The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 and 2 respectively show the structure of the fascial gun in this embodiment at two different viewing angles, and fig. 3 is an exploded view of the fascial gun in this embodiment. Specifically, the fascia gun in this embodiment includes a handle 10, a body 20, and a massage head 30, wherein the body 20 is connected to an end of the handle 10, the massage head 30 is movably connected to the body 20 through a piston, and at least a portion of the piston is accommodated in the body.
It is defined that an extending direction (front-rear direction) of the body 20 is a length direction of the body 20, a direction (up-down direction) in which the body 20 approaches and departs from the handle 10 is a height direction of the body 20, the height direction is perpendicular to the length direction, directions (left-right direction) of both sides of the body 20 are a width direction of the body, and the width direction of the body is perpendicular to the length direction and the height direction. The transverse section of the body 20 is a plane formed by the length direction and the width direction of the body 20, the transverse section is perpendicular to the height direction of the body, the longitudinal section of the body 20 is a plane formed by the width direction and the height direction of the body, and the longitudinal section is perpendicular to the length direction of the body. The length, width and height of the fuselage 20 are consistent with those of the upper part 21.
The body 20 comprises an upper part 21 and a lower part 22, when the device is installed, the lower part 22 is arranged close to the handle 10 and connected with the handle 10, the upper part 21 is arranged away from the handle 10 and connected with the lower part 22, the upper part 21 and the lower part 2 define a containing cavity, the interface of the upper part 21 and the lower part 22 is the maximum section plane obtained by cutting the body 20 along the transverse section plane of the body 20, the transverse section plane is a plane vertical to the direction that the body 20 is close to and far away from the handle 10 (namely the transverse section plane of the body 20), and the side of the cross section plane which is maximum in the height direction and is far away from the handle 10 is divided into the upper part 21 of the body 20. The body 20 has a width D of the upper portion 21 greater than twice its own height H in a longitudinal section of at least one section away from the massage head 30 for the upper portion 21 to form a flat shell, i.e., the top of the body is flat, and a curvature of the upper portion 21 in the longitudinal section is less than 180 °.
In one embodiment, the entirety of the upper portion of the fuselage 20 may be greater than twice the width as the corresponding height at which the width is located, with the entirety of the upper portion of the fuselage 20 being flat. Or in another embodiment, the width of the upper portion of the machine body 20, that is, one section, is greater than twice the corresponding height of the width, the section is a section away from the massage head, the width of the section close to the massage head is equal to twice the corresponding height of the width, so that the section close to the massage head is in a cylindrical top shape, and can better adapt to the installation of a cylindrical piston, one section of the upper portion of the machine body 20 is in a flat shape, and the other section is in a cylindrical top shape or a conical top shape.
It is understood that the width D of the upper portion 21 in the present embodiment refers to: in the dividing plane, the upper portion 21 has a first side edge 216 and a second side edge 218 opposite to the first side edge 216, the first side edge 216 and the second side edge 218 both extend from one end of the body 20 close to the massage head 30 to one end opposite to the massage head 30, the distance between the first side edge 216 and the second side edge 218 is the width of the upper portion 21 (see the position marked in fig. 2 in particular), and the height H of the upper portion 21 is the distance by which the upper portion 21 is arched in the direction away from the handle 10 (see the position marked in fig. 3 in particular).
It should be noted that the ratio of the width to the height of the upper portion 21 is the ratio of the width to the height in the same longitudinal section, i.e. the ratio of the width to the height corresponding to the position of the width is greater than 2.
Because the width D of the upper portion 21 of the main body 20 of the fascial gun of the present invention is greater than the height H twice, the upper portion 21 can be constructed into a flat shell, and one side of the accommodating cavity formed by enclosing the upper portion 21 and the lower portion 22, which is away from the handle 10, can be in a flat state.
The upper portion 21 is provided as a flat shell so that the upper portion 21 is closer to the handle 10, and when the user uses the device, the user can press the surface of the upper portion 21 with the thumb (see fig. 6), or the index finger can be placed at the position of the upper portion 21 (see fig. 7 and 8), or the user can hold the device at the end of the body 20 close to the massage head 30 with the finger (see fig. 9). In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the upper portion 21 is set to be a flat shell, so that the body 20 can be more conveniently grabbed, the flat body 20 can be better attached to the palm, the holding comfort level is higher, and when the handle particularly suitable for a fascia gun is provided with a heating and phototherapy structure, a user can hold the body 20 so that the handle 10 can be in contact with the human body. The shape of the body of the fascial gun provides more holding modes for the fascial gun, and the holding fatigue can be reduced by changing the holding modes. That is to say, the user can adjust the posture of holding the fascia rifle according to the use habit of oneself and the specific functional characteristics of fascia rifle, uses the more comfortable posture to hold the fascia rifle, perhaps can hold tired when a certain posture, changes to another posture and alleviates tired.
