a second light emitting structure (6) having a second light emitting body (602) and a second package (604), wherein the second light emitting body (602) is mounted on the substrate (2) and capable of emitting white light, the second package (604) is used for encapsulating with at least a portion of the substrate (2) to form a second package structure at least including the second light emitting body (602), and the second light emitting body (602) is connected to the power supply circuit;
a control chip (8) mounted on the substrate (2) and packaged in the first package structure or the second package structure, wherein the control chip (8) is connected with the second light emitter (602) and/or at least one of the first light emitters (402), and is used for controlling the brightness of the connected first light emitter (402) and/or second light emitter (602).

the first PIN foot, the second PIN foot and the third PIN foot are all connected in a power supply circuit of the substrate (2) in a welding mode.
5. A light emitting assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that at least two of said first light emitters (402), or at least one of said first light emitters (402) and a second light emitter (602) are connected in series.
6. A light emitting assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that at least two of said first light emitters (402), or at least one of said first light emitters (402) and a second light emitter (602), are connected in parallel.
7. A light emitting assembly according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the control chip (8) is adapted to control the first light emitter (402) and/or the second light emitter (602) to emit light and turn off the power supply circuit.
8. A light emitting assembly according to claim 7, characterized in that the control chip (8) controls the brightness of the first (402) and/or second (602) light emitter by controlling the current through the first (402) and/or second light emitter (602).
9. The light emitting device according to claim 8, wherein the second package structure comprises a second light emitter (602).
10. The light emitting device according to claim 8, wherein the second package structure comprises the first package structure and a second light emitter (602).
