As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the liquid outlet switch 24 includes a fixed sleeve 241 and a one-way valve core 242, an upper end of the fixed sleeve 241 is connected to a liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 41, a lower end of the fixed sleeve 241 is sleeved between the movable sleeve 21 and the primary piston 221 and always keeps a sleeved state with the primary piston 221 when the piston 22 moves downward, and the liquid outlet end of the primary piston 221 always keeps a sealed state with the movable sleeve 21, a valve core seat 2411 is arranged in the fixed sleeve 241, an inner wall of the valve core seat 2411 is a conical surface, the one-way valve core 242 is arranged on the valve core seat 2411, and the one-way valve core 242 is provided with a sealing conical surface 2421 adapted to the conical surface for opening or sealing the liquid outlet end of the primary piston 221. When the pressing plate 5 is pressed, the middle part of the pressing plate 5 moves downwards and pushes the movable sleeve 22 to move downwards, the piston 22 moves downwards along with the movable sleeve 21, the primary piston 221 moves downwards relative to the fixed sleeve 241, the secondary piston 222 moves downwards relative to the limiting seat 231 and opens the air return hole 13, the secondary column 232 descends under the self gravity and seals the liquid inlet hole 12, after the piston 22 descends continuously and the descending height is larger than the descending height of the secondary column 232, the conical top 2321 at the upper end of the secondary column 232 leaves the central hole of the central hole seat 2211, the liquid inlet end of the piston 22 is opened, part of air at the lower end of the secondary piston 222 of the cavity 11 is compressed, liquid in the cavity 11 enters the primary piston 221 through the central hole of the central hole seat 2211, gas and liquid in the primary piston 221 rush upwards along the primary piston 221, the one-way valve core 242 leaves the valve seat 2411, the liquid outlet end of the primary piston 221 is opened, and liquid in the solution bottle enters the liquid outlet pipe 41 through the primary piston 221, and then ejected from the nozzle 42.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, as shown in the drawings, the through hole in the nozzle 42 is inclined downward from the end surface near the nozzle 42 to the end connected to the drain pipe 41. After the hydraulic fluid is finished, the residual fluid at the fluid outlet of the nozzle 42 can flow back to the space above the sealing conical surface 2421 along the inclined through hole of the nozzle 42, so as to prevent the fluid from dripping from the nozzle 42.
Example two
The structure and principle of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the difference is that the liquid outlet assembly 4 of the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand of the present embodiment has dual functions of spraying and spraying liquid, please refer to fig. 13, and fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand of the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the liquid outlet assembly 4 comprises a liquid outlet pipe 41, a nozzle 42, a diffusion nozzle 43 and a spraying valve core 44, wherein the liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 41 is sleeved in the through hole of the handle cover 31 and is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the piston 22, the nozzle 42 is connected to the liquid outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 41, the diffusion nozzle 43 is detachably connected to the front end of the nozzle 42, and the spraying valve core 44 is connected in the diffusion nozzle 43. When the pressing plate 5 is pressed, the solution in the bottle is pumped out by the pump assembly 2, enters the nozzle 42 through the liquid outlet pipe 41, then enters the diffusion nozzle 43 through the nozzle 42, and finally passes through the spray valve core 44 to be sprayed out in a mist shape.
Referring to fig. 14-16, fig. 14 is a top view of the spray valve cartridge; FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the spray valve cartridge;
fig. 16 is a bottom view of the spray valve cartridge. As shown in the figure, in the embodiment, the circumference side surface of the spray valve core 44 has a plurality of side grooves 441, the front end of the spray valve core 44 is provided with a central concave surface 442 which is communicated with and tangent to the side grooves 441, the rear end of the spray valve core 44 is provided with a plurality of limiting ribs 443, when the spray valve core 44 is connected with the diffusion nozzle 43, the central concave surface 442 is abutted against the inner bottom plane of the diffusion nozzle 43, and the limiting ribs 443 are abutted against the end surface of the diffusion nozzle 43. When the pressing plate 5 is pressed, the liquid flows through the gap between the inner hole of the nozzle 42 and the atomizing valve core 44 through the liquid outlet pipe 41 under a certain pressure, flows into the central concave surface 442 from the side groove 441 at a high speed in a tangential direction, and is sprayed out through the central hole of the diffuser 43 in a mist shape.
In this embodiment, the diffuser 43 may be fixed to the front end of the nozzle 42 by a fastening means, or may be screwed to the screw thread of the front end of the nozzle 42 to achieve the detachable purpose. When spraying is not required, the diffuser 43 can be directly detached from the tip of the nozzle 42 to discharge the liquid in the solution bottle as a liquid.
EXAMPLE III
The structure and principle of the present embodiment are the same as those of the present embodiment, and the difference is that the liquid outlet assembly 4 of the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand of the present embodiment has three functions of spraying liquid, spraying and foaming, please refer to fig. 17, and fig. 17 is a cross-sectional view of the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand of the present embodiment. As shown, the outlet assembly 4 includes an outlet pipe 41, a nozzle 42, a diffuser 43, a spray valve core 44, and a bubbler 45, and the bubbler 45 is connected to a front end of the diffuser 43. The liquid dispenser of this embodiment that presses with one hand can realize spouting liquid, spraying and spouting the triple function of foam, satisfies customer's demand in many ways.
Referring to fig. 18, fig. 18 is a schematic view showing the connection relationship and structure of the bubbler and the diffusion nozzle. As shown in the drawings, in the present embodiment, the bubbler 45 includes a mesh enclosure frame 451 and a mesh 452 disposed in the mesh enclosure frame 451, the mesh enclosure frame 451 and the diffusion nozzle 43 are integrally formed by injection molding, a connection glue position 453 is connected between the mesh enclosure frame 451 and the diffusion nozzle 43, the connection glue position 453 is bent, and the mesh enclosure frame 451 is fastened to the front end of the diffusion nozzle 43. When a user needs to spray the liquid in the solution bottle in a foam form, the net cover frame 451 is fastened to the front end of the diffusion nozzle 43, and after the pressing plate 5 is pressed, the liquid sprayed in a mist form through the center hole of the diffusion nozzle 43 passes through the net piece 452 and then is sprayed in a foam form; when the mist liquid needs to be sprayed, the net cover frame 451 can be manually pulled open, and the liquid is sprayed only in a mist state without passing through the net piece 452 during hydraulic pressing; when it is necessary to discharge the liquid, the diffuser 43 is removed from the tip of the nozzle 42, and the liquid is directly discharged through the nozzle 42 when the platen 5 is pressed.