It should be noted that the upper portion 21 and the lower portion 22 of the body 20 represent positions on the body 20, that is, a portion close to the handle 10 and a portion far from the handle 10. The body 20 is not necessarily divided into two shells, an upper shell and a lower shell, in a transverse section, but the body 20 may be divided into two or more shells in a longitudinal section or other planes, or the body 20 may be a whole.
The upper and lower portions 21 and 22 of the main body 20 of the fascial gun in this embodiment are distinguished by being bounded at the maximum cross-section of the main body 20, it being understood that the upper and lower portions 21 and 22 are cross-sections taken along a direction perpendicular to the height H either of the upper and lower portions 21 and 22, i.e., the upper and lower portions 21 and 22 may be joined at their respective maximum cross-sections. With this arrangement, after the upper portion 21 is opened, the lower portion 22 is located at the position with the largest opening, so that the structure in the accommodating cavity can be conveniently assembled and maintained.
Further, the fascia gun in this embodiment further includes a driving device (not shown in the figure), wherein the driving device is installed inside the body 20, and the piston is installed at the end of the body 20 and connected between the massage head 30 and the driving device, and during operation, the driving device drives the piston to reciprocate along the inside and outside direction of the body 20, and further drives the massage head 30 to reciprocate along the inside and outside direction of the body 20, so as to impact the soft tissue of the user, drive the soft tissue to move, and effectively promote the blood circulation at the soft tissue and effectively assist the muscle to discharge acid.
Optionally, the driving device in this embodiment may be, for example, a driving motor, or a driving cylinder, and during actual connection, the piston and the driving device may be switched through a connecting rod, a lead screw, a worm gear, and other structures, so as to drive the piston to reciprocate along the inside and outside directions of the body 20.
Optionally, the massage head 30 in this embodiment includes a disc-shaped massage head and a connecting portion connected to the head, the connecting portion may be, for example, a connecting column, and the connecting column is connected to the piston, so that the massage head can be far away from the piston, the gap between the massage head and the machine body 20 can be enlarged, and interference with the machine body 20 during the reciprocating motion of the massage head can be avoided.
For convenience of description, the end of the upper portion 21 near the massage end, i.e., near the massage head 30, is defined as the leading end 211, and the end of the upper portion 21 away from the massage end, i.e., away from the massage head 30, is defined as the trailing end 212 in the present embodiment.
In particular, in order to improve the structural strength of the upper portion 21, the upper portion 21 in this embodiment is provided with a reinforcing member for reinforcing the structural strength of the upper portion 21. The reinforcement can be provided on the inner side of the upper part 21, i.e. the side close to the receiving cavity, and also on the outer surface of the upper part 21, i.e. the surface facing away from the lower part 22. Optionally, the reinforcement can be close to the front end 211 and set up, can also be close to the tail end 212 and set up, can also set up the reinforcement at the front end 211 and the tail end 212 of upper portion 21 simultaneously, as long as can strengthen the structural strength's of upper portion 21 setting mode, all be within the scope of protection of the utility model.
For example, the reinforcing member in this embodiment may be at least one of the rib 213, a rib (not shown), or a rib (not shown). It should be understood that the rib 213 in this embodiment refers to a structure having a raised edge, the rib refers to a surface without an edge, and the rib refers to a rib structure in a half-block shape, similar to a rib-shaped protrusion. When the reinforcing member is provided as a rib and a bead, it is preferable to provide the rib and the bead on the inner side surface of the upper portion 21 in order to ensure the integrity of the appearance and the cleanliness of the upper portion 21.
The present embodiment illustrates the concept of the present application by providing a rib 213 on the outer surface of the tail end 212 of the upper portion 21. In the present embodiment, the rib 213 is disposed at the tail end 212 of the upper portion 21, so as to not only strengthen the structural strength of the upper portion 21, but also facilitate the use of the user. Specifically, when the user uses the fascia gun of the present embodiment, the user can hold the handle 10 with four fingers except for the thumb while placing the thumb on the rib 213 (see fig. 6), and at this time, the rib 213 can play a role of anti-slip, which is more convenient for the user to use.
Optionally, the number of the protruding ribs 213 in this embodiment may be one, or may be two, three, or more than three, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, three protruding ribs 213 are provided, which not only can play a good anti-slip role, but also does not affect the overall appearance shape of the fascial gun, so that the outer surface of the fascial gun is neater.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rib 213 is an arc-shaped strip structure, and the opening of the arc-shaped strip structure faces the front end 211 of the upper portion 21, that is, the rib 213 in this embodiment is a U-shaped strip structure with the opening facing the front end 211 of the upper portion 21. When the user uses the fascia gun, the thumb presses on the rib 213, and the whole of the U-shaped rib 213 is arranged in the slip direction deviating from the thumb, so that the anti-slip effect of the rib 213 in the embodiment can be further improved. Meanwhile, the rib 213 is provided with a U-shaped strip structure, which can extend the length of the rib 213, thereby further improving the structural strength of the upper portion 21 in this embodiment.
