A sickroom sickbed and stretcher vehicle combined sickbed comprises a sickbed main bed body (1) and a stretcher bed body (2) matched with the sickbed main bed body (1) for use, and is characterized in that wheels are arranged at the bottom of the stretcher bed body (2) and can be pushed out or pushed into one side of the sickbed main bed body (1) to realize separation and combination, and the stretcher bed body (2) and the sickbed main bed body (1) are combined to form a complete sickbed surface.

the movable bed wings (12) are turned upwards and then open an opening at one side edge of the main bed body (1) of the sickbed, the stretcher body (2) enters and exits from the opening,
the fixed bed body (11) and the movable bed wings (12) extend towards the center of the bed surface to form a section of area which is used as a bed plate (13) of a part of the bed surface, and the bed plates (13) at the two ends are combined with the stretcher body (2) to form the whole bed surface.

The sickroom sickbed and stretcher combined sickbed according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a main mattress (21) is detachably mounted on the stretcher body (2), at least one section of mattress flap (22) is flexibly mounted on each long edge of the main mattress (21) in a detachable manner, and the mattress flap (22) can rotate along the connecting edge relative to the main mattress (21) to be erected, or placed flatly, or folded above or below the main mattress (21) to be folded and stored.
