Claims (7)

1. The adjustable exercise machine of claim 5 wherein the first and second housings (32, 33) each have a guide slot (38) and the actuators (50, 60) each have a guide pin (57, 67) slidably disposed within the guide slots (38) of the housings (32, 33) to guide the actuators (50, 60) for rotation relative to the handle (30) or the housings (32, 33).
7. Adjustable sports fitness apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the grip device (3) has a first and a second rod (40, 41) arranged between the housings (32, 33), each having a passage (42), the first housing (32) having a slotted hole (35) and the second housing (33) having a hole (36), the first and the second pin (43, 44) being slidably arranged in the passages (42) of the rods (40, 41) respectively and being capable of protruding through the slotted holes (35) and the holes (36) of the housings (32, 33) for fitting of the weight (20, 21).
