4. A floodlight according to claim 3, wherein the first mounting hole is substantially circular and the second mounting hole is racetrack-shaped and symmetrically arranged on either side of the first mounting hole.

A luminaire as claimed in claim 1, in which the inner end side of the panel is provided with a base, and the base and the panel are configured as a boss; the end part of the hinge frame is in pivot joint fit with the flange side of the boss through a connecting piece, and the connecting piece is constructed to be capable of adjusting the tightness between the hinge frame and the boss.
6. A floodlight according to claim 5, wherein the outer end of the panel is substantially disc-shaped, and the light body comprises a lens assembly and an LED lamp disposed in the panel and in facing relation to the lens assembly; the LED lamp is electrically connected with the control circuit board.
7. A floodlight according to claim 6, wherein the control circuit board is disposed in the base, and the base is provided with an insertion opening for supplying power to the lamp body and an outlet opening for outputting power, and the insertion opening and the outlet opening are electrically connected to the control circuit board.
8. A floodlight according to claim 7, further comprising an adjusting knob for controlling the brightness of the light body, wherein the adjusting knob adjusts the brightness of the light body in such a way as to change the magnitude of the resistance of the electric circuit in which the light body is located, and wherein the adjusting knob is disposed on the base.
9. A luminaire as claimed in claim 1, in which the panel is open at its upper end with a grip aperture, the grip aperture and the upper edge of the panel being configured to be grasped by a user; the lower extreme side of panel is sunken to be equipped with a screens groove, screens groove relative collapse and link up the outer side of panel and inboard side.
10. A luminaire as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a protective sleeve covering said panel, said protective sleeve being disposed closely adjacent to and removably nested around a periphery of said panel and being at least partially adapted to fit over an outer end and an inner end of said panel; the protective sleeve is an inwards concave soft colloid, the soft colloid is embedded on the panel in a joint manner through the opening end of the concave part of the soft colloid, the soft colloid is fastened on the periphery of the panel through clamping grooves formed on the edges of the two sides of the soft colloid, and at least part of the soft colloid positioned in the clamping grooves can extend to the inner side end of the panel in a joint manner; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the protective sleeve is provided with a positioning groove corresponding to the holding hole, and the clamping groove is structured to enable the end part of the clamping groove of the protective sleeve to be stopped at the clamping groove.
