Watches, upright timepieces or hanging timepieces, as a daily and timely device, often play an important role in personal or home decoration.
In the embodiments of the present application, a wristwatch is taken as an example for explanation. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an overall structure of a watch provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an exploded structure of a watch provided in an embodiment of the present application. The watch generally comprises a shell 10 and a movement 20 arranged in the shell 10, wherein a central shaft 201 is arranged on the movement 20, a pointer 202 is arranged on the central shaft 201, and the movement 20 drives the pointer 202 to move through the central shaft 201 to indicate the current time.
Typically, a dial 30 will be provided on the movement 20 towards one side of the front cover 13. Dial 30 is typically provided with graduation marks indicating time, e.g., 12:00, 03:00, 06:00, or 09: 00; of course, some watches will also have an indication of the middle scale, e.g., 01:00, 02:00, etc. The scale marks can be lacquer-printed scale marks, embossed scale marks or carved scale marks. The current time is determined by the relative position of the tick mark to the pointer 202.
In some possible ways, in order to protect the movement 20 and other components inside the case 10, so as to prolong the service life of the watch, the top of the case 10 may be provided with a watch glass 14, and in some specific examples, the watch glass 14 may be ordinary glass, tempered glass, sapphire glass, or the like. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Specifically, to facilitate the assembly and installation of the wristwatch, for example, case 10 may include a back cover 11, a middle frame 12, a front cover 13, and a bezel 14 provided on front cover 13.
The rear cover 11 and the middle frame 12 can be screwed or pressed together in a snap-fit manner. The front cover 13 and the middle frame 12 may be connected by bonding, or may be pressed together by pressing. The watch glass 14 may be bonded to the front cover 13.
The movement 20 may be an electronic movement (i.e., a button battery is used as a power supply to drive a timer to perform timing operation). In some possible ways, the movement 20 may also be a mechanical movement (for example, the timer is driven by the elastic potential energy of a coil spring to perform the timing operation).
In some possible modes, the button cell in the movement 20 may also be a rechargeable battery, and the rechargeable battery is charged by arranging the solar cell panel on the surface of the dial 30, so that the endurance of the button cell can be prolonged, and the accuracy of timing is ensured.
At present, the intelligent mobile terminal can also be used as a timer for timing, so that the intelligent mobile terminal can be used for timing; watches are increasingly entering the market as a high-end consumer product. However, the dial of a watch as a high-end consumer product has only a single display form, resulting in a poor user experience.
In view of the foregoing problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a watch, including: case 10, movement 20, dial 30 and drive assembly 40.
As previously shown, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the case 10 includes a rear cover 11, a middle frame 12, a front cover 13, and a cover glass 14. The rear cover 11, the middle frame 12, the front cover 13 and the watch glass 14 surround to form an accommodating cavity 101.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the rest of the housing 10 except the surface glass may be made of a metal material, such as a stainless steel material, a copper alloy material, or a gold-plated material. In some possible ways, the rest of the housing 10 except the surface glass can also be made of plastic material, such as hard plastic.
It is understood that a wristwatch for daily wear decoration and timekeeping inevitably comes into contact with water in daily life. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the rear cover 11, the middle frame 12, the front cover 13 and the cover glass 14 may be connected in a sealing manner, for example, after the sealant is applied. Of course, a seal ring may be provided inside the housing 10. The sealing level may be set according to different use scenarios or user audiences, for example, a water depth of 5m for waterproofing, a water depth of 10m, 20m, 50m, 100m, or 200m for waterproofing, and the like. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Wherein, the movement 20 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 101, and the movement 10 is used for timing.
Specifically, the movement 20 and the housing 10 may be fixedly disposed relative to each other. For example, after the movement 20 is mounted in the housing cavity 101 of the housing 10, the movement 20 is positioned or fixed by the seal ring. In some possible ways, a card slot may also be provided on the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity 101, and the movement 20 is snapped into the card slot, so as to achieve positioning.
The dial 30 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 101 and is positioned on one side of the movement 20, and the dial 30 is used for displaying time.
