Therefore, a kitchen knife which can save the storage space and is very safe is urgently needed in the market.

In one possible design, the buckle is hinged to one end of the second handle through a hinge shaft;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a kitchen knife, which includes a knife body 1, a first handle 2 and a second handle 3; the first handle 2 is hinged at one end of the knife body 1; the second handle 3 is hinged to one end of the knife body 1 and is positioned at the same end of the knife body 1 as the first handle 2; wherein, the end part of the first handle 2 far away from the knife body 1 is provided with a clamping head 21; the end part of the second handle 3 far away from the knife body 1 is provided with a buckle 31; when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 extend along the same direction and are mutually limited and abutted; when the kitchen knife is in the storage working condition, the first handle 2, the second handle 3 and the buckle 31 surround the knife body 1 together, and the buckle 31 is clamped with the clamping head 21.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the catch 31 is hinged to one end of the second handle 3 by a hinge shaft; when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the buckle 31 is embedded in the second handle 3; when the kitchen cutter is in the storage working condition, one end of the buckle 31 far away from the hinge shaft is correspondingly clamped with the clamping head 21.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the buckle 31 is hinged to one end of the second handle 3 by a hinge shaft, so that the buckle 31 can rotate around the hinge shaft to change the position of the buckle 31 relative to the second handle 3, thereby allowing the buckle 31 to be flexibly switched between a state of being fitted in the second handle 3 and a state of being engaged with the chuck 21.

In an alternative of the present embodiment, the buckle 31 is provided with a hollow portion 314 along the thickness direction thereof; the chuck 21 is provided with a retaining edge 211; when the kitchen knife is in the storage condition, the clamping head 21 is inserted into the hollow portion 314, and the blocking edge 211 correspondingly clamps the buckle 31 on the clamping head 21.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the blocking edge 211 may be specifically configured as a strip-shaped blocking edge, when the kitchen knife is in the storage working condition, the clip head 21 is partially inserted and passed through the hollow portion 314, and the clip head 21 and the clip head 31 can be locked and fixed by the blocking edge 211 and the clip head 31.

The specific arrangement of the hollow portion 314 and the retaining edge 211 has the advantages of simple structure and convenience for locking the buckle 31 with the chuck 21.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the second handle 3 has a projection 32 fitted with the hollowed-out portion 314; when the kitchen knife is in a working condition, the buckle 31 is fixedly embedded in the second handle 3 in a manner that the hollow part 314 is correspondingly sleeved on the convex part 32.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a protruding portion 32 adapted to the hollow portion 314 is disposed in the second handle 3, and the hollow portion 314 and the protruding portion 32 may be in transition fit or small interference fit, so that when the kitchen knife is in a working condition, the buckle 31 can be stably fixed to the second handle 3 in a manner that the hollow portion 314 is correspondingly sleeved on the protruding portion 32.

The projection 32 can stably fit and fix the clip 31 to the second handle 3.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the buckle 31 includes a first arm 311, a connecting arm 312, and a second arm 313, which are connected in sequence in a U-shape; the first arm 311, the connecting arm 312 and the second arm 313 together form a hollow 314.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the buckle 31 is specifically provided with a first support arm 311, a connecting arm 312 and a second support arm 313 which are sequentially connected into a U shape, and the first support arm 311, the connecting arm 312 and the second support arm 313 together enclose a hollow portion 314, so that when the buckle 31 is buckled on the chuck 21, the blocking edge 211 on the chuck 21 can correspond to the blocking connecting arm 312; when the clip 31 is fitted and fixed to the second handle 3, the first arm 311, the connecting arm 312, and the second arm 313 abut against the three peripheral walls of the boss 32.

The specific arrangement mode of the buckle 31 has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in clamping with the clamping head 21 and convenience in embedding with the protruding part 32.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the ends of the first arm 311 and the second arm 313 away from the connecting arm 312 are respectively provided with a hinge mounting hole; two sides of the end part of the second handle 3 far away from the knife body 1 are respectively provided with a hinge shaft.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first arm 311 and the second arm 313 are provided with hinge mounting holes at ends thereof distant from the connecting arm 312, and hinge shafts at both sides of the end of the second handle 3 distant from the blade 1, respectively, so that when the buckle 31 is mounted at the end of the second handle 3 in a hinged manner, the first arm 311 and the second arm 313 are located at both sides of the end of the second handle 3 and clamp the end of the second handle 3, respectively, thereby improving the stability of the hinged mounting of the buckle 31 and the end of the second handle 3.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 are respectively provided with a magnetic part; when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 are mutually adsorbed and abutted through respective magnetic parts.

The magnetic part of the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 can be set into two permanent magnets which are mutually adsorbed, so that when the kitchen cutter is in the use working condition, the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 can be stably abutted to each other in a mutually adsorbing mode, and a user can carry and hold the kitchen cutter conveniently.

