According to the utility model discloses oral care device of first aspect embodiment is through setting up recovery bin 108 in casing 100 for current additive holds a 106 back of finishing using, and the user can directly push the additive after using and hold a 106 and retrieve the bin 108, realizes the recovery to additive holds a 106. Meanwhile, as the recovery bin 108 is arranged in the housing 100, a plurality of additive containing pieces 106 can be collected at the same time, so that the purposes of collecting for a plurality of times and taking out for one time are achieved, and the use convenience of the oral care device is improved.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 1-10, an oral care device provided in an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a housing 100, a water tank 102, an additive chamber 104, and a recovery chamber 108, and the oral care device is exemplified as a tooth rinsing device hereinafter.
The housing 100 is used for installing the water tank 102 and accommodating the additive bin 104, the recovery bin 108, the power supply system 136 and the like. The housing 100 may be made of a material having a certain gloss, which can ensure that the housing 100 has a good appearance.
Moreover, in other embodiments, housing 100 and tank 102 may be provided in a telescoping fashion, e.g., housing 100 may be provided to be switchable between a use state and a compressed state relative to tank 102; in the use state, the housing 100 extends out of the water tank 102; in the compressed state, the housing 100 is retracted within the tank 102. That is, the water tank 102 may be provided in a form having a large cross section, and the case 100 may be provided in a form having a relatively small cross section. When the oral care device is carried, the shell 100 and corresponding parts inside the shell can enter the water tank 102 by pressing the shell 100, so that the volume of the oral care device can be compressed, and the effects of volume miniaturization and portability are achieved.
The water tank 102 may be used to hold a quantity of fresh water, such that the fresh water in the water tank 102 may be pumped out through the spray head 146 by the water pump 142, etc. to flush and clean the oral cavity.
The additive cartridge 104 is disposed in the housing 100 and communicates with the water tank 102, and the cross-sectional shape of the additive cartridge 104 may be configured to be matched with the cross-sectional shape of the additive containing member 106, for example, the cross-sectional shape of the additive cartridge 104 may be circular. By providing an additive cartridge 104 within the housing 100, an additive containing member 106 can be installed in the additive cartridge 104, wherein the additive containing member 106 can be a capsule, a bottle, or the like, and the capsule or the bottle is filled with various additives, such as mouthwash, breath freshener, or the like.
The recycling bin 108 is disposed in the housing 100, and an opening 110 is disposed on the recycling bin 108, so that when a user pushes the used additive-containing member 106, the additive-containing member 106 can be pushed into the recycling bin 108 through the opening 110. In other words, the recycling bin 108 may be a box-shaped structure with an opening 110 at the top, and the position of the opening 110 corresponds to the position of the additive container 106 in the additive bin 104, i.e., the additive container 106 can just fall into the recycling bin 108 through the opening 110 by external force after being used up.
Referring to fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the sidewall of the additive bin 104 is opened with a through hole 112 corresponding to the position of the additive containing member 106 in the additive bin 104, and a pushing mechanism for pushing the additive containing member 106 in the additive bin 104 into the recycling bin 108 is disposed in the through hole 112.
Through set up through-hole 112 on the lateral wall in additive storehouse 104 to set up push mechanism in through-hole 112, can convenience of customers directly push the used additive to hold piece 106 and retrieve in the storehouse 108 through the operation to push mechanism, and then make the user need not to open this oral care device's lid 138 and can realize above-mentioned operation, convenient and fast.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an in, push mechanism can set to following two kinds of forms at least:
a first pushing mode:
as shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pushing mechanism includes a button 114 and a first elastic member; wherein the first elastic member is disposed in the through hole 112, and the button 114 is adapted to be elastically supported in the through hole 112 by the first elastic member.
In this push form, the first resilient member may be a spring, a first end of which may abut against an inner wall of the through hole 112 and a second end of which abuts against the button 114. Accordingly, a first end of the button 114 may extend slightly beyond an outer sidewall of the additive cartridge 104, and a second end of the button 114 may extend slightly beyond the inner sidewall of the additive cartridge 104 and contact the additive holder 106 in the additive cartridge 104. In this way, by pressing the first end of the button 114, the second end of the button 114 is moved toward the additive holder 106 to eject the additive holder 106 from the additive cartridge 104 into the recovery cartridge 108.
