The spacing between manual operation points (also called manual stations) is controlled to be more than 800mm, so that the personnel can be ensured not to influence each other in the respective operation process, and the work of the transfer unit can not be influenced.
The system has a compact layout structure, and all units are arranged according to the material flow direction, so that the personnel division of each unit is clear, and the working efficiency is high; the materials are conveyed by the material trolley, so that the condition that the materials are frequently moved by workers is avoided, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced; in addition, the automation degree of the whole system is high, the chassis which is placed in a tray or is pretreated can be directly conveyed to a production line or a warehouse through a conveying line, and the automatic production of the whole server is promoted.
To sum up, the server material pretreatment system of this application carries out the branch unit processing with the material that the pretreatment involves to deliver through transporting the unit, make the process of pretreatment go on in classification, move the material more orderly and be difficult to make the place occupy too big because of the intersection that has the material than the manual work, because more orderly and do not need artifical alternately transport, also useful to the overall efficiency who promotes the pretreatment.

Claims (10)

1. A server material pre-processing system, comprising: the device comprises an unpacking unit, a pre-assembling unit, a case pretreatment unit, a swinging disc unit and a transferring unit;
the unpacking unit is used for unpacking auxiliary materials and the case, and materials of the unpacking unit are delivered to the pre-assembling unit, the case pretreatment unit and the swinging plate unit through the transfer unit;
the pre-assembly unit is used for replacing the blocking sheet of the board card and assembling a fan, and delivers materials to the wobble plate unit through the transfer unit;
the case pretreatment unit is used for installing case lugs and a hard disk back plate on the case;
the balance unit is used for balancing the supplied materials of the unpacking unit and the pre-assembling unit respectively;
the machine case pretreatment unit and the swinging plate unit send out articles through the same conveying line or respectively send out articles through different conveying lines, and the machine case pretreatment unit and the swinging plate unit send into an empty tray through the same conveying system.

The server material pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein the unpacking unit comprises an unpacking auxiliary material subunit and an unpacking box unit, the unpacking auxiliary material subunit is located on one side of the unpacking box unit, which is far away from the case pretreatment unit, the unpacking auxiliary material subunit is used for dismantling an outer package of an auxiliary material, and the unpacking box unit is used for dismantling a case.
3. The server material pre-processing system according to claim 2, wherein the transfer unit comprises a material car group, and the material car group comprises a first material car, a second material car, a third material car, a fourth material car and a fifth material car;
the first material vehicle is used for transporting materials from the auxiliary material disassembling sub-unit to the pre-assembling unit;
the second material vehicle is used for transporting materials from the auxiliary material dismantling subunit to the case pretreatment unit;
the third material vehicle is used for transporting materials from the case dismantling unit to the case pretreatment unit;
the fourth material vehicle is used for transporting materials from the auxiliary material dismantling subunit to the swinging plate unit;
the fifth material trolley is used for transporting materials from the pre-assembly unit to the wobble plate unit.

The server material pre-processing system according to claim 1, wherein the case pre-processing unit includes a case tray conveyor line, a case on-line position and a case pre-processing station are disposed along the case tray conveyor line, and the transfer unit further includes a cantilever crane disposed at the case on-line position, and the case tray conveyor line is configured to convey a tray loaded with a case out of the server material pre-processing system.

The server material handling system of claim 4, wherein the chassis pallet conveyor line is a double-deck conveyor line, an upper deck of the double-deck conveyor line being configured to transport pallets loaded with chassis, and a lower deck of the double-deck conveyor line being configured to recycle empty pallets fed from the upper deck to the upper deck for loading of articles.

The server material pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein the tray placing unit comprises a material tray conveying line and a plurality of tray placing stations, the plurality of tray placing stations are arranged along the material tray conveying line, at least one tray placing station is arranged for placing each material on a material tray, the transfer unit comprises a plurality of material vehicles, each tray placing station is supplied by one material vehicle, and the material vehicles corresponding to the plurality of tray placing stations are not interfered with each other.
7. The server material pre-processing system according to claim 6, wherein each of the tray placing stations comprises a workbench, an empty tray conveying passage and a full tray conveying passage, the workbench is connected with the material tray conveying line through the empty tray conveying passage and the full tray conveying passage, and can receive the material trays of the material tray conveying line and return the loaded material trays to the material tray conveying line, and the loaded material trays are conveyed out of the server material pre-processing system by the material tray conveying line.
8. The server material pre-processing system according to claim 7, wherein the tilting tray unit further comprises a stacker, the stacker is configured to stack material trays of the same material that are tilted, and the stacker is disposed on the full-tray conveying passage.
9. The server material handling system of claim 6, wherein the material pallet conveyor line is a double-deck conveyor line, an upper deck of the double-deck conveyor line being configured to transport pallets loaded with material, and a lower deck of the double-deck conveyor line being configured to recycle empty pallets fed from the upper deck to the upper deck for loading with articles.
10. The server material pre-processing system according to claim 1, wherein the transfer unit further includes a conveying mechanism and a transfer device, the conveying mechanism is configured to convey the trays loaded with the chassis of the chassis pre-processing unit out of the server material pre-processing system, the conveying mechanism is configured to convey empty trays to the transfer device, and the transfer device is configured to distribute the empty trays loaded with the chassis and the empty trays loaded with the auxiliary materials to the chassis pre-processing unit and the swinging tray unit.