In the alternative of the embodiment, the first handle 2 and the second handle 3 are respectively provided with a circular arc angle at one end close to the knife body 1; the circular arc angle enables the first handle 2 to rotate only in the first direction X1 and the second handle 3 to rotate only in the second direction X2; the first direction X1 and the second direction X2 are opposite directions.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the arc angle may be set to 90 °, so that when the kitchen knife is in the use condition, taking the reference direction in fig. 1 as an example, the first handle 2 may rotate away from the second handle 3 counterclockwise in the first direction X1 but may not press the second handle 3 clockwise in the second direction X2 to rotate, and the second handle 3 may normally rotate away from the first handle 2 clockwise in the second direction X2 but may not press the first handle 2 counterclockwise in the first direction X1 to rotate.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, when the kitchen knife is in a storage condition, the first handle 2 is wrapped on the back of the knife and the second handle 3 is wrapped on the knife edge, so that the sharpest and thickest parts of the knife body 1 can be wrapped in two directions which are approximately parallel or parallel, and the safety performance of the kitchen knife in the storage state is fully guaranteed.

In the alternative of this embodiment, the second handle 3 is provided with a slot for accommodating the blade, and a flexible gasket is arranged in the slot.

The width and the depth of the slot opening can be set to be slightly larger than the thickness width and the depth of the blade, and the flexible gasket in the slot opening can be specifically set to be made of a silica gel material with food safety level, so that when the second handle 3 wraps the blade, the blade can correspondingly contain the slot opening of the blade and is tightly wrapped by the flexible gasket, the wrapping stability of the second handle 3 to the blade can be improved, and the blade can be prevented from being worn by the second handle 3.

1. A kitchen knife, comprising:

a blade body (1);

the first handle (2) is hinged to one end of the knife body (1);

the second handle (3) is hinged to one end of the knife body (1) and is positioned at the same end of the knife body (1) as the first handle (2);

wherein a clamping head (21) is arranged at the end part of the first handle (2) far away from the knife body (1);

a buckle (31) is arranged at the end part of the second handle (3) far away from the knife body (1);

when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the first handle (2) and the second handle (3) extend along the same direction and are mutually limited and abutted;

when the kitchen cutter is in the storage working condition, the first handle (2), the second handle (3) and the buckle (31) jointly surround the cutter body (1), and the buckle (31) is clamped with the clamping head (21).

2. Kitchen knife according to claim 1, characterised in that the catch (31) is hinged to one end of the second handle (3) by means of a hinge;

when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the buckle (31) is embedded in the second handle (3);

when the kitchen cutter is in the storage working condition, one end of the buckle (31) far away from the hinge shaft is correspondingly clamped with the clamping head (21).

3. The kitchen knife according to claim 2, characterized in that the clasp (31) is provided with a hollowed-out portion (314) in the thickness direction of the clasp;

the clamping head (21) is provided with a blocking edge (211);

when the kitchen cutter is in the storage working condition, the clamping head (21) is inserted into the hollow part (314), and the blocking edge (211) correspondingly clamps the buckle (31) on the clamping head (21).

4. Kitchen knife according to claim 3, characterised in that the second handle (3) has a raised portion (32) adapted to the hollowed-out portion (314);

when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the buckle (31) is embedded and fixed on the second handle (3) in a mode that the hollow part (314) is correspondingly sleeved on the protruding part (32).

5. The kitchen knife according to claim 3, characterized in that the catch (31) comprises a first arm (311), a connecting arm (312) and a second arm (313) connected in succession in a U-shape;

the first support arm (311), the connecting arm (312) and the second support arm (313) jointly enclose the hollow-out portion (314).

6. The kitchen knife according to claim 5, characterized in that the ends of the first arm (311) and the second arm (313) away from the connecting arm (312) are respectively provided with a hinged mounting hole;

the hinge shafts are respectively arranged on two sides of the end part of the second handle (3) far away from the knife body (1).

7. The kitchen tool according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the first handle (2) and the second handle (3) are respectively provided with a magnetic part;

when the kitchen cutter is in a use working condition, the first handle (2) and the second handle (3) are mutually adsorbed and abutted through respective magnetic parts.

8. The kitchen knife according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that the first handle (2) and the second handle (3) are respectively provided with a circular arc angle at one end close to the knife body (1);

said arc angle enabling the first handle (2) to rotate only in a first direction (X1) and enabling the second handle (3) to rotate only in a second direction (X2);

wherein the first direction (X1) and the second direction (X2) are two opposite directions.

9. Kitchen knife according to any of claims 1-6, characterised in that the knife body (1) comprises a back and a cutting edge;

when the kitchen cutter is in the storage working condition, the first handle (2) is wrapped on the cutter back, and the second handle (3) is wrapped on the cutting edge.

10. Kitchen knife according to claim 9, characterised in that the second handle (3) is provided with a slot for receiving the knife edge, and in that a flexible gasket is arranged in the slot.
