Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a ceiling fan with UV sterilizing equipment, includes: hanging seat, fan wheel and UV sterilizing equipment. The fan wheel is hung on the hanging seat and is provided with a hub; the UV sterilization device is arranged on the hub and comprises a UVC module, and the UVC module is arranged between the hub and the hanging seat and irradiates UVC light towards the direction of the hanging seat; wherein, the fan wheel drives the clean air irradiated by UVC light to supply air from the hanging seat to the hub direction. Therefore, the effect of simplifying the structure and the effect of ensuring that the most dangerous UVC light can not irradiate the user below the fan wheel at all can be achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to ceiling fans, and more particularly, to a ceiling fan with a UV sterilization device.
Background
Ultraviolet (UV) rays are classified into: long wave ultraviolet (UV-A or UVA), medium wave ultraviolet (UV-B or UVB), and short wave ultraviolet (UV-C or UVC).
UVA: the wavelength is long, and the light can penetrate through cloud layers and glass into a room or a vehicle and can also penetrate to the dermis of the skin, so that the suntan is caused. UVB: the wave length is intermediate, and it is absorbed by the ozone layer, causing sunburn and red, swollen, hot and painful skin, and in severe cases, it also causes blistering or desquamation. UVC: the shorter the wavelength, the more dangerous.
UVC is the highest energy and most dangerous ultraviolet light. UVC has received little attention in the past because it is filtered when it passes through the atmosphere. However, when UVC is used in a germicidal device, if not hermetically used, it poses a risk of exposure to UVC.
Experiments have shown that UVC is the most suitable, but most dangerous, wavelength band for sterilization in the long, medium and short wavelengths of ultraviolet light.
Although the existing ceiling fan with the UV light sterilization function can sterilize the wind blown by the ceiling fan by means of the UV light, the existing ceiling fan with the UV light sterilization function has the problems of poor structure and improper installation position besides the structure is not simplified enough, because if the UVC light is irradiated at the same position by the same structure, people can be exposed under the UVC light, and therefore the UVC light cannot be irradiated, and improvement is certainly needed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling fan with a UV sterilization device, which can directly drive the air above the impeller downwards to the lower part of the impeller, and can allow the UVC light of the UVC module to only irradiate towards the air above the impeller and never irradiate towards the user below the impeller.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ceiling fan with a UV sterilization device, including: a hanging seat; the fan wheel is hung on the hanging seat and is provided with a hub; the UV sterilization device is arranged on the hub and comprises a UVC module, and the UVC module is arranged between the hub and the hanging seat and irradiates UVC light towards the direction of the hanging seat; wherein, the fan wheel drives the air irradiated by the UVC light to blow from the hanging seat to the hub direction.
In one embodiment, the UVC module includes a circuit board and a plurality of UVC LED units, each of the UVC LED units being disposed on the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the UV sterilization apparatus further includes a carrier and a driver, the UVC module and the driver are both disposed on the carrier, and the driver is electrically connected to the UVC module.
In one embodiment, the carrier has a partition plate, the UVC module is disposed on one side of the partition plate, and the driver is accommodated between the carrier and the other side of the partition plate.
In one embodiment, the carrier is divided into two accommodating spaces by the partition plate, and the UVC module and the driver are respectively located in the two accommodating spaces.
In one embodiment, the UV sterilization apparatus further includes a cover body covering the carrier corresponding to the UVC module and having a plurality of light holes for passing the UVC light.
In one embodiment, the suspension device further comprises a suspension rod, one end of the suspension rod is connected to the hub, the other end of the suspension rod is connected to the suspension seat, and a part between one end and the other end of the suspension rod penetrates through the driver, the partition plate, the UVC module and the cover body.
In one embodiment, the UVC module includes a circuit board and a plurality of UVC LED units, and each UVC LED unit is disposed on the circuit board and corresponds to each light-transmitting hole.
In one embodiment, the cover is a transparent cover.
In one embodiment, the impeller further has a plurality of blades, each of the blades is connected to the hub.
Compared with the prior art, the novel electric heating furnace has the following effects: has the effect of a simplified construction and ensures that the most dangerous UVC light never strikes the user below the fan wheel.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description and technical contents of the embodiments of the present application are described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which, however, are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a ceiling fan (hereinafter referred to as ceiling fan) with a UV sterilization device, which is used for being hung on a part T to be hung shown in figure 4. Fig. 1 to 4 show the embodiment with the cover 4, and fig. 5 shows the embodiment without the cover 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the ceiling fan in the embodiment of the present application includes: the UV sterilizer 100, the fan 600, and the hanger base 700 further include a hanger bar 800.
The UV sterilizer 100 is installed on the hub 61 and can irradiate UVC light to the outside to perform sterilization. The UV sterilization device 100 mainly comprises a UVC module 2, specifically a carrier 1 and a driver 3, and preferably a cover 4.