Claims (19)

1. A one-handed liquid dispenser connected to an opening of a solution bottle, comprising:
the cylinder body (1) is provided with a cavity (11), a liquid inlet hole (12) and an air return hole (13), the liquid inlet hole (12) is used for enabling liquid in a solution bottle connected with the cylinder body (1) to enter the cavity (11) through the liquid inlet hole, and the air return hole (13) is used for enabling the cavity (11) to be communicated with air inside the solution bottle so as to balance the air pressure inside the solution bottle with the external air pressure;
the pump assembly (2) is arranged in the cavity (11) and is used for outputting the liquid in the cavity (11);
the handle assembly (3) is sleeved at the opening end above the cylinder body (1), and a through hole communicated with the cavity (11) is formed in the handle assembly (3);
the liquid outlet assembly (4) is sleeved in the through hole of the handle assembly (3), and the liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet assembly (4) is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the pump assembly (2);
the front end of the pressure plate (5) is rotatably connected with the handle assembly (3), and the middle part of the pressure plate is abutted to the pump assembly (2);
when the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand is not started, the air return hole (13) is sealed by the pump assembly (2), when the liquid dispenser pressed by one hand is started, the rear end of the pressing plate (5) is pressed downwards, the front end of the pressing plate (5) rotates around the joint of the handle assembly (3), the middle part of the pressing plate (5) exerts downward acting force on the pump assembly (2), the pump assembly (2) is started, and liquid in the cavity (11) is pumped out by the pump assembly (2) through the liquid outlet assembly (4).

