Example one
The embodiment proposes a wearable device, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, including a watchband 11 and a watchcase 12, where the watchband 11 is connected with the watchcase 12 through a watchband structure 13, and the watchband structure 13 includes a watchband 131 and a connecting shaft 132, where the watchband 131 is movably connected with a side wall of the watchcase 12; the link shaft 132 is provided at an end of the band 11 for rotatably connecting the band 11 to the case band 131. The wearable device of this embodiment is through setting up the ear of a watch 131 and watchcase 12 swing joint, therefore the position of ear of a watch for watchcase 12 is adjustable, and when wearing, the user can adjust the relative position of ear of a watch 131 and watchcase 12 according to the sensation of wearing of self, prevents that ear of a watch 131 from fixing for a long time and the uncomfortable sense that leads to with the skin contact friction of same position, has improved and has worn the travelling comfort.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the case band 131 is rotatably attached to the side wall of the case 12 through the case band connection portion 14. The watch ear 131 can adjust its distance from the skin surface when it is pivoted.
Since the band 11 needs to be connected to the case 12 through the ears 131 to form a closed structure to be worn on the wrist of the user, two ends of the band 11 are connected to the case 12 through the ears 131, and since the ears 131 at two ends have the same structure and are mirror-symmetrical, the embodiment takes the ear at one side as an example for description.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the lugs 131 at each end have a pair, mounting holes 121 corresponding to the two lugs 131 one by one are formed in the side surface of case 12, and the two mounting holes 121 are coaxially arranged, and the mounting holes 121 have internal threads (not shown in the drawings for reasons of angle). Through hole 1311 is opened at the first end of gauge ear 131, and the external surface of gauge ear connecting portion 14 has the external screw thread that matches with the internal screw thread, and gauge ear connecting portion 14 passes through hole 1311, passes through threaded connection with watchcase 12, has the clearance between the inner wall of gauge ear connecting portion 14 and through hole 1311, therefore, user's accessible is adjusted gauge ear 131, makes it rotate around gauge ear connecting portion 14, and then adjustable gauge ear 131 and the distance between the skin, wherein, the first end of gauge ear is the one end that gauge ear 131 is close to watchcase 12.
The case ear connection portion 14 is used for connection with the case 12 on the one hand and the case ear 131 on the other hand, and functions as a rotation shaft of the case ear 131, and therefore, in order to enable the case ear connection portion 14 to perform two different functions better without interference between the two functions, as shown in fig. 4, the case ear connection portion 14 includes an inner section 14a and an outer section 14b, wherein an external thread is formed on an outer surface of the inner section 14a of the case ear connection portion 14, and the outer section 14b of the case ear connection portion 14 has a smooth cylindrical structure.
During assembly, the outer section of the lug connecting part 14 is located in the through hole 1311, the outer section of the lug connecting part 14 extends into the mounting hole 121 to be in threaded connection with the watch case 12, and meanwhile, the outer section 14a of the smooth cylindrical structure of the lug connecting part 14 is located in the through hole 1311, so that the lug 131 can smoothly rotate around the shaft. The inner section 14a of the case ear connection part 14 is a section facing the case, and the outer section 14b of the case ear connection part is a section facing away from the case.
In order to facilitate screwing the case ear connection part 14 to the case 12, it is preferable that a screw head 141 is formed at an end of an outer section of the case ear connection part 14, and the screw head 141 has a blade fitting groove 142. The user can connect the ear connecting portion 14 with the wristwatch case 12 by a screwdriver.
The axial direction of the mounting hole 121 is parallel to the connecting shaft 132, and the side of the case 12 further has a lug mounting groove 122 located at the outer end of the mounting hole 121, the lug mounting groove 122 communicating with the mounting hole 121, and a first end portion of the lug 131 located in the lug mounting groove 122.
By providing the ear mounting groove 122, the first end portion of the ear 131 can be avoided, so that the first end portion can rotate around the shaft.
In order to enable the lug 131 to smoothly rotate in the lug mounting groove 122, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the inner surface of the lug mounting groove 122 is an arc surface, the outer surface of the first end of the lug 131 is a convex arc surface, and the convex arc surface matches with the inner surface of the lug mounting groove 122, so that the lug 131 is prevented from being locked when the lug 131 rotates.
A certain gap exists between the inner surface of the lug mounting groove 122 and the first end of the lug 131, the gap can be selected and reserved according to actual needs, and the size range of the rotation angle of the lug 131 can be limited.
A rotating shaft hole 1312 is formed in the second end portion of the watch lug 131, and two ends of the connecting shaft 132 are respectively inserted into the rotating shaft hole 1312, wherein the second end portion of the watch lug 131 is the end of the watch lug 132 away from the watch case 12.
To facilitate wearing, band 11 comprises two parts, shown in fig. 1 as long band 111 and short band 112, respectively, long band 111 and short band 112 being connected to case 12 by ear structure 13, respectively.
The long watchband 111 and the short watchband 112 are connected by the clasp structure 15, and can be worn or removed flexibly by a user.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
