The following is a detailed description of the cartridge assembly of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a smoke cartridge assembly, where the electronic cigarette includes an oil cup 10 and a soft rubber pad 11;
the oil cup 10 is provided with at least one first through hole 101, and the soft rubber pad 11 is provided with second through holes 111 the number of which is the same as that of the first through holes 101;
the soft rubber cushion 11 is fixedly connected with the oil cup 10, and each first through hole 101 is communicated with one second through hole 111;
a punching valve 112 is arranged in the second through hole 111, wherein the punching valve 112 is in an open state when being pressed by an external force, the punching valve 112 is in a closed state when the external force is removed, and the direction of the external force is directed inwards along the outer part of the oil cup 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the oil cup 10 in the cartridge module disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is used for containing the tobacco tar, and when the tobacco tar in the oil cup 10 is used up, the oil cup 10 can be repeatedly filled with the tobacco tar. When the tobacco tar is filled, the first through hole 101 provided in the oil cup 10 may be used for filling. The soft rubber pad 11 is fixed on the oil cup 10 at a position corresponding to the first through holes 101, and it can be understood that the soft rubber pad 11 is provided with the second through holes 111, the number of the second through holes 111 is the same as that of the first through holes 101, and the second through holes 111 are communicated with each other. As shown in fig. 1, an oil filling nozzle of the oil filling bottle can penetrate through the second through hole 111 on the soft rubber pad 11 and extend into the oil cup 10 for filling, and in the process of filling tobacco tar, the soft rubber pad 11 and the oil cup 10 are always in a connected state.
As shown in fig. 4, a die-cut valve 112 is provided in the second through hole 111 of the soft rubber pad 11, and the die-cut valve 112 is formed by a die-cutting process to form a die-cut line in the barrier structure in the second through hole 111. When the punching valve 112 is not pressed by external force, the punching seam is in a closed state under the self elastic action of the soft rubber pad 11, at the moment, the punching valve 112 is in a closed state, and two sides of the punching valve 112 are isolated and blocked. When the punching valve 112 is pressed by an external force, the soft rubber pad 11 is deformed by the external force, and the punching valve 112 is in an open state to communicate the two sides of the punching valve 112. Therefore, the function of the above-mentioned punch valve 112 is equivalent to the function of a one-way valve, when the punch valve 112 is pressed by an external force, the two sides of the punch valve 112 are communicated, the oil cup 10 can be filled with the smoke oil from the side applying the external force from the oil cup 10, and the punch valve 112 is automatically closed when the external force is removed.
Thus, in connection with the process of filling the tobacco tar, it will be readily appreciated that when the piercing of the die cut valve 112 is performed using the nozzle of the filler bottle, the die cut valve 112 may be caused to open, completing the filling of the tobacco tar. When the oil nozzle of the oil filling bottle is pulled out from the punching valve 112, the punching valve 112 is automatically closed to form a sealing structure, so that the leakage of the tobacco tar in the oil cup 10 can be prevented. Before and after the tobacco tar is filled, a user does not need to take out and disassemble the soft rubber pad 11 from the oil cup 10, and the operation is more convenient.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a smoke cartridge subassembly includes oil cup and flexible glue pad, is provided with the through-hole that corresponds with the oil cup on the flexible glue pad, and this through-hole can be used for the filling tobacco tar.
