Lid and cooking utensil
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a cooking utensil technical field particularly relates to a lid and cooking utensil.
Background
At present, some cover bodies of electric cookers on the market have the function of auxiliary heating, and the function is realized by arranging a heating assembly in the cover body.
However, the heating assembly not only heats the cooking space but also raises the temperature of the cover. Because the cover body is also provided with parts such as a circuit board and the like, and the part for manufacturing the cover body is made of plastic, the cover body is easy to damage under the condition of overhigh temperature, and therefore, certain requirements are imposed on the temperature of the cover body. This limits the power of the heating assembly, as excessive power of the heating assembly tends to result in excessive temperatures, which may damage the cover and components therein.
Therefore, there is a need for a cover and cooking appliance that at least partially address the above problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In the summary section a series of concepts in a simplified form is introduced, which will be described in further detail in the detailed description section. The inventive content does not imply any attempt to define the essential features and essential features of the claimed solution, nor is it implied to be intended to define the scope of the claimed solution.

The pot body is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical-shaped inner pot accommodating chamber, and an inner pot (not shown) can be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot accommodating chamber to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cooker body comprises a heating device for heating the inner pot.
Hereinafter, a cover of a cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The cover body 100 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body. The lid 100 is pivotally connected to the pot body in an openable and closable manner, and is used for covering the pot body. Illustratively, the cover body 100 has a pivot portion 180 thereon, and the cover body 100 is pivotally connected to the pot body through the pivot portion 180. When the cover body 100 is covered on the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body 100 and the inner pot.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cover body 100 includes a face cover 110, an inner liner 120, a heating assembly 130, two air circulation parts 150, and at least one heat sink 170.
The surface cover 110 is located above the liner 120, and two air ports 111 are provided on the surface cover 110. Preferably, the two vents 111 are disposed near the pivot portion 180, particularly, at the rear side of the cover body 100. From this, can avoid the air after the heat exchange directly to blow on one's body the user, reduce the possibility that the user scalded, improve user experience.
A heating assembly 130 is disposed below the inner liner 120 to assist in heating food in the cooking space. Also, in order to reduce the heating rate of the cover 100, the heating element 130 is not in direct contact with the inner liner 120, i.e., a cavity 140 is formed between the heating element 130 and the inner liner 120. Alternatively, the heating element 130 is disposed within the cavity 140. Preferably, the heating assembly 130 may be configured as a disk-shaped assembly with a heating tube.
Both air circulating parts 150 are provided on the liner 120, and air passages 151 are provided in the air circulating parts 150. And two air circulating portions 150 respectively correspond to the two air ports 111, and two air passages 151 are both communicated with the cavity 140. Air can enter the air passage 151 through the air opening 111, or air in the air passage 151 can exit through the air opening 111. That is, one of the two air ports 111 is configured as an air inlet and the other is configured as an air outlet. One of the two air ducts 151 is designed as an air inlet duct and the other as an air outlet duct.
Preferably, two air vents 150 are located on either side of the heating assembly 130 to increase the distance through which air travels. More preferably, the two air circulation parts 150 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the heating assembly 130, which not only facilitates the manufacturing process, but also further improves the temperature balance in the cover body.
A heat sink 170 is disposed within the air circulation 150 to enable air to enter the cavity 140 via one of the two air channels 151 and exit via the other. That is, air enters the air inlet duct from the air inlet, then enters the cavity to exchange heat with the heating assembly 130, then enters the air outlet duct, and finally is discharged from the air outlet.
Illustratively, one heat sink 170 is provided in one of the two air flow channels 150, or one heat sink 170 may be provided in both air flow channels 150. Preferably, the heat sink 170 is configured as a fan. The heat sink 170 can be arranged in a forward direction or a reverse direction, i.e., the air inlet duct and the air outlet duct can be interchanged.
According to the utility model discloses a lid 100, air follow an air passage 151 entering cavity 140, leave from another air passage 151 again after the heat exchange with heating element 130, can reduce the temperature in the lid 100 for the temperature is unlikely to exceed standard, maintains heating element 130's intensification and radiating balance.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 2. The connection of the liner 120 and the sidewall 152 is provided with an opening 123, and the air passage 151 communicates with the cavity 140 via the opening 123. Specifically, the opening 123 is located at a lower inner corner of the air passage 151 near the center of the cover body 100. The air is thus disposed to contact the heating element 130 through the opening 123, thereby improving heat dissipation efficiency and facilitating maintenance of temperature balance in the cover 100.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 3. The air circulation unit 150 is substantially constituted by a side wall 152 and a top cover 153. Wherein a sidewall 152 is disposed on the liner 120 and a top cap 153 is attached to the sidewall 152, thereby forming an air channel 151. In order to improve the sealing performance of the air passage 151 and improve the amount of air entering the cavity 140, a groove 154 is provided on the top of the side wall 152, a sealing member 155 is provided in the groove 154, and the bottom end of the top cover 153 is inserted into the groove 154 and abuts against the sealing member 155.
The side wall 152 is specifically composed of a first side wall 156, a second side wall 157, and a third side wall 158. A first side wall 156, a second side wall 157, and a third side wall 158 are all provided on the liner 120, wherein the first side wall 156 and the second side wall 157 are both provided along the extending direction of the air passage 151, and the second side wall 157 is located inside the first side wall 156, i.e., the second side wall 157 is closer to the center of the cover body 100 than the first side wall 156. A third sidewall 158 is connected between the first and second sidewalls 156 and 157 and is configured as an end of the air flow channel 150 distal from the tuyere 111. And, the opposite side of the third sidewall 158 is the tuyere 111.
The air circulation portion 150 is provided therein with a stopper 159 for mounting the heat sink 170. The stopper 159 includes two stopper ribs 160, and the two stopper ribs 160 are disposed on the first sidewall 156 or the second sidewall 157 to be spaced apart from each other, whereby the heat sink 170 may be disposed between the two stopper ribs 160. In an alternative embodiment, one air circulation portion 150 is provided with one position limiting portion 159, i.e., two position limiting ribs 160. Preferably, two position-limiting portions 159, i.e., four position-limiting ribs 160 are provided in one air circulation portion 150. The two stoppers 159 are respectively disposed on the first and second sidewalls 156 and 157 and correspond to each other. This arrangement further improves the mounting stability of the heat sink 170, and reduces the possibility of displacement of the heat sink 170 when the cooking appliance is moved.