Specifically, as illustrated in fig. 1 and 2 as an example, the dial 30 may be located above the movement 20. In some possible examples, such as for example a hanging or standing timepiece, the dial 30 may be located on the side of the movement 20 facing the bezel 13 or the crystal 14. A scale indicating time may be engraved on the dial 30.
Besides the above-mentioned way of providing the graduation marks by means of the paint or the embossed print, the graduation marks may be displayed by means of an LED lamp. In some possible modes, fluorescent powder can be arranged on the scale marks arranged in the mode of the lacquer print or the raised print. Thus, the time can be clearly indicated even at night.
The axis of the movement 20 is provided with a central shaft 201; the dial 30 includes at least one rotating body 31, one end of the rotating body 31 is rotatably connected to the central shaft 201, and the other end of the rotating body 31 is connected to the driving assembly 40.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the center shaft 201 may be at the center of the movement 20.
Referring to fig. 1, the dial 30 may be formed by joining a plurality of rotating bodies 31. In some possible ways, the dial 30 may also comprise a fixed part and a flip part, which may comprise at least one rotating body 31.
Alternatively, the entire structure of the rotating body 31 may be a pyramid type. The tip part of the pyramid is rotatably connected with the central shaft 201, and the conical surfaces of the pyramid can be spliced with each other to form the dial surface of the dial 31.
Alternatively, various patterns or display contents may be coated, engraved, painted or embossed on the respective tapered surfaces of the pyramid-shaped rotating bodies 31, and various different display effects may be achieved by a combination of the patterns on the respective tapered surfaces of the plurality of rotating bodies 31.
It is understood that the rotating body 31 of the present application may be specifically a triangular pyramid, a rectangular pyramid, a pentagonal pyramid, and the like.
The driving assembly 40 is disposed on the casing 10, one end of the driving assembly 40 penetrates through the casing 10 and extends into the accommodating cavity 101, and the driving assembly 40 is used for driving the rotating body 31 to rotate so as to change the display effect of the dial 30.
Specifically, the driving assembly 40 may be a gear, and the rotating body 31 is driven to rotate by the gear. For example, one gear is provided at one end of the rotating body 31, and another gear is provided in the case 10 to mesh with the gear on the rotating body 31, and the gear provided in the case 10 may extend to the outside of the case 10 through a gap of the case 10, so that the rotating body 31 may be rotated outside the case 10, thereby achieving various display effects of the dial 30.
The present embodiment can provide various display effects when the rotating body 31 rotates by providing the dial 30 in a form including at least one rotating body 31. Thereby improving the use experience of the user.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 5, fig. 3 is a top view of a watch provided by an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along a line a-a in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view at B in fig. 4. In the embodiment of the present application, the driving assembly 40 may include a ring gear 41, and the ring gear 41 is located at one side of the rotating body 31. The other end of the rotating body 31 is engaged with the ring gear 41 through the driven gear 311; the ring gear 41 is used to drive the driven gear 311 to rotate so as to rotate the rotating body 31.
Specifically, taking fig. 2 and 4 as an example for explanation, the ring gear 41 may be located below the rotating body 31. Of course, in some alternative examples, the ring gear 41 may be located above the rotating body 31.
It should be noted that "above" and "below" here may be exemplified by a wristwatch in a worn state. In some possible cases (e.g., a roll-type timepiece or a stand-type timepiece), the ring gear 41 may be located in front of or behind the rotating body 31.
Optionally, the ring gear 41 has gears thereon. Specifically, the ring gear 41 may be disposed around the outer periphery of the central shaft 201 and may be coaxial with the central shaft 201. In this way, it is ensured that the driving rotary body 31 is rotated in the same direction when rotated.
It will be understood that the toothed ring 41 can also be an arc-shaped rack, in the case where the dial 30 is composed of the rotary body 31 in only one part, the other part being fixed. At this time, the arc-shaped rack may move back and forth, thereby rotating the rotating body 31.
It will be appreciated that the peripheral wall of the ring gear 41 may extend to the outside of the housing 10 through a gap or a reserved passage of the housing 10.