The one-handed liquid dispenser as recited in claim 1 wherein: pump assembly (2) are including movable sleeve (21), piston (22), feed liquor switch (23) and play liquid switch (24), movable sleeve (21) cover is located in the through-hole of handle subassembly (3) and the upper end with clamp plate (5) butt, piston (22) are located in cavity (11) and with the lower extreme of movable sleeve (21) is connected, the feed liquor end of piston (22) with cavity (11) intercommunication, the play liquid end of piston (22) with the feed liquor end intercommunication of going out liquid subassembly (4), when the liquid distributor that single hand was pressed does not open, piston (22) will return air hole (13) are sealed, feed liquor switch (23) are used for with the feed liquor end of piston (22) is sealed and is opened feed liquor hole (12), go out liquid switch (24) be used for with the play liquid end of piston (22) is sealed, when the liquid distributor that single hand was pressed is opened, piston (22) move down and will return air hole (13) are opened, feed liquor switch (23) are used for opening the feed liquor end of piston (22) and will feed liquor hole (12) are sealed, go out liquid switch (24) and be used for with the play liquid end of piston (22) is opened.

The one-handed liquid dispenser as recited in claim 2 wherein: the upper end both sides of movable sleeve (21) upwards extend and have connecting wall (211), the outside of connecting wall (211) is equipped with annular step face (212), the middle part of clamp plate (5) be equipped with arc bone position (51), connecting wall (211) stretch into in the through-hole of handle subassembly (3) and make arc bone position (51) connect in annular step face (212).

The one-handed liquid dispenser as recited in claim 2 wherein: the piston (22) is divided into a first-stage piston (221) and a second-stage piston (222), the primary piston (221) is of a double-layer structure, a central hole seat (2211) with a central hole extends upwards from the interior of the primary piston, the primary piston (221) is sleeved in the movable sleeve (21), the lower end of the secondary piston (222) is flared and is matched with the inner wall of the cavity (11), the part of the cavity (11) communicated with the lower end of the secondary piston (222) is a solution cavity, the solution cavity, the central hole seat (2211), the primary piston (221) and the liquid outlet assembly (4) are communicated in sequence, the liquid inlet switch (23) is used for opening or sealing the central hole of the central hole seat (2211), the liquid outlet switch (24) is used for opening or sealing the liquid outlet end of the primary piston (221) and enabling the liquid outlet end of the primary piston (221) to be always kept in a sealing state with the movable sleeve (21).

The one-handed liquid dispenser as recited in claim 2 wherein: the liquid inlet switch (23) comprises a limiting seat (231), an auxiliary column (232) and a resetting piece (233), the limiting seat (231) is arranged at the bottom of the cavity (11), the lower end of the auxiliary column (232) is connected in the limiting seat (231) in a sliding mode, the upper end of the auxiliary column (232) extends into the liquid inlet end of the piston (22), and the resetting piece (233) is located between the limiting seat (231) and the piston (22); when the liquid distributor that does not start the one-hand pressure, the lower extreme of vice post (232) with have the clearance between feed liquor hole (12), feed liquor hole (12) are in the open mode, the upper end of vice post (232) will the feed liquor end of piston (22) is sealed, when pressing clamp plate (5), the feed liquor end of piston (22) is opened, the lower extreme of vice post (232) will feed liquor hole (12) are sealed.

10. The one-handed liquid dispenser according to claim 9, wherein: the inner wall of the valve core seat (2411) is a conical surface, and the one-way valve core (242) is provided with a sealing conical surface (2421) matched with the conical surface.

The one-handed liquid dispenser according to claim 16, wherein: the bubbler (45) comprises a mesh enclosure frame (451) and a mesh piece (452) arranged in the mesh enclosure frame (451), the mesh enclosure frame (451) and a diffusion nozzle (43) are integrally formed through injection molding, a connection glue position (453) is connected between the mesh enclosure frame (451) and the diffusion nozzle (43), the connection glue position (453) is bent, and the mesh enclosure frame (451) is buckled at the front end of the diffusion nozzle (43).
