The steel-wood-concrete combined shear wall is characterized by comprising two groups of shear wall assemblies arranged at intervals and replaceable connecting beams which are connected between the two groups of shear wall assemblies and detachably connected with the two groups of shear wall assemblies respectively, wherein each shear wall assembly comprises a multi-cavity steel pipe concrete wall body and constraint edge members which are arranged on two sides of the multi-cavity steel pipe concrete wall body respectively, each multi-cavity steel pipe concrete wall body comprises two outer-coated steel plates which are connected with the two sets of constraint edge members respectively, the two outer-coated steel plates and the two sets of constraint edge members jointly enclose a concrete pouring cavity, each multi-cavity steel pipe concrete wall body further comprises a partition plate which is connected with the two outer-coated steel plates and divides the concrete pouring cavity into a plurality of partition cavities, and concrete in each partition cavity is poured to form an inner wall body.

The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and wall foot parts according to claim 1, wherein the constraint edge member comprises an outer constraint frame made of a steel plate, a constraint piece insert cavity is formed in the outer constraint frame, the constraint edge member further comprises a constraint piece insert block embedded in the constraint piece insert cavity, and the constraint piece insert block is a wood block.

The steel-wood-concrete combined shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and wall foot components as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer constraint frame is made of H-shaped steel, the number of the constraint member insert cavities is two, each constraint member insert cavity is internally provided with the constraint member insert block, and the two constraint member insert blocks are connected with the outer constraint frame through threaded connectors.

The steel-wood-concrete combined shear wall with the replaceable coupling beam and the replaceable wall foot component as claimed in claim 2, wherein the replaceable coupling beam comprises an L-shaped first cover plate and an L-shaped second cover plate, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are buckled in a reverse direction and jointly enclose a coupling beam insert cavity, a coupling beam insert block is arranged in the coupling beam insert cavity, the first cover plate, the second cover plate and the coupling beam insert block are connected through threaded connecting pieces, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are made of steel, and the coupling beam insert block is a wood block.
5. The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and wall foot components according to claim 2, wherein the partition plates are provided with holes for communicating the adjacent separation cavities.

The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with the replaceable coupling beams and the replaceable coupling base parts according to claim 2, wherein the replaceable coupling beams are square in whole, a set of connecting assemblies are arranged at four corners of each replaceable coupling beam, each connecting assembly comprises a connecting angle steel, each connecting angle steel comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate vertically extending from one end of the first connecting plate, the first connecting plates are connected with the shear wall assemblies through threaded connectors, and the second connecting plates are connected with the replaceable coupling beams through threaded connectors.
7. The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and wall foot components according to claim 6, wherein a reinforcing block protruding towards the separation cavity is arranged on a panel of the outer restraint frame connected with the first connecting plate.

The steel-wood-concrete combined shear wall with the replaceable coupling beams and the replaceable wall foot components as claimed in claim 6, wherein the connecting assembly further comprises a first web plate and a second web plate which are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting angle steel, and lightening holes are formed in the first web plate and the second web plate.

The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and wall foot components according to any one of claims 2 to 6, further comprising a replaceable wall foot component, wherein the replaceable wall foot component comprises a wall foot restraining frame and a wall foot restraining insert, the wall foot restraining frame comprises a wall foot flange plate and a wall foot web plate which jointly form a T shape, the lower part of the wall foot flange plate is flush with the lower part of the wall foot web plate, the upper part of the wall foot web plate is lower than the upper part of the wall foot flange plate, the wall foot restraining insert is a batten, and the wall foot restraining insert is fixed on two sides of the wall foot web plate through a threaded connection piece.
10. The steel-wood-concrete composite shear wall with replaceable coupling beams and footing elements as defined in claim 9, wherein the upper portion of the footing restraining insert is higher than the upper portion of the footing flange plate.