Thus, the plurality of rotating bodies 31 can be simultaneously driven to rotate by the movement of the ring gear 41, that is, the plurality of rotating bodies 31 rotate by the same angle due to the driving by the ring gear 41; therefore, the conical surface of the rotating body 31 after rotating a certain angle can be ensured to just form a complete display graph. The user experience can be effectively improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the watch provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes a positioning assembly 50, the positioning assembly 50 is located on one side of the dial 30, an end of the rotating body 31 facing away from the central axis 201 is connected to the positioning assembly 50, and the positioning assembly 50 is configured to limit circumferential displacement of the rotating body 31 along the central axis 201 and limit a rotation angle of the rotating body 31.
Thus, it is possible to avoid the displacement of the rotating body 31 when the rotating body 31 is reversed; that is to say, it can be ensured that the rotating body 31 just has the pyramid surface after rotating to form the dial 30, so that the display effect after rotating can be ensured. Moreover, the pyramid surfaces can be ensured to be in close contact with each other after rotation, no gap can be generated, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 4, 6 and 7, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a positioning body in a watch provided by an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view at C in fig. 6. In the embodiment of the present application, the positioning assembly 50 includes a positioning body 51, the positioning body 51 is disposed around the central shaft 201, a positioning groove 511 is disposed on the positioning body 51 along the radial direction of the central shaft 201, and the rotating body 31 extends into the positioning groove 511 and is rotatably connected to the positioning groove 511.
Specifically, the positioning body 51 and the central shaft 201 may be coaxially disposed. The positioning grooves 511 are provided in the positioning body 51 along the radial direction of the central shaft 201, so that the rotation axis of the rotating body 31 can be positioned in the radial direction of the central shaft 201, the rotating body 31 can be arranged in order, and the rigor of the overall structure can be ensured.
Specifically, when rotating the rotating body 31, it is necessary to ensure that the rotating body 31 can be smoothly rotated without an excessive frictional force. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the positioning slot 511 may be an arc-shaped slot. In a specific example, the positioning groove 511 may be formed by being recessed downward from the upper surface of the positioning body 51.
The positioning body 51 may be made of an alloy material, such as stainless steel, copper alloy, or other metal materials. Thus, the groove wall of the positioning groove 511 can be polished, and the frictional force between the rotary body 31 and the groove wall of the positioning groove 511 can be reduced.
It is understood that the portion of the rotating body 31 extending into the positioning groove 511 may be a cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical structure may be a polished surface.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, since the main function of the positioning body 51 is to position the rotating body 31, the positioning body 51 and the housing 10 may be fixedly connected. For example, the fixing may be performed by a screw, a bolt, or the like, or the locking may be performed by a snap. Of course, in some possible ways, the positioning body 51 may be adhered to the housing 10 by an adhesive.
Alternatively, since the positioning groove 511 is formed by being depressed downward from the upper surface of the positioning body 51, it is inevitable that a relatively violent movement or movement, i.e., the rotational body 31 may be displaced axially relative to the positioning body 51, is encountered during wearing of the wristwatch. To avoid such relative displacements, for example, it is ensured that the pyramidal face of the rotating body 31 forms a complete and neat dial 30. Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, a positioning cover 52 is disposed on one side of the positioning body 51 (specifically, the side of the rotating body 31 facing away from the positioning body 51).
The positioning cover 52 is connected to the positioning body 51. Specifically, the positioning cover 52 may be fixedly connected to the positioning body 51 by screws.
It is understood that the positioning cover 52 may be a ring-shaped structure as a whole, and the cover is disposed on the positioning body 51.
Thus, the positioning cap 52 can confine the rotating body 31 between the positioning cap 52 and the positioning body 51, and can restrict the axial displacement of the rotating body 31. Can guarantee to constitute complete display pattern between the pyramid of a plurality of rotators 31, provide abundant dial plate display effect.
