Description

一种双向自动加压钉。本实用新型涉及骨科手术器械。
在骨科手术中,对于尺骨鹰咀骨、内外踝骨、肱骨外斜劲骨、髌骨等骨折的治疗过去都采用在骨折部位钻孔后藉钢丝将二断裂部位扎牢,或采用石膏绑扎等方法进行固定。这二种方法前者固定不稳定,且愈后常常出现功能恢复不佳的缺点。后者治疗时间长,患者活动受妨碍。而且二者手术操作均较复杂。
本实用新型的目的就是要研制一种骨折面固定稳定,骨折治愈时间短。愈后功能恢复正常,手术简便的双向自动加压钉,
本实用新型的措施是采用具有优异生物工程特性和形状记忆效应特性的镍钛形状记忆合金做成双向自动加压钉。藉记忆合金特使双向自动加压钉在手术前的钉身拉长,而入人体后藉体温使钉身回复到室温状态,也即钉身缩短。从而将二个骨折面牢牢地紧密结合在一起。以达到手术简便固定稳定的目的。
本实用新型的特征在于,采用具有优异耐蚀性能、无毒、人体相溶性好的镍钛形状合金加工成包括有四个钉脚、一个钉面的加压钉。其中钉面由四条边围成,二条长边加工成弧形,钉面与钉脚间的尖角    为:45°<α<85°。
现结合附图对本实用新型加以说明。

钉面由四个边围成,二条长边加工成弧形,手术时将如图1所示的加压钉浸在0~6℃的消毒水中,然后拉钉面的二个短边,藉记忆合金的特性,在外力作用下二条长边的弧形部分渐渐拉直,钉身就随之变长,再把四只钉脚拉成与钉面成垂直状态。将拉长后的加压钉插入予先钻好孔的断骨二端的孔内。断骨二端钻孔的距离应与拉长后钉脚间的距离相等。为加压钉的钉脚插入人体后,在人体温度的作用下,加压钉就自动恢复到室温时的原始几何状态。也即二条长边恢复成原弧形状态。钉脚与钉面间的尖角α从90°恢复到45°<α<85°。从而对断骨端产生纵横双向自动加压作用。因而骨折面固定稳定,断骨端接合良好。有利断骨的生长,并可防止断骨端的旋转移位,
本实用新型已在上海吴淞中心医院临床使用。经使用认为手术简便,断骨结合良好,愈合迅速,术后患者功能恢复正常。

1、一种双向自动加压钉,其特征在于,采用镍钛形状记忆合金加工成包括有四个钉脚,一个钉面的加压钉,其中所说的钉面由四条边围成,二条长边加工成弧形,钉脚与钉面之间的夹角α为:45°<α<85°。