Optionally, in other embodiments of the present invention, the protruding rib 213 may also be in the shape of a corrugated strip, a saw-toothed bar, a grid, etc., as long as it can prevent the user's thumb from slipping off in other deformation modes.
Referring to fig. 3, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the protruding ribs 213 are provided in a plurality of pieces, for example, 3 pieces, in this case, an arc groove 214 is provided between two adjacent protruding ribs 213, and the depth of the arc groove 214 is first increased and then decreased along the direction from one protruding rib 213 to the other protruding rib 213. Thus, the function of increasing the friction force of the rib 213 can be achieved, so that in a holding posture of the fascial gun, namely when the thumb presses on the upper part 21, the thumb can be effectively prevented from slipping off the outer surface of the upper part 21, and in addition, the abrupt feeling and the scraping feeling between the rib 213 and the outer surface of the upper part 21 can be avoided.
Further, the depth of the arc-shaped groove 214 gradually decreases in the direction from the tail end 212 to the front end 211 of the upper portion 21 until the arc-shaped groove disappears, and thus the front end 211 of the upper portion 21 has good dirt resistance and is not easy to store dirt and dirty dirt.
In order to further improve the dirt resistance of the front end 211 of the upper part 21 in this embodiment, the outer surface of the upper part 21 near the front end 211 is provided with a smooth surface 215 in this embodiment, that is, the outer surface of the front end 211 of the upper part 21 in this embodiment is not provided with the rib 213. So set up, can make the front end of upper portion 21 keep smooth, conveniently wipe and clean the manadesma rifle.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper portion 21 has an arc 217 that arches in a direction away from the handle 10, and the distance from the arc 217 to the handle 10 increases and then decreases in a direction from the trailing end 212 to the leading end 211 of the upper portion 21. That is, the arc 217 is away from the handle 10 in the direction from the tail end 212 to the front end 211 and then approaches the handle 10, at this time, the upper portion 21 of the body 20 is configured to be a 3D curved surface, the structural strength of the upper portion 21 in the axial direction of the handle 10 is high, the mechanism of the body 20 is more stable, the falling resistance performance is strong, and the distance between the outer surface of the upper portion 21 and the handle 10 can be reduced by the tail end 212 of the upper portion 21 approaching the lower portion 22, so that the thumb can be conveniently placed on the outer surface of the tail end 212 of the upper portion 21.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the upper portion 21 in the present embodiment. The increasing curvature of the longitudinal cross-section of the upper section 21 in the direction from the trailing end 212 to the leading end 211 of the upper section 21 may be used to make the trailing end 212 of the upper section 21 flatter and the leading end 211 more rounded. It will be understood that the longitudinal section of the upper portion 21 in this embodiment refers to a section taken by cutting the upper portion 21 in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the piston. By such arrangement, the front end 211 of the upper portion 21 is relatively round, and the tail end 212 is relatively flat, that is, the upper portion 21 is gradually rounded from the tail end 212 to the front end 211, the tail end 212 is flattened, so that the distance between the outer surface of the upper portion 21 and the handle 10 can be reduced, a thumb of a user can be placed on the upper portion 21 conveniently, the use by the user is facilitated, and the volume of the body 20 can be further reduced. Meanwhile, the front end 211 is relatively round, so that the structural strength of the front end 211 can be increased, the front end is convenient to be matched with the shape of the piston, and the space utilization rate of the machine body 20 is improved.
Further, the width of the upper portion 21 is widened and then narrowed in the direction from the front end 211 to the rear end 212 of the body 20, so that the structural strength of the upper portion 21 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the piston is high, the mechanism of the body 20 is more stable, the anti-falling performance is strong, and the shape of the upper portion 21 is more oriented to the natural bending direction of the index finger (see fig. 7 and 8), which facilitates the index finger to be placed on the outer surface of the rear end 212 of the upper portion 21.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a top view of the fascial gun of the present embodiment. The first side edge 216 and the second side edge 218 are both curved edges, and the curvature of the curved edges near the front end 211 of the upper portion 21 is less than the curvature of the curved edges near the rear end 212 of the upper portion 21. That is, at the location of the upper portion 21 that joins with the lower portion 22, the width of the upper portion 21 near the leading end 211 is less than the width of the upper portion 21 near the trailing end 212. So set up, can so that fuselage 20 has better streamline, fuselage 20 encloses the streamline of establishing the holding chamber that forms and is in the same direction as smooth, has less windage, reduces the friction sound noise of air and holding intracavity wall, and tail end 212 can be used for placing the finger to provide more polybasic handheld mode, tail end 212 width can increase the holding surface, promotes user's use comfort.