The carrier 1 may be a hollow carrier. The carrier 1 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the hub 61 and provided with a partition plate 11, and the partition plate 11 is provided with a through hole 111. The hollow interior of the carrier 1 is divided by a partition 11 into two accommodation spaces 13, 15, the two accommodation spaces 13, 15 corresponding to the upper and lower faces of the partition 11, respectively. Wherein, the accommodating space 15 is formed between the carrier 1 and the lower surface of the partition 11.
The driver 3 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the hub 61 and is located in the accommodating space 15. In other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the driver 3 may also be fixed to the carrier 1 and located in the accommodating space 15. In addition, the driver 3 has a notch 31, and the driver 3 is electrically connected to the UVC module 2.
The UVC module 2 includes a circuit board 21 and a plurality of UVC LED units 23, and each UVC LED unit 23 is disposed on the circuit board 21. The circuit board 21 is fixedly disposed on the partition 11 and located in the accommodating space 13, so that the UVC module 2 is located between the hub 61 and the hanging seat 700, and each UVC LED unit 23 irradiates UVC light toward the hanging seat 700. In addition, the circuit board 21 is provided with a through hole 211.
The cover 4 is covered in an upper opening (no reference numeral) of the carrier 1 corresponding to the UVC module 2. The cover 4 may be a transparent cover, or may be formed with a plurality of light holes 43, and in the embodiment of the present application, the cover 4 is also transparent and is formed with light holes 43. As shown in fig. 2, each light-transmitting hole 43 corresponds to each UVC LED unit 23, and UVC light irradiated by each UVC LED unit 23 is further emitted toward the hanging seat 700 through each light-transmitting hole 43. In addition, the cover 4 is provided with a through hole 41.
It should be noted that the portion between the two ends of the suspension lever 800 passes through the through holes 41, 211, and 111 and the notch 31.
Thereby, as shown in fig. 4, the UVC light irradiated by the UVC module 2 is emitted from the upper end of the carrier 1 toward the hanging seat 700 in a fan-shaped scattering manner, for example, to irradiate and sterilize the air between the fan wheel 600 and the portion to be hung T; further, the clean air sterilized by UVC light above the fan wheel 600 can be blown toward the lower side of the fan wheel 600 (from the hanger base 700 toward the hub 61) by the driving of the fan wheel 600. In other words, the UVC module 2 is not only disposed on the necessary path for the ceiling fan to activate the airflow, so that the clean air sterilized by the UVC light above the fan wheel 600 can be directly blown to the user below the fan wheel 600, thereby simplifying the structure; furthermore, the UVC light irradiated from each UVC LED unit 23 is also emitted upward toward the hanger base 700, so that the UVC light is never irradiated to the user under the fan wheel 600 without being exposed to the UVC.
Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the ceiling fan of the present invention without the cover 4. As shown in the drawings, the UV sterilizer 100 of the ceiling fan of the present invention may not include the cover 4, so that the UVC module 2 is directly exposed from the carrier 1, and further directly irradiates and sterilizes the air above the impeller 600.
In summary, the ceiling fan with the UV sterilization device provided by the embodiment of the present application can achieve the intended use purpose, and solve the defects in the prior art.

Claims (10)
1. A ceiling fan with a UV sterilization device is characterized by comprising:
a hanging seat;
the fan wheel is hung on the hanging seat and is provided with a hub; and
the UV sterilization device is arranged on the hub and comprises a UVC module, the UVC module is arranged between the hub and the hanging seat and irradiates UVC light towards the direction of the hanging seat;
the fan wheel drives the air irradiated by the UVC light to blow air from the hanging seat to the hub direction.
2. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the UVC module includes a circuit board and a plurality of UVC LED units, each of the UVC LED units being disposed on the circuit board.
3. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the UV sterilization apparatus further comprises a carrier and a driver, the UVC module and the driver are both disposed on the carrier, and the driver is electrically connected to the UVC module.
4. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilizing apparatus of claim 3, wherein the carrier has a partition, the UVC module is disposed on one side of the partition, and the driver is received between the carrier and the other side of the partition.
5. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilization device according to claim 4, wherein the carrier is divided into two receiving spaces by the partition plate, and the UVC module and the driver are respectively located in the two receiving spaces.
6. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilization device of claim 4, wherein the UV sterilization device further comprises a cover body covering the carrier corresponding to the UVC module and having a plurality of light holes for passing the UVC light.
7. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilization apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a suspension rod, one end of the suspension rod being connected to the hub, the other end of the suspension rod being connected to the suspension base, a portion of the suspension rod between the one end and the other end passing through the driver, the partition, the UVC module and the cover.
8. The ceiling fan with the UV sterilization device of claim 6, wherein the UVC module comprises a circuit board and a plurality of UVC LED units, each UVC LED unit is disposed on the circuit board and corresponds to each light-transmitting hole.
9. The ceiling fan with UV disinfection apparatus of claim 6, wherein said cover is a light transparent cover.
10. The ceiling fan with a UV germicidal unit as claimed in claim 1 wherein said fan wheel further has a plurality of fan blades, each of said fan blades being connected to said hub.