In addition, in order to prevent the button 114 and the first elastic member from being removed from the through hole 112, a first limiting structure is formed in the through hole 112, a second limiting structure is formed on the button 114, and the button 114 is suitable for being placed in the through hole 112 through the cooperation of the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure; two ends of the first elastic member respectively abut against the second limiting structure and the inner wall of the through hole 112. Wherein the first limit structure may be a protrusion formed in the through hole 112, and correspondingly, the second limit structure on the button 114 may be a boss or the like adapted to the protrusion in the through hole 112. One side of the boss on the button 114 is matched with the protrusion in the through hole 112 to prevent the button 114 from being pulled out of the through hole 112, and the other side of the boss on the button 114 is abutted against the first elastic member to enable the first elastic member to elastically support the button 114, so that the button 114 can automatically reset under the supporting effect of the first elastic member after the user presses the button 114.
A second pushing mode:
as shown in fig. 8 and 9, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pushing mechanism includes a first driving member 116 and a push plate 118; wherein the first driving member 116 is disposed in the through hole 112; the push plate 118 is connected to the output shaft of the first drive member 116 at an end thereof facing the additive cartridge 104.
The first driving member 116 may use an electric motor, a motor, etc., and an output shaft of the first driving member 116 is disposed toward the additive containing member 106, and the push plate 118 is coupled to the output shaft of the first driving member 116. Therefore, after the additive containing member 106 is used, a user can control the first driving member 116 to extend the output shaft of the first driving member 116, and along with the extension of the output shaft of the first driving member 116, the user can drive the push plate 118 to move towards the right side as shown in fig. 8 or fig. 9, so as to achieve the purpose of ejecting the additive containing member 106 from the additive bin 104 into the recycling bin 108. After the additive containing member 106 enters the recovery bin 108, the user can control the first driving member 116 to reset, or the first driving member 116 can reset itself.
As shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the oral care device further comprises a puncturing assembly disposed in the additive cartridge 104 and adapted to move relative to the additive holder 106 in the additive cartridge 104 to puncture the additive holder 106.
The piercing assembly is used to effect a piercing of the additive holder 106 to enable the additive in the additive holder 106 to flow into the tank 102. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lancing assembly includes a lancing member 120 and a base 122; wherein the piercing end of the piercing member 120 faces the additive containing member 106; the side of the base 122 facing the additive holder 106 is connected to the fixed end of the puncturing member 120.
Taking the example of the form of the puncturing member 120 as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the puncturing member 120 is in the form of a sharp top and a slightly wider bottom, i.e., the puncturing member 120 may be conical. As such, the top of the piercing member 120 may easily pierce the additive-containing member 106 to allow the additive to flow out. In order to increase the outflow rate of the additive, the piercing member 120 may be provided in a hollow form, that is, the additive may flow into the water tank 102 through a flow passage in the middle of the piercing member 120.
The base 122 is used to provide support to the lancet 120, and in one implementation, the lancet 120 can be secured directly to the base 122. The shape of the base 122 is adapted to the form of the additive cartridge 104. For example, the base 122 may be circular to accommodate the inner circumference of the additive-containing cartridge.
Also, in order to ensure the rapid outflow of the additive, an overflowing hole communicating the additive cartridge 104 and the water tank 102 is formed in the base 122. The overflowing hole may be opened on the base 122 along the circumferential direction of the base 122, in other words, the base 122 may be provided in a form of hollow in the middle.
Thus, when the additive holder 106 is pierced by the piercing member 120, the additive holder can flow into the water tank 102 through the flow passage in the piercing member 120 and the overflow hole in the base 122. Thereby enabling rapid mixing of the additive with the water in the water reservoir 102, improving the efficiency of use of the oral care device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a mounting cavity 124 is formed on the base 122, the fixed end of the puncturing element 120 extends into the mounting cavity 124, and a second elastic element 126 is disposed between the fixed end of the puncturing element 120 and the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 124.
As shown in fig. 5, 7 to 9, a mounting cavity 124 for accommodating the second elastic member 126 is formed on the base 122, a piercing end of the piercing member 120 faces the additive accommodating member 106, and a fixed end of the piercing member 120 is disposed in the mounting cavity 124 and abuts against a bottom wall of the mounting cavity 124 through the second elastic member 126. The second elastic member 126 may be a spring, an elastic column, etc., that is, two ends of the spring and the elastic column are respectively supported on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 124 and the fixed end of the puncturing member 120.
