The utility model provides a glass polishing bistrique.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a glass polishing grinding head 1 according to the present invention includes a connecting handle 11, a tray 12 and a polishing grinding wheel 13, wherein the tray 12 is mounted at a lower end of the connecting handle 11; the polishing grinding wheel 13 is arranged at the lower end of the tray 12, the polishing grinding wheel 13 comprises a first polishing surface 131 and a second polishing surface 132, and the first polishing surface 131 is formed on the bottom surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 and is used for polishing the plane part 21 of the curved glass 2; the second polishing surface 132 is formed on the side surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 for polishing the curved surface portion 22 of the curved glass 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting handle 11 may be cylindrical, so that the resistance of the axial rotation of the connecting handle 11 along the connecting handle 11 is relatively small. Of course, the connecting handle 11 may be square. The stem 11 may be made of various materials, such as a metal material or a plastic material. The upper end of the connecting handle 11 is connected with a driving motor, so that the connecting handle can be driven to rotate by the driving motor. Of course, the connecting shank 11 can also be rotated by manual actuation.
The shape of the tray 12 is various, and the tray 12 may be circular, square, polygonal, or the like. The tray 12 is arranged below the connecting handle 11, and the connecting handle 11 and the tray 12 can be integrally formed; alternatively, the connecting handle 11 and the tray 12 may be detachably connected, such as an adhesive connection, a snap connection, or a screw connection. The tray 12 may also be made of a metal material or a plastic material.
The polishing grinding wheel 13 is used to polish a curved glass 2 (e.g., a curved screen). The polishing grinding wheel 13 may be cylindrical, so that the polishing grinding wheel 13 has a relatively small resistance when polishing the curved glass 2, thereby having a relatively good polishing effect on the curved glass 2. The curved glass 2 includes a flat surface portion 21 and a curved surface portion 22. The first polishing surface 131 is formed on the bottom surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 to polish the planar portion 21. The first polished surface 131 is a flat surface, so that the first polished surface 131 is adapted to the shape of the planar portion 21, and the first polished surface 131 has a good polishing effect on the planar portion 21. The second polishing surface 132 is formed on the side surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 to polish the polishing curved surface portion 22. The second polishing surface 132 is disposed in an arc shape protruding outward, so that the second polishing surface 132 is adapted to the shape of the curved surface portion 22, and the polishing effect of the second polishing surface 132 on the curved surface portion 22 is relatively good. The polishing grinding wheel 13 is made of polyurethane materials, and the polishing grinding wheel 13 has good elasticity and is not easy to damage the curved glass 2.
The glass polishing grinding head 1 of the utility model comprises a connecting handle 11, a tray 12 and a polishing grinding wheel 13, wherein the tray 12 is arranged at the lower end of the connecting handle 11; the polishing grinding wheel 13 is arranged at the lower end of the tray 12, the polishing grinding wheel 13 comprises a first polishing surface 131 and a second polishing surface 132, and the first polishing surface 131 is formed on the bottom surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 and is used for polishing the plane part 21 of the curved glass 2; the second polishing surface 132 is formed on the side surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 for polishing the curved surface part 22 of the curved glass 2; in this way, the first polishing surface 131 and the second polishing surface 132 of the glass polishing wheel head 1 can simultaneously polish the plane part 21 and the curved part 22 of the curved glass 2, thereby improving the polishing efficiency of the curved glass 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bottom surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is provided with an inner hole 133, and the inner hole 133 is located at the center of the bottom surface. Specifically, the inner hole 133 is disposed at the center of the first polishing surface 131. The inner hole 133 may have a triangular shape, a circular shape, a square shape, a polygonal shape, or the like. Considering that when the first polishing surface 131 polishes the planar portion 21, the portion of the first polishing surface 131 closer to the outer peripheral edge is subjected to a larger frictional force, and the wear is more severe, so that the first polishing surface 131 changes from a planar shape to a conical shape after a period of time when the first polishing surface 131 polishes the planar portion 21. The inner hole 133 is disposed so that the first polishing surface 131 can deform during the polishing process, thereby alleviating the occurrence of such a situation.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom surface is provided with a discharge groove 134, and the discharge groove 134 extends along the radial direction of the bottom surface. Specifically, the discharge chute 134 extends in a radial direction of the first polishing surface 131. The shape of the discharge groove 134 may be various, and the cross section of the discharge groove 134 may be V-shaped or U-shaped. The discharge chute 134 may be a straight chute or an arc chute, and is not limited. The discharge groove 134 is arranged so that waste generated by polishing can be discharged through the discharge groove 134, and interference of the waste on polishing of the planar portion 21 by the first polishing surface 131 is reduced. Polishing liquid required for polishing can also be added between the first polishing surface 131 and the planar portion 21 through the discharge groove 134, so that the effect of polishing the planar portion 21 by the first polishing surface 131 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, one end of the discharge chute 134 extends to the inner hole 133, and the other end extends to the outer periphery of the bottom surface. Specifically, one end of the discharge chute 134 extends to the inner hole 133, and the other end extends to the outer periphery of the first polishing surface 131. With this arrangement, the scraps at the inner hole 133 can be discharged from between the first polishing surface 131 and the flat portion 21 through the discharge groove 134, and the distribution of the polishing liquid between the first polishing surface 131 and the flat portion 21 through the discharge groove 134 is more uniform. Of course, the end of the discharge chute 134 near the inner bore 133 may not extend to the inner bore 133.
