the side of the rear waist portion of the pant-type body 1000 where the absorbent portion 1100 is attached. Thereby making the appearance of the sanitary napkin more beautiful.

As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the left and right stickers 1300 include an elastic connection section 1310 and a hook & loop 1320, one end of the elastic connection section 1310 is connected to the back waist portion, the other end of the elastic connection section 1310 is connected to the hook & loop 1320, and the hook & loop 1050 is matched with the hook & loop 1320. The sticking part of the left and right stickers 1300 is set as the magic hook 1320, so that the number of times of repeated sticking can be increased, the probability of deformation is not high, and the durability of the sanitary towel is improved.

In some embodiments, the elastic connector segment 1310 is formed from a POE elastic composite.

It should be understood that the hook 1320 is covered with a small hook, and can be firmly attached to the hook 1050 of the pants 1000 by pressing lightly. Under the certain pulling force of the magic hook 1320, the hook rich in elasticity on the magic hook 1320 is straightened, the back waist part and the front abdomen part of the pants-type body 1000 are separated, and meanwhile, the magic hook 1320 recovers the original hook shape. And the hook 1320 can support such repeated opening for as many as ten thousand times. Therefore, after repeated pulling, the adhesive force of the magic hook 1320 is not changed, so that the attaching position can be adjusted more easily when wearing.

In some embodiments, a second elastic nonwoven 1020 is disposed at the back waist portion of the pants-type body 1000, and both sides of the second elastic nonwoven 1020 are connected to one end of the left and right patches 1300. By arranging the second elastic non-woven fabric 1020 at the back waist part, the pants-type body 1000 can form a pants-type structure after being worn, so that the pants-type body is more attached to the waist part of a human body, and the wearing comfort is improved.

In some embodiments, the absorbent part 1100 further comprises a PE base film 1140, the PE base film 1140 being disposed below the elastic film 1130, the PE base film 1140 being connected with the pant-type body 1000. By providing the PE base film 1140, menstrual blood can be prevented from penetrating the pant-type body 1000 through the core 1120.

In some embodiments, the PE base film 1140 employs a PE film layer comprising calcium carbonate. The PE film layer containing calcium carbonate is arranged, so that water molecules can be further prevented from penetrating.

It should be understood that the PE film layer may be microporous after being stretched unidirectionally or bidirectionally, and has a certain air permeability, so that when the menstrual blood amount is too large, the PE film layer without calcium carbonate may still slightly permeate the pant-type body 1000, and thus, the addition of calcium carbonate to the PE film layer may further reduce the permeation of menstrual blood.

In some embodiments, the absorbent portion 1100 further includes a baffle 1150, the baffle 1150 being positioned between the facing layer 1110 and the core 1120. By arranging the flow guide layer 1150, part of menstrual blood can be guided to other positions of the crotch, and further the menstrual blood is prevented from overflowing.

In some embodiments, the facing layer 1110, the flow guiding layer 1150, the core 1120, and the PE base film 1140 are sequentially attached, and the layers are bonded by a spiral hot melt adhesive. The contact area of the hot melt adhesive among the surface layer 1110, the core body 1120, the PE bottom film 1140 and the flow guide layer 1150 can be increased through the spiral hot melt adhesive, and the use amount of the hot melt adhesive is reduced.

It will be appreciated that the use of a spiral of hot melt adhesive for bonding between the layers of the sanitary napkin reduces the cost and safety associated with the use of less hot melt adhesive.

A sanitary napkin implemented according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an embodiment of fig. 1 to 3. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the invention.

A sanitary napkin according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes: a pant-type body 1000; an absorption part 1100, wherein the absorption part 1100 is positioned at the crotch position of the pants-type body 1000 and the vicinity thereof, the absorption part 1100 comprises a surface layer 1110, a core 1120 and an elastic film 1130 which are sequentially overlapped, and the elastic film 1130 is arranged at the crotch position of the pants-type body 1000; the core 1120 is connected with the elastic film 1130, and the core 1120 is formed with a corrugated structure; the core 1120 is connected to the pants-type body 1000. Specifically, the elastic film 1130 is stretched in the left-right direction and then connected to the core 1120.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the pants-type main body 1000 includes a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 1030 and a water-repellent nonwoven fabric 1040 which are stacked in this order from top to bottom, and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 1030 is connected to the absorption portion 1100 and the water-repellent nonwoven fabric 1040, respectively.

As shown in fig. 2, first elastic nonwoven fabrics 1010 are provided on both sides of the pant-type body 1000. Specifically, the first elastic nonwoven fabric 1010 is provided on both the left and right sides of the crotch portion of the pants-type body 1000. Further, as shown in fig. 2, a second elastic nonwoven 1020 is provided at the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 of the drawings, the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000 is located at the rear end position of the pants-type body 1000. The front abdominal portion of the pants-type body 1000 is the front end position of the pants-type body 1000.

As shown in fig. 1, a disposal patch 1200 is provided at the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000. Specifically, the disposal patch 1200 is disposed on a side of the pants-type body 1000 away from the absorbent portion 1100, and one end of the disposal patch is connected to a middle portion of the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000.

As shown in fig. 3, left and right patches 1300 are provided on the left and right sides of the rear waist portion of the pants-type body 1000, and a hook and loop fastener 1050 that matches the left and right patches 1300 is provided on the front abdominal portion of the pants-type body 1000.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the left and right patches 1300 are provided on the side of the pants-type body 1000 where the rear waist portion is connected to the absorbent portion 1100. Thereby making the appearance of the sanitary napkin more beautiful.

Specifically, the surface layer 1110, the flow guide layer 1150, the core 1120 and the PE base film 1140 are sequentially attached, and the layers are bonded by a spiral hot melt adhesive.

1. A sanitary napkin, comprising:

a pant-type body;

an absorption part which is positioned at the crotch position of the pants body and the vicinity thereof, and comprises a surface layer, a core body and an elastic film which are sequentially stacked, wherein the elastic film is arranged at the crotch position of the pants body; the core body is connected with the elastic membrane, and a corrugated structure is formed on the core body; the core is connected with the pants-type body.

2. A sanitary napkin as claimed in claim 1,

first elastic non-woven fabrics are arranged on two sides of the pants-type body.

3. A sanitary napkin as claimed in claim 1,

a disposable patch is arranged at the back waist part of the pants-type body.