It can be understood that, since the entire structure of the rotating body 31 is made to be pyramid-shaped, it is necessary to ensure that the pyramid surface of the rotating body 31 is just on the dial face of the dial 30 after the rotating body 31 is rotated. To this end, referring to fig. 7-9, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a positioning section of a rotator in a watch provided by an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, the rotating body 31 is configured to include a positioning section 312 and a display section 313, a cross-sectional shape of the positioning section 312 is a polygon, the positioning cover 52 has a top portion 521, and the top portion 521 abuts against a sidewall of the positioning section 312 to limit a rotation angle of the rotating body 31.
Specifically, the cross-sectional shape of the positioning segment 312 may be consistent with the cross-sectional shape of the display segment 313. For example, a regular triangle as shown in fig. 9.
It can be understood that, since the abutting portion 521 abuts on the sidewall of the positioning section 312, when the rotating body 31 is driven to rotate by the gear ring 41, the acting force between the abutting portion 521 and the corner of the cross section of the positioning section 312 will gradually increase, and the rotating body 31 will be blocked from rotating. Therefore, referring to fig. 9, in the embodiment of the present application, a rounded arc is provided at the junction of the sidewalls of the positioning section 312. This ensures a smooth transition of the abutting portion 521. Thereby enabling to ensure smooth rotation of the rotating body 31.
Of course, in some possible examples, the abutting portion 521 includes a positioning spring provided on an end surface of the positioning cover 52 and extending toward the rotating body 31.
Specifically, the positioning spring may be provided on an end surface facing the side of the positioning cover 52 facing the rotating body 31. Alternatively, the positioning spring may be a spring plate or a pressure spring plate fixedly connected to the positioning cover 52. The spring plate or the pressure spring plate can be fixed on the positioning cover 52 by screws, or can be welded on the positioning cover 52 by welding. Of course, the spring plate or the pressure spring plate may be formed integrally with the positioning cover 52.
In this way, the positioning section 312 is abutted by the elastic deformation of the positioning spring, so that the display effect of the dial 30 can be obtained every time the rotating body 31 rotates by a certain angle (for example, the rotating body 31 is a triangular pyramid, and the rotating angle is 120 degrees). The ornamental value of the watch, the vertical clock or the hanging clock is increased. User experience can be improved.
In some possible examples, a first groove 512 is provided on the positioning body 51, the first groove 512 is provided along a circumferential direction of the positioning body 51, the positioning spring extends into the first groove 512, and the first groove 512 is used for providing an escape space for the positioning spring so that the positioning spring abuts on a sidewall of the positioning section 312.
Thus, the installation of the positioning spring and the effective abutting of the positioning section 312 can be facilitated, that is, the positioning of the angle rotated by the rotating body 31 can be effectively ensured.
In some possible examples, referring to fig. 2, 4, 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a case of a watch provided by an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 11 is a partial enlarged view at D in fig. 10. In the present embodiment, the drive assembly 40 further comprises a drive gear 42 and a rotary crown 43; the driving gear 42 is arranged inside the housing 10 and is rotationally connected with the housing 10; the ring gear 41 includes a first gear 411 and a second gear 412 that are disposed opposite to each other.
Specifically, the first gear 411 may be disposed on a side of the ring gear 41 facing the driven gear 311, and engaged with the driven gear 311. The second gear 412 may be disposed on a side of the ring gear 41 facing away from the driven gear 311, and engaged with the drive gear 42.
Alternatively, the first gear 411 and the second gear 412 may be located on the same side of the ring gear 41 in the axial direction, and may be located on opposite sides in the radial direction. For example, the first gear 411 is located inside the ring gear 41 in the radial direction, and the second gear 412 is located outside the ring gear 41.
In the embodiment of the present application, the rotating crown 43 is disposed outside the housing 10, the rotating crown 43 is connected to the driving gear 42, and the rotating crown 43 is used for driving the driving gear 42 to rotate.
In this way, the driving gear 42 is driven by the rotation of the stem 43, and the rotary body 31 is driven to rotate by the ring gear 41. The opening in the case 10 can be reduced, and the sealability of the case 10, that is, the waterproof performance of the wristwatch, can be improved.
Optionally, the inner side wall of the housing 10 is circumferentially provided with a second groove 102, and the second gear 412 extends into the second groove 102.