Referring to fig. 3, the number of the discharge grooves 134 is plural, and the plural discharge grooves 134 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bottom surface. With this arrangement, the scraps are more rapidly discharged from between the first polishing surface 131 and the flat surface portion 21, and the amount of the polishing liquid added between the first polishing surface 131 and the flat surface portion 21 can be increased. Of course, the arrangement of the plurality of discharge grooves 134 on the bottom surface may be various, and the plurality of discharge grooves 134 may not be arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the bottom surface.
The width of the discharge chute 134 may be set to be greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm. When the width of the discharge chute 134 is less than 1mm, the effect of discharging waste and adding polishing liquid is not good, and the polishing effect of the first polishing surface 131 on the planar part 21 is reduced; when the width of the discharge chute 134 is greater than 3mm, the area of the first polishing surface 131 is small, which reduces the polishing efficiency of the first polishing surface 131 to the planar portion 21. The depth of the discharge groove 134 may be set to be greater than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. When the depth of the discharge groove 134 is less than 1mm, the effect of discharging waste and adding polishing liquid is not good, and the polishing effect of the first polishing surface 131 on the planar part 21 is reduced; when the depth of the discharge chute 134 is greater than 5mm, a partial region of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is relatively thin, so that the tray 12 may be damaged by the supporting force of the polishing grinding wheel 13 on the tray 12.
Referring to fig. 2, the bottom of the tray 12 is provided with a connecting column 121, and the top surface of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is provided with a mounting hole 135 for mounting the connecting column 121. The mounting post may be cylindrical or cubic. The mounting hole 135 may have a circular or square shape. The mounting hole 135 may communicate with the inner hole 133, which simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the manufacturing difficulty. Of course, the mounting hole 135 may not communicate with the inner hole 133.
In the above embodiment, the tray 12 is adhesively connected to the polishing grinding wheel 13. Specifically, the bottom surface of the tray 12 is bonded to the top surface of the polishing wheel 13, and the mounting posts are bonded to the peripheral wall of the mounting holes 135. Thus, when the glass polishing abrasive head 1 is rotated at a high speed, the tray 12 and the polishing abrasive wheel 13 are not easily detached from each other.
In order to achieve a relatively good polishing effect for the curved glass 2, the height of the polishing grinding wheel 13 may be set to be greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 15 mm. When the height of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is less than 3mm, on one hand, the shape of the second polishing surface 132 is not adapted to the shape of the curved surface part 22, so that the polishing effect of the second polishing surface 132 on the curved surface part 22 is poor; on the other hand, the elasticity of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is poor, and the tray 12 may damage the curved glass 2. When the height of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is greater than 15mm, on one hand, the shape of the second polishing surface 132 is not matched with that of the curved surface part 22, and the polishing effect of the second polishing surface 132 on the curved surface part 22 is poor; on the other hand, the material for preparing the polishing grinding wheel 13 is wasted.
The diameter of the polishing grinding wheel 13 may be set to 10mm or more and 100mm or less. When the diameter of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is less than 10mm, the polishing area of the first polishing surface 131 is relatively small, and the polishing efficiency of the first polishing surface 131 to the planar portion 21 is relatively low. When the diameter of the polishing grinding wheel 13 is larger than 100mm, the polishing grinding wheel 13 does not fit the width of the curved glass 2.
The length of the stem 11 may be set to be greater than or equal to 15mm and less than or equal to 50 mm. When the length of the connecting handle 11 is less than 15mm, the distance between the driving motor connected with the upper end of the connecting handle 11 and the curved glass 2 is too close, and the driving motor is easy to damage the curved glass 2. When the length of the connecting handle 11 is more than 50mm, the distance between the driving motor and the curved glass 2 is too far, which increases the difficulty of controlling the glass polishing grinding head 1 by an operator. The diameter of the connecting handle 11 may be set to be greater than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 16mm, so that the connecting handle 11 can be basically connected with a driving motor on the market.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