It should be noted that, in the initial state, the second elastic member 126 is in a compressed state, which ensures that the second elastic member 126 can provide a certain elastic supporting force for the puncturing element 120 so that the puncturing element 120 can tighten the additive containing member 106. Thus, when the additive holder 106 is moved downward or the puncturing member 120 is moved upward, the puncturing member 120 can compress the spring to some extent as the force therebetween increases. When the additive containing member 106 is pierced by the piercing member 120, the piercing member 120 can move upward under the elastic supporting force of the spring, so that the piercing member 120 extends into the additive containing member 106, and in combination with the above, because the piercing member 120 has a conical shape, after the piercing member 120 extends into the additive containing member 106, the piercing member 120 can play a role in sealing the opening of the additive containing member 106 by controlling the relative position relationship between the piercing member 120 and the additive containing member 106. For example, a lifting mechanism of the additive-containing member 106 may be provided in the housing 100, and after the additive-containing member 106 is pierced, the additive-containing member 106 is lifted up, so that the opening of the additive-containing member 106 is blocked by the bottom surface of the piercing member 120.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the additive from entering the mounting cavity 124 from the gap between the mounting cavity 124 and the puncturing element 120, a sealing ring is further disposed between the mounting cavity 124 and the puncturing element 120, wherein the sealing ring may be a rubber ring or the like disposed on the mounting cavity 124.
In addition, in some other embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the puncturing member 120 can be separately provided, in which the puncturing end of the puncturing member 120 faces the additive containing member 106, and the fixed end of the puncturing member 120 is disposed in the mounting cavity 124. It will be appreciated that in such an embodiment, the fixed end of the piercing member 120 may be integrally formed directly in the housing 100.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the piercing assembly and the additive containing member 106 can move relative to each other to achieve piercing of the additive containing member 106. In other words, in the embodiments of the present invention, three different forms, that is, the additive containing member 106 moves, the puncturing assembly is fixed, the additive containing member 106 is fixed, the puncturing assembly moves, or both the additive containing member 106 and the puncturing assembly can move, can be adopted.
The first implementation is specifically as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a limit boss 148 is disposed in the additive tank 104, and the base 122 is disposed on the limit boss 148.
The position-limiting boss 148 is disposed at a position lower than the additive-containing member 106, that is, the additive-containing member 106 is disposed at an upper position in the additive cartridge 104, and the puncturing member 120 and the base 122 are disposed at a lower position in the additive cartridge 104. Wherein, a sealing structure can be further arranged between the side wall of the base 122 and the inner wall of the additive bin 104 to prevent the additive from flowing into the gap between the base 122 and the additive bin 104.
In such an implementation manner, the additive containing member 106 can be moved toward the piercing member 120 by pressing the additive containing member 106, and the piercing member 120 can smoothly pierce the additive containing member 106 by continuously pressing the additive containing member 106.
The second implementation is specifically as follows:
as shown in fig. 8 and 9, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the oral care device further comprises a drive assembly comprising a second drive member 128 and a connecting member 130; wherein the second driving member 128 is disposed in the housing 100; the connecting member 130 connects the output shaft of the second driving member 128 and the base 122 to drive the puncturing member 120 and the additive containing member 106 to move relatively.
In a second implementation, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second driving member 128 may use a motor or the like capable of performing an output function, and a receiving cavity for receiving the second driving member 128 is provided in the housing 100, and the second driving member 128 is disposed therein. A connecting piece 130 is mounted on the output shaft of the second driving piece 128, and the connecting piece 130 extends into the additive bin 104 and is fixedly connected with the base 122. Thus, when the motor rotates, the connecting member 130 can be driven to move up and down in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 8 or 9, and the puncturing member 120 can move toward or away from the additive containing member 106 along with the movement of the connecting member 130. When the puncturing member 120 is close to the additive container 106, the additive container 106 can be punctured, and when the puncturing member 120 is far away from the additive container 106, the puncturing member 120 is reset, so that the additive in the additive container 106 can flow out or be replaced by a new additive container 106.
That is, in such implementations, the additive holder 106 may be stationary, with the purpose of puncturing the additive holder 106 being achieved solely through control of the puncturing member 120. In order to control the second driving member 128, corresponding buttons may be disposed on the housing 100, and corresponding PCB 134 may be disposed in the housing 100, and the second driving member 128 may be controlled by operating the buttons.
